Customer service is great when it comes to check your car or any service you need with. They have snacks, drinks, and a comfortable place to take a seat and Waite while they attend your car. It s quiet. Restrooms are clean. And you might wait a bit for your car but I guess it s a great service.

Came here and bought a 2024 Honda Civic Touring. Frank helped me and he was just the nicest most pleasant guy to be around, didn t try and hackle like other salesmen. He was also very knowledgeable about the cars I looked at and made sure to inform me of all the great features and benefits of buying from Honda. 10/10 would recommend Brannon Honda to anyone on the market!

Just bought a new car there and the experience was outstanding. Elton Bowen was a fantastic salesperson and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find it. He then took plenty of time to show us how all the gadgets in the vehicle worked. The finance folks and the rest of the team were similarly professional and a delight to work with.

We had a great experience with Brannon Honda! They got me in the car I wanted at a great price! (And believe me we checked all the dealerships within a feasible driving distance)All of the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. Brannon s treated me with respect and kindness from start to finish, providing me with that rare PLEASANT car-buying experience. I want to thank everyone involved, with special gratitude to Elton Bowen, who is a knowledgeable and gracious sales consultant, and Brandon Davidson, who is a wizard at finding financing that works with not against your budget. Thanks to him, my monthly payment was reduced by over a hundred dollars from the figure my bank had offered me! I will never again have to wonder who to buy a car from, that s how positive was my experience with Brannon s.

I found a 2017 Honda CR-V on Brannon s website and made an appointment to see the car. Kevin Malone was my sales representative and informed me the particular vehicle was in maintenance to repair a recall part. There was another CR-V available but had more miles than I wanted. I drove the car to get a feel for the model and fell in love. The car had been meticulously maintained. Kevin did not pressure me, gave me a very fair price on my trade and financing was a breeze. I walked in at noon and out by 3:00 pm perfectly satisfied with my purchase. Easiest vehicle purchase I ve ever experienced. No back and forth negotiating a price. My mom bought her 2024 CRV from Brannon Honda tonight. Charlie Riley treated her very well. The process was very pleasant and efficient. We are both repeat customers of Brannon and Charlie as well. I had a great experience at Brannon Honda, my personal salesman was Charles Riley, a.k.a. Charlie. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my car buying process. I appreciate his attention to detail and help with my choice. I wanted a specific Honda CRV and he was able to get it for me. I know the buying and document signing process can be long and tedious but I had a pleasant experience at Brannon Honda. Thank you Charlie for making sure I understood my new vehicle and was comfortable with the features.

We had a great experience at Brannon Honda, especially working with Kevin. We went to multiple Honda Dealerships, and this was by far the best deal. Other dealerships are still charging over sticker price on popular Hondas despite inventory being adequate, but not Brannon. They are ethical and fair with a great service and warranty agreement. Kevin was great about giving us the perfect amount of information but being relaxed enough to let us make our own decision. We never felt pressured in any direction--everyone was just helpful and kind and funny. We spent most of the time there laughing and enjoying the whole experience. I am actually looking forward to using their dealership again in the future.

Absolutely the best staff I ve ever dealt with when buying a car. There wasn t any pressure and the salesman Kevin Malone was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to show me how to work all the features on the car. Definitely recommend this place. They give you lifetime powertrain warranty something other dealerships don t offer. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Brian was an amazing sales person and Elton was an amazing finance manager. Brian helped work a mutually acceptable deal, after some back and forth. We love our new CRV! I never met the sales manager personally, but he did not seem happy or nice at all, the one time he came out of his office, he did not say a word to me (even after I tried to talk to him). However, Brian and Elton did a great enough job for me to oversee this and I will recommend friends to the dealership!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Frank Smith and the executives at Brandon Honda. I was welcomed by the receptionist. Then, I met Frank Smith. He worked with me, explained how everything would work and it did not take long before I had a car to go home with. I used the website to find what I wanted including to check my financing. Once I saw what I wanted Brannon Honda was upfront about everything and provide choices for me to make. I will add a photo when I am presentable. lol. I loved my experience. I loved the people. Everyone was nice. Thanks Brannon Honda for my new to me car!!!!! I love it!
