I called a lady name Maria answered and gave me a reasonable quote so I decided to go with them. After making to the business I could tell they were racist telling make believe stories and talking about gun shots where just some of the things she did. Long story short I got a deal but the glass was poor quality and my truck was damaged in the progress.. Do not go to them you will regret going the cheaper route.

The customer service here is wonderful. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door. They replaced my windshield in less than a hour. I haven t had any issues with it. I would definitely recommend Alabama Glastek with no hesitation!

This place is the absolute worse!!! Dealership called on a Wednesday to order a windshield replacement. I was told to come in Monday morning at 9:30. Monday morning I received a reminder text. I arrive on time before time at that. At 10:00 my car is pulled to the back. At 10:30 I am told the glass was not delivered and they was going to go pick it up from Homewood. The tech left at 10:30 and didn t arrive back until 12:15. At 1:30 I am now being told the installation has been done BUT the glass isn t the correct size and off a few inches and they need me to come back on Friday. Okay, I received a call canceling the appointment for Friday and rescheduled for Wednesday 9:30. I arrive on Wednesday at 9:30 and my car wasn t pulled around back until 11:30. Hours after hour employees & manager continue to walk by without given me an update both times I was here. I finally received my car at 1pm. TERRIBLE! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Found these folks via Google on a Sunday search after some vandals smashed in my truck's rear window. Bill responded promptly to my emails (again, on a Sunday), which was great because I was frustrated and worried about rain.I highly recommended these folks. If you're downtown or farther south, they're worth the drive. The price was right, the service took less than an hour, they were super friendly, and I had a new window less than 24 hours after the damage.Great team!

They were very quick, knew what they were doing giving me a lot of confidence as a buyer. Would recommend it to anyone, it took them 43 min flat to replace the windshield of my 79 firebird with a good quality windshield. They came to my residence to do it, all for a very reasonable price .

Went in thinking my power window had broken. Found out it was a window regulator and was only asked 10$ to pay for time. Was already impressed with the quote on the replacement. Warm environment and kind people. Very much recommend spending your money here. Recommended me to someone who could fix my problem that asked around the same price.

Alabama Glastek did an amazing job on my Tesla Model 3. Although Tesla is a unique vehicle, they had the expertise to handle the replacement and calibration perfectly. Larger glass companies gave me the runaround, saying the glass wasn't available. Alabama Glastek proved them wrong by obtaining the glass quickly and efficiently. "Bigger" is not better...Glastek is the real deal. The owner, technicians, and support staff are experienced and great to work with. Highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This visit was the second time I've trusted Alabama Glastek to replace a broken windshield. The first time, my corporate office sent me there. This time however, I made the choice to use their services.Both visits have been for my company vehicle but due to the professionalism, courtesy, ease of scheduling, and quality of their work, I will continue to use Alabama Glastek for all of my automotive glass needs, for both work and personal vehicles.~Al

I have used Alabama Glastek multiple times now for some of our work trucks. Price wise your name brands such as Safelite charge me at least double what these guys do. The windshields I have had done are still holding up great. They were super friendly every experience and I will go back when I need another windshield.

Do not use this company. Their communication is really bad.The worse technicians ever they have bad manners they don t give you status of the work done.Dispatchers and technicians are not on the same page everyone is doing whatever they want.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Joey and his staff made sure all three of our cars were taken care of with amazingly easy scheduling and timeliness. One national company didn't have and mobile appointments for almost one month...we highly recommend Alabama Glastek!

Not professiona at all. Did not try to accommodate me & or my wife on and appropriate time or location for her windshield repair. Had my wife wait 2 hours & no showed without a call. Called a competitor & they came right out & charged less. It's all good.

