10/10 would definitely recommend. They helped me out with no issues and even changed my break lights a big help to me because I had no idea what I was doing. Great job Jonathan!!

I visited Autozone and came across an associate named Johnathan. First off he was so polite and respectful. I came in looking for a new battery, he didn t hesitate to assist. He helped me find a battery in my price range and also went above and beyond with helping me get it installed. I didn t feel like just a sale I felt he was really concerned with getting me the help I needed. Y all ever stop in ask for Johnathan!!

The guy with the dreads was very nice. Gave me a quote over the phone I went in bought my battery he installed it without hassle. Very nice man.

Roy; Jeanene; Kiesha and Zach have shown me the true meaning of customer service. I had never been treated like a valued customer, anywhere. However, after today...my faith in customer service AND humanity, has been restored! Thank you so much for taking car of my family AND mechanical needs. The entire staff was very informative and empathetic towards my situation. In less than 48 hours, I can honestly say that I am now a loyal customer of Auto Zone, Center Point. Thank you, kindly.

I d like to send a huge thanks to Roy; Jeanene; Kiesha and Zach for restoring my husbands confidence on his newly acquired mechanical journey. I, myself felt very secure in the hands of the Auto Zone, Center Point staff. They helped us successfully repair our vehicle and Roy helped us save the house from being burned down! Thanks again for showing great customer service and we will definitely be back to that specific location for all of our mechanical needs.

The manager on duty between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm. 3/20/2021 was rude and displayed poor customer service skills. When I initially entered the store she could be heard loudly chastising one of the red shirt associates regarding stocking some merchandise. I was never greeted and walked around for overfive minutes attempting to locate the items I was seeking unsuccessfully. When I attempted to ask for assistance she cut me off before I could complete my sentence and pointed in the general direction of an aisle and said,"The only thing we're going to have like that is gone be over there." I then then proceeded to ask if they carried a specific bulb for my vehicle's year make and model. She then went to a computer screen and sighed loudly while rubbing her temple and and replied, What year you say your truck was?" I then stated,"Never mind I think I'll just take my business over there." and pointed across the street to Advance Auto Parts. As I exited the the store rhe manager yelled something at me as the door closed. I must say they were much friendlier and considerably more helpful at the Advance Auto Parts. If a member of management reads this you are more than welcome to review your stores surveillance footage to confirm this incident. I have been a regular customer at this location but going forward I will patronize the competitor across the street.

Adam was the greatest i have ever dealt with. He was very polite and helpful along with awesome personality. I will def be going back. He needs a big raise just based on customer service. God bless you man. The store itself was awesome as well. Clean and had everything i needed

I went in the store to buy a can of run flat the person I was speaking to ask me for my phone number I declined the can was defective I asked for another one then the morning manager went into a whole big thing being real rude and disrespectful instead of giving me a new can he went on to tell me my attitude is bad because I didn't want to give my phone number he could have kept his emotions to himself no means no this man's disgusting I'm never going there again

Went to CENTERPOINT, AL LOCATION on October 27, 2022 (approx. 6:30pm) workers did not know how to (1) apply $5.00 internet bonus (Preston antifreeze) purchase to my rewards card & (2) would not give me price on item ($11.99 Slime sealant 16oz) listed on shelf...worker stated price was increased to $13.99 on Sunday (on register) BUT was still showing $11.99 on shelf. I put both items back on shelf and went to ADVANCE AUTO PART to make my purchases.

The employees were knowledge and very helpful. They had everything I called about in their computer, pulled it up and pulled it for me. The price I was quoted was the price I was charged. Curtis was a huge help.

I usually go to the auto zone on Huffman Rd but was always treated rudely and rushed. Today... Autozone regained a customer. The people at the Centerpoint location was kind, concerned and patient. They worked with me twice today and ensured my problem was resolved. Thank you guys. I really appreciate it and your location is my new spot

Mr.Roy and Ms. Michelle are 2 of the best managers I've seen. Their interactions with customers is always priceless.
