The panel work and painting was good but not much else.The communication was horrendous. I was told 9 different times that my car would be finished by a certain date and when that day came the car was not actually ready which was super frustrating. I felt like they were just teasing me because I would get my hopes up about getting my car then they would tell me no. I had to call 90% of the time to get an answer or update. They nearly never reached out to me to provide me with any information.The mechanical work on the car didn't impress me. When I got my car back there was a hose just hanging loose underneath the car that was nearly touching the ground. The exhaust system is considerably louder and makes a rattling sound. The brakes make a chirping sound when I use them.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless it's strictly panels being replaced, paint being touched up, and you are extremely patient with the timeline and lack of communication

The body work seemed fine. However, progress was very slow and communication was poor. I realize that dealing with insurance probably slowed them down some, but their poor communication may have contributed too.Once they told us the car was ready to be picked up, but when we arrived, they said it was NOT ready because they weren t sure if we wanted them to fix the belly pan or not. My husband had told them DAYS before to proceed with the belly pan work. So we left, and they said they would give us call when it was ready in the next day or two. Four days went by, no call. We finally called to ask if it was ready, turns out it was ready and they never notified us.Additionally, when we picked up the car the interior was dirty, with black grease marks inside the driver door and on the passenger seat.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

They are very irresponsible, I had to travel to C�nada, they promised gave me my car or gave me a call they never call me and when I went to their location they was closed and by the way that they was Friday and they was closed Saturdays and Sundays.Services: Auto body & trim repair, PaintingServices: Auto body & trim repair, Painting
