Everyone here was amazing! The salesman ,Ray Steward, was incredibly nice and did everything to make sure I was happy and informed. He was not pushy and did not throw in any hidden fees. We ended up talking about our love for classic cars and he took the time to show me some of the hot rods next door. The manager Chris Charles took my offer and brought the paperwork right over. There was no run around to try and get me spend more. Everything was exactly as the ad said. The paperwork was handled by Crystal Allman. She was incredibly nice and chatted with me for over half an hour about our mutual career interests. She loves research and is set to go an Ivy League college. I went to three other dealerships that day to find the best deal. Hours of wheeling and dealing just to find hidden fees or try to be talked into something I did not want or need had wore me down. It was so amazing to go to dealership and immediately be treated like a friend. Even after they had my money they still took the time to talk to me and share in my common interests. I never would have thought that I would stumble upon a fellow Behavioral Economist when buying a car! I know this was long winded but I am truly impressed. Everyone here went out of their way to make me happy and feel at home. I find that truly rare in sales these days. I will definitely be back for my next car purchase!

Marvin is the best salesperson ever! He was very patient with me considering my challenging situation and still manage to get me in the car I wanted when no other dealership could. Crystal Clear is also the best finance manager. She was upfront and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I would recommend Marvin and the Adamson West team to anyone!

My salesperson Terri was amazing! She helped me find the car I needed! Crystal Clear, the F&I Manager was amazing too! She was very honest about how the car business worked and what she thought was best for me being a first time car buyer! I definitely recommend Adamson West!

My salesperson Alex was great! She really took care of my car needs! Then I went into the office and Crystal Clear from the commercial is really real and really nice left one lot who offered me a 2008 Dodge neon, however Adamson West provided me with a 2015 Chrysler 200. FIRST TIME BUYER I HAVE NO CREDIT AND I'M VERY SATISFIED.

This was an incredibly easy buying experience! Chris Charles ensured that everything went smoothly and that I got the exact car to fit my needs and budget. I do not think my car could fit me more perfectly! I also loved working with Crystal in Finance. I would highly recommend Adamson West to friends and family and I will definitely be getting my next car here.

Coach Heavy has always taken great care of us! This is our **3rd** car from him through Adamson West and the experience has always been top notch!! Crystal Clear is the best finance manager! She explain everything with such detail! Great place! Great people for sure!

Arthur was such a great sales person and got me in the car I wanted. He was very patient and nice. Crystal Clear, the financial advisor, was very amazing and very helpful. They both are excellent in explaining and answering any questions. They do not pressure you in making any rational decisions, just to make a sell. I would recommend anyone to Adamson West!!!!!!!!!

With a baby on the way, I needed a spacious vehicle bad. I had heard about Adamson West from a neighbor who had recently bought a car from there and decided to check them out. I took a bus from my house to Adamson West, not sure that I would be able to get a car. As soon as I walked on the lot I met Ray and it was all uphill from there! He helped me tremendously! I ended up purchasing a Impala, which has more than enough space for a new baby. The finance manager Crystal Clear was amazing. She even gave me credit advise! From walking to riding! Thanks Adamson West!

I really enjoyed my experience at Adamson West. Alex (My Salesperson) went out of her way for me...truly above the call of duty! Crystal Clear (F&I Manager) was great too! She is very good about explaining the paperwork where you can understand it "clearly." I will definitely purchase my next car from them!

I came in hoping to get a car, and my man Mr. Ralph Williams took very great care of me! Customer Service was phenomenal! Id recommend anyone to Adamson West! Even tgrough my doubts he worked with me and everything pulled through so smooth! Also the other staff members were very polite !

Ray was a great salesperson! This is my 2nd car from Adamson West and I will continue to go back! I can't leave out Mrs. Crystal Clear...she is a very honest finance manager. Always upfront and clear about the paperwork! No surprises! Thanks again Adamson West!

Our experience at Adamson West in Midfield was absolutely wonderful! The process was easy and quick! Damon and Crystal Clear were amazing! My husband is driving away in the car he wanted and we are extremely pleased!

Coach Heavy is amazing! We've been coming to him for years and he never disappoints! My family and I are on our 4th car with him and Adamson West! Crystal, the finance manager, is so nice and knowledgable! We will definitely continue to do our car business with Adamson West!

I purchased 2 vehicles from Adamson West. The staff there is awesome and will get you in the vehicle of your choice. We had the pleasure of purchasing from Damon Treadwell today. Very courteous, upfront and direct. You will not be disappointed if you come visit Damon at Adamson West!!!!

Oh my goodness, I just received the most excellent service at Adamson West with Ms. Alex. She is the definition of phenomenal customer service. I got everything I needed and more. I truly recommend going to see Ms. Alex if you are looking for a new ride because she has truly been a blessing to me thanks again love.

I had a great experience at Adamson West!!! Aurthur was amazing!!! He got me in the car I wanted!!! Crystal was awesome as well!!! They made this easy fast transaction for me!!! This is not a professional dealership. The staff is rude, the car salesman I had Author "coach" was very rude and nasty. The finance manager was arrogant and had a bad attitude. I would not do business with them. I have heard negative reviews about this dealer but I tried to give them a chance. When I called my fiance company which is GM they even had questions about this dealer. One the worst dealers in town and they are janky with those automobiles. Be careful folks.

I drove over two hours to get to Adamson West and they were very helpful. Arthur and Crystal helped me out soooo much. Crystal gave me wonderful advice and Arthur my salesman truly helped me out of getting my new car!! I highly recommend anyone to come to them to purchase a car!! Thank you guys soo much!!

My 1st time experience with Adamson West was absolutely amazing. The staff was very professional and they believe in taking care of their customers. For 18 years I've always dealt with Midfield Motors, but now I've found a new dealer family... Sorry, Midfield Motors, we must part ways. I traded my Toyota Tacoma in for a GMC Sierra Denali. The GMC was missing several items (Jack w/tool kit, spare key, car mats, and the rear sensor was not working). Chris Charles (GM), and Craig (Service Mgr.) placed me in a renter car, and within the same week, my sensor was fixed and I had all the missing items. Thanks to this A-TEAM at Adamson West I'm one satisfied customer: Chris (GM), Craig (Service manager), Tyler (New Salesman), and Crystal Allman (Finance Mgr.). You guys are the best

Let me start by saying, I've bought 4 cars before this recent car purchase and have had to deal with many car salesman/places. DeQuarus, DQ, Nevett sold me my car here and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. He was an absolutely amazing gentleman, was very polite, sweet and professional. EVERYONE here was extremely nice and helpful. A NO PRESSURE ZONE!!! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to start here first. It sets the bar high for the competition.

Just wanted to speak on the very brief encounter I had here. I was recently looking for a first car for my son, and of course I had a budget in mind, but was flexible for the right deal. Well, I walked in, let "Arthur" know what I was looking for, he shook two fingers at me and said "You can go somewhere else with that." Well guess what, I did go somewhere else and bought my kid a very nice car (well over my original budget) the same day.I'm no sales person, but here's a word of advice: Never turn a customer away before knowing the extent of the circumstances. I had a pre-approval and plenty of wiggle room. I'm only speaking for myself, but I guarantee I'd never recommend this place to anyone I know.
