We have now sold and bought vehicles from Birmingham Broker.A great, smooth experience both times.The way I prefer to do business. Fair prices for great vehicles and quick answers to any questions.Friendly, knowledgeable and get the job done with no I need a shower feeling after. No pressure to sell or buy from them. Just facts.

My dad and I went to purchase a BMW 530I with 98k miles on the car. He was told that the car was a solid buy everything worked as it should. We test drove it everything seemed legit. When we were signing all the paperwork we were told that these cars have a tendency to have the oil level come on but that it was an electronic issue. The car model didn't have a dip stick and was all electronic. 1 week after purchasing we discovered the car had an oil leak. The car started displaying low oil we added oil. 2 days later same thing happened. Added oil again. Next day we were in the process of trying to get it to Birmingham to get it looked at with a bmw specialist. Upon driving it up 280 the car started displaying low oil pressure. upon which then the motor locked up. My dad contacted Keith with Birmingham Broker and told him of the situation . He was told that he would contact the seller and get back with him. After 4-5 days of not hearing anything he started emailing and texting them to no answer. After about a week he was able to reach Keith to which he was told that he was still trying to reach the seller. Im still waiting on that call back. So we have been ghosted!!!!!! We didn't have the car 3weeks before the motor locked up and I'm stuck with it. 1 of those 3 we didn't even drive it due to getting insurance on it. This purchase was for a high school / soon to be going to college student needing a reliable ride and it has been everything but!!!!!!! Would go out of my way to buy anywhere else but here!!!!

My partner and I went to Birmingham Broker to look at an FRS that had been sitting on their lot for a little while. She has been communicating with Keith letting him know we were on the way so we drove 2 hours to look at the car. When we got there were told she could not test drive it because she would wear out the clutch . After having the vehicle checked out at the shop next door (which was AMAZING), it had numerous issues we needed to talk about so we went back to his office to chat. She was trying to talk to him about the car and completely ignored her. He was on his phone responding to text messages and never once gave us the respect to even talk about the car with us. He s incredibly rude when he *thinks* the buyer might not be serious. She even made an offer that he shrugged off saying there s no way I can do that , turns out he could because the car got lowered a few days later. It was quite obvious that since she was a female he didn t trust her with the car AND he didn t want to give her the time of day for even talking about price. Do not recommend this place at all. She even wrote a review shortly after and it seems to have been taken down. Super sketchy. Don t shop here.

The dealership was closing due to staff family issues, but stayed to briefly talk to me about a car my friend might have been interested in. If I were in the market for a really nice well cared for used high end car, I would purchase one from here!!!!

I bought a vehicle from them years ago and had a great experience. I have referred them, and spoke highly of them, to many friends and family who have bought vehicles from them. I recently tried to buy another vehicle from Birmingham Broker, and long story short, I was eventually brushed aside after inquiring about a vehicle on four different occasions within 7 days. Don t waste your time, they no longer respond to phone calls and text messages.

KEITH IS THE BEST!! Honest and Trustworthy dealer!!! I paid/wire transfer for a motorcycle to have it shipped. The whole process was smooth and I received my motorcycle within a week and half!!! SUPER QUICK!!! **** FIVE STARS *****

Without going into too much detail, the salesman we deal with was very cocky and rude. After initially dealing with him I didn t drive the the vehicle that I just traveled a hour and a half to see. They may have nice vehicles but be careful with which salesman you deal with!

They sold my average car (Ford Edge) and it was hassle free! Took a little longer than I expected, but my car had higher mileage than most of a comparable year and model. I dropped it off and about 90 days later, I picked up my check. I didn't have to deal with a single phone call or test drive, which is priceless. Craig and his team are very personable and knowledgeable. My car ended up selling for the price he projected and I put some money in the bank.

This dealership does not sell junk. Purchased a vehicle from out of state and was a bit nervous, but nothing was hidden, everything was up front and there is no hassle in the purchase process. Excellent communication and responses were always prompt. Craig and Keith are hospitable and willing to make sure you are completely satisfied. I will keep them in mind when looking for a vehicle again.

I heard their advertisement on 99.5 FM and figured I would give a call. I have a New 2022 Ford Raptor. I m selling it less than 50 miles. I left message details and phone number. Still haven t received a call. I m sure a sales person is not doing their job. But the owner hired them. Adios!

