I left my car to be fixed on Wednesday at 9 am and found out that it wasn t even looked at until late on Thursday. There was a huge lack of communication on their part. I would like to speak with the owner. All that the car needed was 2 front brakes and 2 pads. This should only take 3 hours, not 2 and 1/2 days.This is by far poor in my opinion as far as the company is concerned. My almost 85 year old mom drove me around. I had an important interview, and doctor s appointment. She lives in Hoover and I live in Cahaba Heights. It was a huge inconvenience for both of us. This company has had our business for 7 years and we have always been treated right up to this point. This is why they are given 3 stars instead of 5. I hope that this company will keep in mind that customers have things to do in life and need continued communication.

I took my car in a few days earlier to have the spark plugs changed because I didn't want any problems on the road to see my new grand baby. As I was preparing to leave on my trip, my car started acting funny. I called Car Care and told me to bring it right in. They worked me in and replaced my battery that had seen better days. I made it to my destination without any problems. A small problem, but greatly appreciated.

These guys are the best! I want to sincerely thank both Randy Singleton and Dennis Deshazo for the care they took with my 2006 Accord EX V6, with 6 speed manual (a rare 6-6 Accord Sedan). Randy installed a clutch kit, replaced the dual mass flywheel, rear crankshaft seal, and air intake hose. Randy's work was superb! Dennis, you were very well organized, kept me in the loop with text messages, and you were easy to reach and talk with. I'm very glad I have you guys close by!

I use Car Care for everything on my Honda. Mike has always been friendly to me and others who I know use Car Care. I've had good experience with all the folks who work there. Chris and Dennis always do an exceptional job at customer service, and I have confidence that Randy and Dylan really know their stuff. I always leave feeling like my car was taken care of. On top of getting regular maintenance and fixing issues with my car, I love the fact that they perform thorough inspections for free. I took my most recently purchased vehicle to them when I first bought it to get it all checked out. And I was very pleased. They always seem to be honest and upfront with their customers. I am thankful for the work they do, and for their many years of experience in the industry and area. Absolutely love Car Care's commitment to Excellence at repairing your car while making you feel like you are a valued family member. The employees are thoughtful kind and very helpful. I have used them over many years to take care of several different vehicles I owned. I've been 100% completely satisfied with everything I've ever had them do for me. The owner Mike Barret is one of the best examples of how a sucessful business should be ran that I have ever encountered in 55 years of being on this planet!

Trustworthy and honesty are not the two words that come to mind when dealing with auto shops. BUT, this place is the exception to that rule. I trust their judgment, their quality of work, and their ability to repair my vehicles. Chris Johnson is superb. He can and will take care of you!!

Great place for car repairs! Very affordable and they also stick to their appointments to the exact times. Clean waiting area and very friendly staff. They are very busy so try to give them a few weeks notice if possible.

Just not impressed overall. Original issue of squeaking belt not fixed. I said I MIGHT need a belt replacement, but I'm not a mechanic. So they replaced the belt and it still has the same issue of squeaking. Obviously just went for an easy fix instead of looking at it. Multiple points of confusion when dropping off the vehicle and contact. Meh.Service: General repairs

I have used CarCare on 2 separate occasions and both times they have given exceptional quality and service. They are always friendly, professional and super informative and made me feel comfortable with the process and my options. I really appreciate the texting feature with updates on where things are with my car throughout the process. I have been using CarCare for almost 10-years now and the service has always been A+! Dennis, Chris, and everyone else are top notch, I couldn t imagine going anywhere else to have work done. These guys are awesome! It is such a relief having a place I can take my vehicles for work, knowing without a doubt I will be treated fairly and the work will be done right! You guys are in my book!

