Amazing experience. This makes my 7th windshield in my car and they got my insurance to put factory glass in this time. My windshield is not lifted at the top like previous ones, my heads up display is perfectly aligned, I have no wind noise and even with programming I was in and out of there. The Employees were top notch, very courteous, respectful and nice. Definitely recommend

Extremely friendly and courteous employees that go out of their to help the customer make the right decisions and to answer any of the questions that I might have had.One important point that is rare to find this day and time, they listen to the customer.Nicely done job on the windshield and in a very timely manner.Has a clean waiting area while your repair or replacement work is done also.

I d like to start by saying Courtney up front is absolutely amazing and the company is lucky to have her. The reason I didn t rate this 5 stars is because it took me 3 separate trips down to Auto Glass Now to finally get my windshield replaced correctly. They had to order 8 different pieces of glass from 2 separate distributors to find one that wasn t damaged. Today they were able to finally get it done and it looks like an OEM job. Very happy with the glass for now, hopefully it stands up.

This will be my second time dealing with Auto Glass Now. I needed a front windshield replacement. My appointment was for 8am.This company did a great windshield installation, I m very happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now for your auto glass needs. If I have any future auto glass issues, I will be returning to Auto Glass Now.Thanks, Courtney

Very good experience. Costumer service up front staff was very nice and welcoming. The guy who fixed my window was very good as well. Provided me with updates and was very knowledgeable. The wait was not very long. Overall great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Auto Glass now. I went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to have my front windshield replaced. After I found out how much it would cost to have it replaced I set up an appointment to have it taken care of. Our appointment was at 2:00 p.m. and I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and I was out of there around about 2:15 p.m. I would recommend Auto Glass now to anyone who needs glass service for their vehicle. I read them a five star and give them a thumb up.

I d previously come here for a back window replacement on a different vehicle. I needed my windshield replaced this time around and was pleased with the rate as well as availability. The morning of, they had a cancellation and gave me the option of coming in earlier. Once I arrived I was told it may take 1-2 hours, but was pleasantly surprised when my name was called after 45 minutes. Once I got in and inspected, there were particles from the work on my carpets. Andy and Ladarius quickly fixed that. No complaints. Hoping this windshield is more impenetrable than the last.

Very professional, timely, and helpful. They even noticed something wrong with one of my tires and kept me from having a flat on the side of the road. I submitted a claim at 10 am and they had my window fixed before 3 pm in the afternoon.

The staff was really friendly. I had to wait longer for the windshield to be fixed but still they kept checking on me and made sure I was satisfied with thier service. Honestly their prices were reasonable as well. I'm fully happy

Well run business. Worked with our insurance without problems. We dropped off our car and it was completed on time. Technician was familiar with the camera system on our '23 Ioniq EV. Very satisfied.

Auto Glass Now are punctual and helpful. The service was quick less than a hour. He even went above the normal requirements and repaired some corrosion that was occurring under my windshield no extra charge. Awesome experience with Auto Glass Now. Car was broken into, shattered my passenger window and whatever they threw to break it cracked my windshield as well. Called several places but none could get me in the same day, and I park on a city street at night. None seemed to care about my predicament. Auto glass now offered to store my car in their garage overnight and replaced the glass by noon the next day. Amazing customer service.

This place is outstanding. They have replaced two windshields for me in the last month. They got the appropriate glass that Safelight could not seem to find. Special shout-out to Courney who was incredibly helpful and communicated with me the entire way.

Courtney and Paula were pleasant, professional and helpful throughout the process. The windshield looks great, and everything was calibrated correctly. This company is great! Fast and accommodating! I use them often for my rental cars. One time, I ordered that morning and the window replaced that day and off to the guest! Also, I couldn t make an appt once so they sent a mobile tech all the way to me to replace the windshield! Got my front passenger side window broken into and they got me an appointment for a replacement so fast and gave me a discount. Super nice people in there and it only took 45 minutes for the full replacement! The new window works perfectly, and they vacuumed all the glass out too. Seriously great service and way cheaper than the quote I got from Safelite. Thanks y all :)

I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the price was reasonable. I came out for mobile service and we re very professional and courteous. They were quickly and was done within 20 or 30 minutes. My window looks the exact same as it did before I went and wasted over an hour of my time at Auto Glass Now. Glass still broken w an indent. Never again will I ever visit this shop and entrust my car to their care, nor encourage any others to do the same.

Someone broke into my car so I needed my window replaced. They charged me a reasonable price and got it taken care of as soon as possible, but it wasn t same day. The technician did a really good job getting all the glass out of my car which I know wasn t easy because my car was a mess to begin with. Andy was very polite and professional in person and on the phone. He made sure to offer everyone water which I thought was very kind. I am rating 5 stars because everything that had to do with me was done perfectly, but I do want to mention one complaint. One woman in the office had the nastiest attitude towards her coworkers and the vendors she was speaking with on the phone. I was shocked that she would speak to people that way even with customers in the lobby. She was not unkind to me, but I couldn t help but feel bad for everyone else that had to deal with her sass and rudeness.

I was very impressed how fast they had me in and out in about an hour!! Reasonably priced for a OEM windshield!! All staff was extremely nice!!!
