The customer service was excellent! Mr. Andrew replaced my headlight, and it was a very challenging task. The start was very pleasant, and they helped me get the right light bulb. I definitely recommend this location.

I had the best service at the Wahouma, Birmingham Autozone! Kadeem was so friendly and gave excellent service. It was pouring down rain and he insisted on putting my tag light in for me! He knew I didn't know how and it was dark and didn't want me to get pulled over for not having a light. AGAIN HE DID IT IN THE POURING RAIN!! It truly meant a lot. I just lost my dad and he would normally do these things for me. So thank you Kadeem and autozone!

Parts have went up! Have became very expensive! You pretty much well just go to a mechanic shop and just pay for parts and labor!

Shanna and Chris are Customer Centric!!!! They are the best I've seen in a long time. Shanna took her time to search my previous purchase and verify if my warranty was still good. Then she very professionally helped me purchase a new battery after another Autozone told me a lie that I didn't but it from there but Shanna and Chris took very good care of me and they deserve some praise.

I'm an Auto Zone fan and this location had a particular rental tool that other locations didn't have so they saved the day! Also service was quick and the AZ associate was conversant on the topic of what I was working on. Pleasant. Returned the tool later that day and had another good interaction.

I do a lot of shopping at local auto parts stores for parts, oils and so on usually only bc I need some items quickly. I ve been to this store twice and I m amazed at the lack of professionalism with a dash of racism. I rarely feel this way but I know it when I see it. It s in a predominantly black area of our city so I m usually the only white customer in the store and the staff made sure to remind me of that. There was a younger guy that seemed new but he was the only one acting like an adult and a decent human being. When you re checking out and another customer is trying to get the employee s attention and said employee says sorry I ll be with you shortly, I m trying to get this dude out my face or the second time it was Just give me a second stop trying to get this dude to go home then you know you have a problem. I don t expect much these days but these dudes are bold. Both employees with the attitudes seemed to be the higher ups in the store during that shift. Completely unnecessary considering I was quietly waiting my turn but I guess my white dollars aren t good there. Luckily I have an Advanced Auto near by also with an all black staff but they are the friendliest, most helpful staff I ve done business with in a while. While I know a company can t control every single employee I do expect store management to act like an adult and bury any personal feelings while on the clock. That behavior reflects poorly on his staff.

This Auto Zone is my favorite location to do business with.They always take the time out to let me know what 's going with my vehicle. Jeremy a new store employee recently gave me some correct advice concerning my engine that stopped me from spending $300.00 with a mechanic unnecessarily . Thank you Auto Zone for hiring the best..

Literally went to get my battery tested bc I got a new alternator and wanted to make sure I was okay to drive my car. Went in and one girl on her phone, other guy didn t seem like he was excited to do much work. My battery was weak, no worries, so I mentioned I got the battery from autozone and it was still under warranty. Any autozone is supposed to replace and install the battery if it s still under warranty. This fine fellow tells me he isn t reinstalling the new battery but can give me the replacement. Sir how am I going to get home with the battery not in said car, quickly.I simply just said okay and walked away. Situation was frustrating enough as it is. But yeah. Don t go here.

Only a 3 stars because you do not have their full attention. I ask for 1 item and was given another . His explanation was.....same price just had more items. The price was just a few dollars higher and did have more items included......I just like to be ask if I want something not given something whether I want it or not. Women do have a mind of their own and they do know what they want to send their money on.

By far the worst experience I've ever had and I'm sorry to say that considering how much $ I spend . Im traveling home to Louisiana and I'm stranded needing a starter . I've walked to AutoZone 3 days in a row because each day the associates tell me it's ordered till the next day they tell me it never was. I go to the other store myself but like I said I'm on foot. Now I've been here these three days extra in a hotel room my truck has been burglarized twice I'm almost out of money ,and my nerves are shot. It's just a bunch of finger pointing games up there it seems like very poor service