I have been using CarCare for a little while and was ok with the work initially. The only complaint I had was they would take all day for an oil change and tire rotation if you do not specifically indicate you need your car back by a certain time. (I dropped my car off and would go to work)After last week, I would not recommend CarCare as I took my wife's 2009 Highlander to them for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix a falling power window. Everything was fixed but in the process of fixing the power window issue they broke a trim piece. When I picked up the car they showed me the trim piece and said they'd order one.Tuesday I got notification to come pick up the trim piece and it is my responsibility to pay for it. When I called to see how this was my responsibility I was told it was so old that it is was so brittle they were not responsible for the part breaking. An analogy was given that if I brought in a car with a stripped drain plug on the oil pan and they remove it and damage the car, it is not their fault. Seeing how this line of thinking allows the shop to claim absolution of anything they break whether intentionally or not concerns me.�I could argue the policy actually may encourage force not finesse type behavior on the car knowing they can claim It s not our responsibility .So let the reader beware this place felt they had/have no responsibility and who knows if this is the mindset when using CarCare for your car repair needs. If they break something, it is certainly due to the fact it is old and you should have known this would break. �Since CarCare feels a $50 part is a matter of principle then so do I. Never again.

I truly appreciate this company for checking the used car I was about to buy and will get it this week. I got a very detailed comprehensive multi point inspection report to tell me what the problem is for the car. If it's not them, I would not know all four tires actually have been used for 7 years without changing it. Doesn't that sound crazy when the seller was trying to sell you by saying you still can drive safe in the city, but how about the freeway? The car was made in 2012, Honda Accord EX-L. Even the price I got is $ 9400 and sounds a good price but I would not really want to buy it when I knew the car has rust on it due to the snow from the North state. It's definitely not a big problem when you get it fixed but for me, I am the first time driver in the US and the Honda Accord interior looks just like a new car due to its cleanness and neat.I strongly recommend everyone who is about to buy the car to go to this company to get your car checked by them. They truly care about your safety on the road and did a very good job on inspecting the car.Thank you, CarCare Inc.

If you're looking for a great car shop, look no further. I love the service I get from Car Care because they are honest, trustworthy, and never talk down to me because I'm a woman. And my car isn't all greasy when I get it back. Anytime a friend complains about the service they get from their dealer, I refer them to you. I've never had to return because you didn't fix it right the first time. I can't imagine using a different shop. Thanks for all you do!

I own a 2008 Honda Civic Si. I refuse to go anywhere else for maintenance or problems with my car. CarCare gives me an honest opinion, a very reasonable price and a great turn around on the work performed. They aren't pushy or rude, their customer service is top notch and I would trust them with my Ferrari - if I owned one.

I own a Honda Accord and Car Care is my preferred repair shop. I have been previously ripped off by a major local dealership that kept my car for approximately 3 months, until litigation was filed. I have no complaints and the customer service is top notch.

Fantastic service! Everyone I worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and advise on all issues. It is hard to find such honest advice, matched with good pricing and quick service. Care Car is where I will return. Highly recommended!

I have used CareCare several times now and pleased with their quality of service and their honesty. In past years, I have wondered if the advice I was receiving from other car shops was correct, and not them just trying to get more money out of me. I am very happy that I can now take my car in to CareCare and know that what they tell me is true.

My husband and I have 4 automobiles in our household. Once we found CarCare we will let no one else work on any of the them. They have the most friendly and knowledgable staff I have been associated with. Their courtesy van that will take you where you need to go if you need to leave your vehicle with them. The rates are very resonable and the mechanics are well educated on the repairs. I would reccomend that you take your car there to get anything from an oil change to rebuilding your motor. You will not be disappointed if you will just try them, you will never want to let anyone else work on your cars.

This place is as expensive as dealership. Got my Acura TL breaks work done for $673. They did it fine that's why gave them 3 star. And vehicle inspection was good to know.

They did a good job fixing my car, price seemed good, but three stars for all the typical "you need brake fluid change and this flushed and cleaned" if it was not for that 5 stars.

They are my go-to place for any car they service. I know if they tell me it needs to be done, it needs to be done. Their prices are more than fair for the quality of work done, and the fact that I can trust them.

the guys at car care were knowledgable about my problem and diagnosed it correctly the first time. the car was ready when they said it would be and at the price that was quoted. I highly recommend that you give them a try you wont be dissappointed
