First let me start out by saying I don't normally go out of my way to write reviews but feel that the poor customer service at this location was warranted. Before driving over 30 minutes to this location, I called to ask if they would price match Walmarts price on an item and they said they would. (policy states they are supposed to anyways). So I drive all the way to the location only to be told by the manager that they only price match on certain items. (Seems like you either price match or don't). Long story short the customer service at this store is no good, they are not honest, and will not keep their word. Please save yourself time and do not come to this location.

Horrible customer service, asked to have battery checked, guy was rude then slammed my hood down crushing the cover plate for battery and he just kept walking into the building

Arrived to get diagnostics and waited a while due to the employee forgetting about me. He stated my OBD wasn t working so a diagnostic couldn t be done, but he did check my battery .come to find out I went to Pepboys and nothing was wrong with my OBD outlet and they were able to do a testing.

Brand new and I needed a battery. They had a battery. I needed to borrow tools and they let me. It's very clean and shiney right now and surprise, surprise I wasn't ignored. That's a W.

Went in to get take and wheel parts! They pulled up my perk points for me. Made me feel great. Way to go Advance on Dennison Ave in Birmingham Alabama

Everytime I go here to buy a part they don't have it at that location Sunday 4/30/23 evidently they closed early or something. Had a note on the door so Auto Zone got our business otherwise seems to be ok

Only problem is the guy working there was adding things to my bills without asking had to make him take everything off went in for a motorcycle battery and he was adding car installation parts