Wow can't believe this company doesn't have any reviews.I got a small crack in my windshield on the drive to work and by 11:15 the crack was fixed. The crack was small, less than the size of a dime, and I can't even tell its there anymore. The price was half what safelite wanted to charge and they couldn't even do it till the next day. The owner seemed to have a lot of experience in doing these types of repairs and the entire job took about 20 minutes.Highly recommended for glass repair

2019 Tiffin Phaeton Motorhome Windshield replacement. My husband and I are not happy with installation of windshield. They did the best they could, but it just doesn't look professionally done, this is a 2019 Tiffin Motorhome with less than 5K miles. The Mobile Eye reattachment adhesive isn't seamless, and the adhesive around the windshield is tacky as well. They removed the wipers but did not install back into proper position, the blades are resting on the body of the RV instead on the windshield (can cause scratch to paint Job). They did come to RV storage location the same week to retouch adhesive around the windshield but not happy with workmanship. This shop was the only shop in the area that was recommended and approved by Progressive Insurance. Initially, when we arrived and spoke with the Owner about the job I wanted to leave and drive to Red Bay, but husband decided to allow them the opportunity. The owner and I had spoken over the phone several times regarding repair and made arrangements to have the windshield shipped there. There were things discussed and later were found to be untrue. If we decided to bring the RV the night before, he stated the property was gated, and it wasn't. I asked if there were additional charge for the Mobile Eye recalibration, & reattachment he said no but later billed insurance. The insurance refused to pay .... I definitely did not pay. The insurance stated company charged too much. I spoke with Tiffin, and they stated the mobile eye is self recalibrate on the 2019...just drive it 20 mile or so.Just drive to Red Bay next time because it was a stress crack per owner. I remember a rock hitting the windshield coming from MS to AL, then later when we were loading for the next adventure notice a crack on the passenger side windshield.The TurnersService: Auto windshield replacement

Josh at Alabama glass tek is top notch! Very professional and great attitude. He did the windshield in my truck and I will never go anywhere els . From windshield replacement or rock chips they are by far the best place .

I called because my front windshield has a crack in it and it needed it fixed. Whenever I called a lady answered. She kept cutting me off, even though my reason for calling was pretty straight forward. She said she was going to transfer me to someone else for a quote. A man answered next trying to give me a quote, but I quickly tried to explain that I filed an insurance claim. He kept cutting me off too. He said oh you need to speak with such and such. I got transferred to the third person, but of course he tried to over talk me and wouldn t listen either. I told them never mind and decided to just go with another company. I didn t feel heard as a customer.

I have a Volvo XC60, and Volvo can be a huge challenge to work with. My technician, Justin, was very patient with Volvo and returned several times to ensure I got the right glass and panel pieces. Justin could not be nicer, and the team at the Alabama GlasTek office was extremely pleasant as well. While it's a smaller operation than the big glass repair places, they give you much better customer service with a personal touch. Thanks!

BEWARE... may be good for a chip repair but the quality of the glass they sell is terrible. I had a dealer use them to replace a windshield for me the same day it cracked, I had the crack repaired. Within a few months I had another crack. This time I had Ala Glastek replace the glass. Two weeks later a crack appeared from the top of the windshield, they came out and said something hit it. No warranty. After 25 years of driving I have never had windshields crack so easily. Very poor quality! That's 3 cracks in two windshields and they all happened within months of Alabama glastek installing them. NEVER again will I use them for service.

Discombobulated!!! Everything about the interaction was confusing. They quoted me a price and when I tried to provide a referral number from my insurance, which had dispatched the claim to them, they couldn't see the claim. I got Safelite! Safelite came to me!

Had my first opportunity to use the services of Alabama Glastek, Inc. yesterday to repair a ding in my windshield. I called the company based on a recommendation of a business in Pell City that used to make these repairs but no longer do them. Mr. Rogers answered personally, took my information and offered to meet me in Pell City later the same day. He arrived promptly at an appointed time, made the repair quickly and perfectly, and was very reasonably priced. Thanks a bunch Mr. Rogers and also thanks for the help getting my car started afterwards and making me aware that I probably needed to have my battery replaced.
