I visit this store almost everyday, at my profession as automotive repair technician. They re always friendly and helpful staff do a great job supplying me with the right parts. Inside and outside the store is neat, clean, and is well managed, I rate them high for hard work keeping a clean, neat store. Also, keeping customers satisfied, I see myself always shopping here. 10/10!!!

I am almost 70 years old. My dad had an auto parts store when I was growing up. I never thought twice about having car trouble and having reliable people to go to. Fast forward 50 years, we are not in Kansas anymore Dorothy. I have been to this location numerous times over the last decade. They are 'close' to what I remember happening over my dad's counter. This last time, it was that I needed a new battery. Both Sandra and Gary worked for an hour - in the dark! - getting my car squared away. Bottom line, I am nothing but 5 stars on this Advance Auto location. They have saved, seriously saved me, numerous times.

Sand or whatever her name is was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ll never shop at another advance because of this women s unprofessionalism and rudeness. I am a Veteran who does not appreciate being talked down to. I ll never shop here again 0 help.

Never again will I return to this location and possibly Advanced Auto Parts again...after selecting the REAR brakes that I needed, I noticed when she was checking me out that she had FRONT brakes to a completely different vehicle after me specifying multiple times. When I was trying to select the correct spark plugs, she kept trying to tell me that there was "no difference between them besides how much you want to spend" and surprise surprise she sold me the wrong ones. She was also so clueless to the basic questions I was asking that another customer in line jumped in and answered everything.

I can t say enough about a specific employee at this given location.I came in today to get my battery tested here today. Here is a little back story of the events that led to this moment. My car was used to jump off my boyfriend s brother s car just this morning. Today while running errands, I sat in a parking lot idling for 15-20 minutes. I tried leaving and my car died while driving. I crank it back up and the same thing happens again. I panic as I have my baby in the back seat. I pray I can make it to the nearest Advanced Auto, I did. I quickly go into the store not shutting off my engine and ask for a battery test. Of course I needed one. I begin to tear up because at this given moment I am a single momma with a negative bank account and no money to spare on a battery. (Not knowing this) The kind women helping me goes into the store and returns with a battery. I though maybe she was going to try and charge my alternator for me, but wrong she put a new battery into my car for me at no cost me me. I have no idea how to repay her, but I plan to some way. She saved me and I m not really sure she knows by how much! Thank you Twin for helping me and my baby boy. You are the KINDEST person I have come across in a very long time. I am forever grateful for you!

I couldn't find what I was looking for just by walking around. The layout is different than any other Advance I've ever been in. I had to approach the counter where an employee was standing there not helping anyone, and she just stood there looking at items on the counter and not asking me if I needed any help. It was very awkward and when she did engage me she seemed disinterested and impolite.

It was kind of busy when I arrived around 3-3:30 PM on a weekday, but everyone was super pleasant and helpful. I checked online before headed to the store and the part I needed was in stock as reported on the website. Yay! I love when inventory online is current with the actual physical inventory, so thank you for that.

I went first opening at 7:00 AM . No line and the counter worker was nice and knowledgeable. Store was neat and clean. They had my product that I needed. Also you can check online for your product and order it and pick it up in store. I will return.

Bought wiper blades on-line (a mistake I will not make in the future) and could not get them installed myself (even with the help of others). Stopped by this store and a wonderful young man named LT came out and installed them in less than 5 minutes, even though I told him I had not bought them there. This will be my go to store in the future for any of my automotive needs.

This is the only auto parts store in town that I use. Everyone is friendly and they know what they are talking about if you have questions. I order all of my parts online and pick up in store, unless I have a question, because you can always find a great AA coupon online. Sometimes you can get 25-30% off. Don't forget to sign up for a SpeedPerks account that also gives you great discounts.

Having a couple of older model cars in our family "stable" I find myself at parts houses regularly. The staff and management at the 5th Ave Advance Auto are friendly and knowledgeable. I have 20 years of specialty retail management experience, outside sales experience and I have owned a specialty retail shop so I've become somewhat of a stickler for service and the customer "experience". The level of customer service is exceptional and they always offer good advice. While I know it is a national chain it has the feel of a locally owned business. This comes from the people really taking ownership of their work.Thanks and keep up the good work!

Amazing customer service! I went in to have a check engine light read, and I mentioned that the clicker to my car was dead. I had previously taken it to another place, and they ruined the screw, so I thought my next option was to buy a new clicker altogether. The manager looked at the key and was able to carefully pry it open. We went to change the battery, but they were unfortunately out of stock. He went outside for a moment, and he came back in with a clicker for his truck and gave me the battery out of it (at no charge- I tried to order him a new one)! Wow!!! I will be back anytime I need anything else for my car!
