The worst service ever. We arrived around 1015 or so to get a battery check and replaced it if needed. We left around 1215 or so. Where do I start the battery? It was checked and determined to be faulty. This is where the fun begins. First, they sold us a replacement battery. They came outside to install the battery, and it wouldn't fit? Then they didn't have the battery we bought to fit our car. There were only two people working the store on a busy Saturday morning. The second employee gathered some parts and proceeded to get into the delivery truck and leaves to mske a delivery. So now the store only has one employee left to handle all of the customers and installs. At this point, we had been there for over an hour. The remaining employee comes out and grabs the incorrect battery and swaps out the incorrect battery to the next step-up battery. He comes outside and removes the old battery and places the next battery in the car without connecting. We are now up to almost two hours. I used AutoZone's tools to install the battery myself. A 10 minute job turned to the worst 2 hour experience ever. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I did use Autozones customer complaints site. I received one call from the area manager, but to date, I haven't received a follow-up call or email resolution. Very unfortunate.

Went in for gas/fuel injector cleaner... I picked up what I knew from my years of driving, and the lady who helped me recommended a different brand and pointed out that both brands have the exact same additives... and I got 2 for the price of 1.. thanks!!

Quite a professional encounter with the Manager, Mr. Brown, who was courteous, thorough and knowledgeable concerning Auto Zone product engineering. The gentleman made such a admirable impression, I ll have no problem returning for other services.C.Nettles

This is a 2 part review, the first part for AAA, the 2nd part for here. We needed a new battery, and Auto Zone charged it up instead, saving us SO MUCH MONEY! Nadine is the best, helpful, patient and did I mention the best?!!! Very knowledgeable of what is needed for our Kia. THANKS!!

An employee named Tay did a great job helping me. I honestly didn t expect good service from this location, But he went out of his way to explain things to me , fixed things on my car for me . Did things he did not have to do. I will be coming to this location from now on.

I was AMAZED to see how Donisha got me in and out the store and I was satisfied. She had a Good sense of humor while doing her job. And THAT I like because you don t see many that enjoy what they do. She sold me a battery and installed it and the time went by quickly because we laughed and talked all while doing her job! You don t get that a lot. She definitely didn t have the stank attitude. With the help of Johnathan.!Things got done Quick and Fast. I recommend going to them for ANYTHING you need help with. Cause Serra Chevrolet left me down. And I purchased my vehicle from them smdh

They had trouble finding my part but the lady was persistent, even after I chose a higher priced alternative. She found my part in the wrong place and saved me $15. Great auto store completely.

Great and fast service! Walk right in and had help from the 3 techs up front, who found the right bulbs for my Tahoe! Thanks to the tech support (Johnathan) who came from the rear to change my headlights for (helpless) me.

It was 8:39 pm and the store manager Richard Brown assisted me with installing a battery while the other guy did nothing. Mr.Brown is an amazing man way to go. I will visit again just for his service. I hope I m given the correct name. Please let me know.

Everyone is always so helpful! As long as they have enough staff, they will install parts like windshield wipers and batteries. Tonight, my worker installed my headlight and air filter.

I want to say a big thank you to Mr. Ronnie Brown at the Auto Zone in Huffman. He's so very kind and helpful! I bought my light bulb for my tail light from a different Auto Zone but they weren't as friendly, so at my next opportunity I went to the Huffman branch. Mr. Brown installed my light bulb and was genuinely kind! Thank you!!!

I want to thank Reyes for his knowlege, I went to the store and I explained my car situation, after listening he told me that it could be my starter and indeed it was. Thank you Reyes you daved me money, because my mechanic told me that my engine was no good, it had decompressed. I will be back with all my car needs.