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. They are just decent people who worked diligently to put me in the perfect car at the perfect price. Everything from the sales process all the way through to financing, I was treated with the utmost respect by people who sincerely valued my business and my time. I'm the last guy I would want to sell a car to, but they seemed to enjoy the process as much as I did. If you are like me, and buying a car is one of your least favorite things, give Birmingham Brokers a try, they will change your mind.

Really good experience, I purchased and shipped a rare model car from BB across the border to Toronto that was sight unseen. Keith helped provided me the info. I asked and it was exactly as I had hoped. Positive experience overall, I would not hesitate to recommend buying from them or working with Keith he was very professional and polite to deal with.

Buying a car out of state can be risky. You have to put a large deal of trust in the salesman and the dealerships reputation. After recently buying a car that s in perfect condition it was hardly that. After taking delivery after a much anticipated few days. The car was s big let down. Being manual transmission and the initial drive, it was clear that it was anything but. The gear grids as you shift, door locks didn t work, pair was noticeable it was paint on more than several body panels. There was absolutely no disclosure of the cars trie condition.If your buying out of state, my best suggestion would be to run. In my case, my repairs are totaling well over $2,000 which doesn t include the dry rotted tires, the brakes that had pads, but the rotors were in bad shape. Overall, extremely disappointed in the honesty and integrity of what could have been a truly awesome experience.

Keith was an OK guy, but he cared more about making money to fuel his hobbies than being an honest salesman. I understand that he is a businessman and he has the right to do that, but that doesn't stop me from warning you.I checked a vehicle out that would potentially need work in the next year worth approximately $5,000 and the most he came down was $500.It's his right to tell me that he had 16 other people call on that vehicle, but it's also mine to say that he is not the kind of fella I want to do business with.

Working with Birmingham Broker is without question the best way to sell a car. I will never waste time trying to sell my own cars again. I spent a grand total of 15 minutes dealing with the sale of my car, including picking up the check. Let these guys prep and market your car, you will not regret, highly recommend.

Great experience! Keith at Birmingham Broker sold my Mom's car within 2 weeks. Got top dollar with none of the hassles of trying to sell it myself. Literally just 5 minutes of paperwork. I highly recommend Birmingham Broker.

Great selection of higher end vehicles. Wonderful experience working with Christian. Very honest and has great follow through. Not your typical salesman that just drops you once you buy your car. He is quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend Birmingham Broker!!

Fantastic dealership! I've bought vehicles from almost every dealership in Birmingham, and Bham Broker is by FAR the best to work with! They'll sell your car or truck quickly, and they've got excellent cars in their inventory to choose from. Most importantly , Craig and his staff are honest and will treat you fairly, which in my experience is rare in the auto industry.

We purchased a vintage vehicle unseen/ undriven from this business about 2 weeks ago.....big mistake! We were told the vehicle was in great shape and in great working order yet it had to be jumped after coming off truck. We wired our payment in full to this business, yet for some reason are still waiting for the tiltle/paperwork. So, we have a car from them that will not start that has been in our garage for 6 days and no paperwork or title so we cannot take it anywhere to get it looked at. It definitely needs a new battery because the one in the car will not hold a charge (and they CLEARLY knew that) and possibly a new alternator. So disappointed with this business and this experience overall. I am sure once our mechanic gives the car a good once over, we will enjoy the it, but we will never do anything like this again. Buyer beware!!!

I've always gotten excited when the time came to purchase a new vehicle but dealing with Nick Holloman at Birmingham Broker was an experience like no other - Something so unique that I had to put my gratitude in writing and share with others. Nick took his time to field all of my questions ensuring that I was completely comfortable with my purchase then even followed up in the days after to make sure I was loving my new ride. I recently purchased a 1989 Rolls Royce Corniche Convertible through Birmingham Broker. Let me first start off by saying the communication was excellent. Shane was my salesperson and he ALWAYS responded to me via text or phone in a timely fashion. Not all deals go through without a snag or two. It is how you respond when things occur unexpectedly that are out of your control that count. We had a small issue with the title that was handled quickly. During this time, I was kept informed and in the loop the whole time. Bottom line they did what they said they would do. No games and zero hassle. I would buy another car from them again in a second. I highly recommend this outfit.
