Excellent dealership with a staff that bends over backwards to ensure they get you the best rates and a quality vehicle that fits your budget. They all definitely go above and beyond to earn your trust and business. New inventory arrives weekly and if you don't see what you're looking for, they will take your request and hunt down what you desire. It is a rare situation where the entire staff treats you like gold and that you are the absolute most important customer. They show that they value you and your business. With every action.

Braxton Automotive is one of the best car dealerships I've been to. The staff is friendly! They don't care about just selling the car, they care about you. It's a nice family friendly environment and makes you feel as though you picked the right spot right when you walk in. They are willing to help you in any way possible. The folks at Braxton automotive make you the priority throughout your entire buying experience. I recently purchased a low mileage Z4 in great condition for a great price. They were there every step of the way to help me through the buying experience and after making sure I was satisfied with my car! Great customer service and great priced high quality autos.

Braxton Auto was very helpful. I love Mr. Melvin. He was very nice. I give only four stars because the finance company I have is a scam. Do not finance with Western Funding. You will never pay off the car and won t be able to trade because of the equity. The balance never goes down when you pay your note. You basically are paying for interest and that s it. It keeps you stuck with them paying way more than the car is worth and no way to trade.

These guys are are great they helped me and husband get a great car and at a great price. They go the extra mile to get you the car you want and the process was a breeze. This place has a scam going on they are with auto fraud, they get people who are in need of a car and don't have good credit. This place is doing what is called spot delivery scam and yo yo financing scam this is against the law and they can be sued for interesting law. The place Western funding that they so call use to finance the car's must don't know what Braxton Auto is doing, they will say you are approved and let you ride around in the car, fall in love with it for over two weeks. This is an old scam, they then will ask for the car back saying that the finance did not go threw, they will then ask for the car back and charge you for miles. Get An Attorney!!!

To the public, please stay from this dealer Braxton Automotive this man is a fraud and will take your money. He seems so cool and laid back but is the devil, he has a nasty attitude while stealing from you. I purchased a car on sep.7 he pulled on sep.27, i did not even have a chance to make my first payment, how can u pull a car that i had full coverage insurance, and getting ready to make my first payment. Auto Fraud!!! This will be a INTERESTING LAW SUIT, this allows a person to sue for damages. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Awesome customer service from the time I walked in the door and drove off the lot in my Kia Optima 2013. Buyer Beware!!!My husband saw a Lexus GX470 on the Facebook marketplace. He contacted them on Monday to see if it was still available. The gentlemen he spoke with said that it was available so he asked if they would be open on Friday, which was Friday after Thanksgiving. He was told yes they would be there but closed on Thanksgiving Day. On Tuesday he called back to say ok we will come Friday for the suv. He was then told they would be closed Friday. So we would need to come on Tuesday because we had prior plans Saturday. He left work an hour early and we drove 2 hours and sat there for about 30 minutes waiting for them to get back with suv only to find out they had sold the suv. He spoke with the lady 3 times on Tuesday before we drove 2 hours and she verified the it was there. Poor business practices!

Had a bad experience at this place they are liar and the company that financing they cars for them is also liar some of the customers are unaware of a GPS tracking device on some of there cars false information they give to customers to buy cars there not very truthful people at all or trust worth people report to the BBB they will not last long in the city of clay I will never recommended anyone to go there to this place
