Mr. Patrick was fantastic. Great conversation and customer service skills while cleaning up my car and we were able to get a new battery for me under warranty.He was incredibly personable and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. 10/10 service.

I came in looking to get a bulb, and came out with some great encouragement from one of the workers named Clarence. His customer service skills was awesome and he was really nice and easy to have a conversation with!If you re coming here to grab a part or whatever you re looking for, be sure to chat with Clarence and see how he s doing and you may receive some encouragement yourself

My car battery light was coming on. I brought it to get put on the machine to see was it my alternator. After getting checked the car cut off. Mr. Clarence tried several times to give me a jump off but it still wouldn't start. All the time he was out in the pouring down rain. Thanks Mr. Clarence for all your help.

Justin Miller was very rude. He looked in my face, and turned his head as is if I wasn't there. Never ask 1 time if he could help me. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Came to check engine light..technician left the keys inside and locked the door..and asked me to call the lock service. Pathetic and disgusting..he messed up the whole door paint trying to open it..

I understand that there are policies in place that you can't return something that's been used. But I needed a tool and didn't really have the money so I asked if they could do the loan a tool for me. They didn't have what I needed so I asked if I could purchase one and return it. I only needed it for two min. The guy said absolutely yes. Then they refused to do it. Cost me $50 which I needed to live on for the rest of the week. That's just sorry. I think it's called lying to someone's face.

Employees were very attentive as soon as I walked in they were more than willing to help, one of the employees in particular named Clarence was extremely helpful and knowledgeable enough to tell us exactly what we needed to take apart off and showed us ways to both save money and helped us with our vehicle afterwards he is a great asset to the store.

100% customer service 1% on making sure you get the right tools and parts for your car always happy smiling and very attentive the people that work in this place or spectacular and needed to raise every single one of them to put up with all of us mean people in the world but give him a hard time laugh out loud no AutoZone is number one in America and number one on auto parts and customer service
