I had free oil change for my car coz it's still under warranty. I arrived at almost 1 o'clock, I got out at 5:15, If I didn't asked what took so long to service my car I'd probably got out there way later.I found out that my paperwork was lost.This place do not value their customers specially when it's free service, well, it's not really free service because I bought my car at this horrendous place.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Kevin Malone was kind, and walked us through the process and explained the features of the vehicle very well. We went back and bought a vehicle because of him. I cant speak for every sales person there, but I can speak for Kevin that he brought us back in for a sale and we appreciate his kindness and help.

If you are at Brannon Honda ask for Kevin Malone. He is sweet and kind and listen to what you want. Makes the buying processes smooth and quick.

A perfect example of a fraudulent service department. I ve owned 5 Hondas. (Purchased 2 from Brannon.) Everytime I ve dealt with their service department has been a horror show of outright laziness and lies.I ve bought my last Honda. Thank you Brannon !

Tries to sell you an $90 Cabin Air Filter every other visit. Went in for an oil change, and came out with a rattle. Service manager could hear it. Tech could hear it. Tech said nothing sounds different than when he brought it in. Manager tells him I have to get a new ticket started because it's not related to the oil change. I get a new ticket started and wait for another hour in the waiting room. Service manager comes back and tells me there was a screw missing from one of the heat shields and they didn't hear anything now. No apologies for wasting my time. Sad thing is this is the second time I've had my oil changed there that they've left some screws out causing an issue for me.

Ladies, BEWARE...know what services have been performed on your vehicle because I got duped! I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The service guy tells me I need to have the transmission fluid & brake fluid changed. Said it's usually recommended every 30K miles. I purchased my vehicle 4 yrs ago (previously owned) with 31K miles on it. It now has 66K on it. All my service records are in my car. I assumed the service dept would check their records for services THEY have performed. I was told I needed to have the transmission fluid and brake fluid(?) replaced. I didn't remember having transmission fluid changed already in May 2021. So approximately 10K miles later, I pay to have it changed AGAIN! (I am retired & put very few miles on my vehicle annually.) After going back through my service records & realizing I just paid ALOT for something I didn't need, it has changed my faith in Brannon's Service Department. Older & hopefully wiser going forward.

Every year for the last 5-6 years their customer service has become worse. One day when I needed to schedule a battery replacement I tried all morning to get to a live person in the service department. Left a voicemail after lunch (also letting them know this) and told them if they couldn't call me back by EOB they lost me completely. (This is not their first fumble.)Obviously they lost a customer. I had bought cars there, gotten service there for a long while. I simply wanted to /schedule/ an appointment in the next few days. Ah well.

I called to make an appointment to get my tire plugged. I was told I didn't have to make an appointment because it was an express service. It took 2 hours to plug my tire. When I made it home my alert went off that my tire pressure was low and it was a problem with my TPMS. The tire pressure in my plugged tire was 20 psi instead of 33 psi.

Bought my 2019 CRV here. Come here for routine maintenance. So far I'm pleased with the service I receive. They have never taken more than about an hour. They are very friendly and so far have not tried to get me to pay for unnecessary services like I've experienced at many other places in the past. The waiting room and restrooms are clean and they have snacks!

This is the best service I've ever received at a dealership. They've never once beaten me up over "extra" repairs. They always take care of me and are honest and accommodating. I'll pass closer Honda dealerships to go to Brannon. I'll keep going back to them for service and any future vehicle needs.

I have been going here every since I got my car in 2013. With this visit it took a while for the service person to come out but as I waited, I noticed that the normal service person that gets me in wasn't there. Usually it's a smooth transition and I get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Plus thus is the closest honda dealer to my home.

Took my pilot last week to get an issue fixed. The issue started happening again after we picked it up, called and they advised us to bring it back in so we did. Got a call after we dropped it back off,telling us that Honda told them we have to drive it for 5k miles before they will even try to fix the problem again . Very unhappy. It takes us over an hour to get our car to the dealership and wish they would have told us that before they advised us to drive it back over there all for nothing . I still have an issue with my car and will have wasted 2 hours out of my day . We will not be using them again .

Had service which consisted of an oil change, front end alignment and the air filter. All was well, excellent customer service however, my skid plate wasnt put back on (advised of the issue AFTER going to Firestone) and I had to go back. They sent a mechanic to try and provide a solution to the problem and he had no clue what it was. I went to Firestone and merely explained what I was hearing and thats when I was advised it was the skid plate. My question is if a Honda certified mechanic heard the issue and didnt know what it was and I again, only told the gentleman at Firestone, not sure I want them servicing my car.

Their service department really helped me with those Cabin Filters. Changed 1st time in 2 years....LOVE BRANNON HONDA. BOUGHT MY FAVORITE VEHICLE OF ALL TIMES THERE. 2019 HONDA CRV.GREAT CAR.... SEE CHARLIE RILEY for all your New Car Needs....

For the Honda dealerships around, I think that this one is better all around. Service department is good, friendly, and gets things done quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
