I purchased a car from Mr. Joe and let me tell you I absolutely love my 2006 Toyota Prius. I had a little problem with my radio going in and out and after having the car a few weeks, I called Joe. He told me that my radio is under warranty to bring it in. I took the car to him on my lunch break and he replaced it with new radio. Not only does he take pride in his business, he is a very sweet, God driven man. The staff there was very curious and helpful while I waited. If I ever have to purchase another car or need any work done to my car, this is the place I will definitely come too. #1 Sound has a #1customer. Thank you guys for your generosity.

From the 2 times I ve used #1 sound and detail I was blown away by the level of quality and exceptional customer service. They made my Red BMW look like a brand new car and I m not exaggerating. I said make it look like it s 2008 again and they delivered! When they installed my back up camera I was shocked by how perfect everything was. The work that they deliver is impeccable but the customer service is some of the best I ve ever experienced. Everyone is enthusiastic about the work you are wanting to be done. It s a pleasure to do business with them. When my Tundra was damaged in an auto accident, I called #1 and owner Joe handled everything from there. They did a fantastic job repairing my truck and had it back to me in just a few weeks. Honest and professional company with great customer service from start to finish.

I have been going to #1 Sound Detail Auto Tint and Collision Inc for years.! Joe and his team are amazing!! Over the past couple of months I have been a repeat customer. From having tint put on my truck, to having the front windshield replaced (and also being retinted) and recently having it detailed. I have always used this business and will continue to in the future. Before you go anywhere else for your car/truck needs, please reach out to Joe and Brian. Great tint job and timing, but be prepared to spend >1 hour cleaning the inside of your car from all the residue left behind.

They really are professional and super nice men. I got my windows tinted and I love it already. I felt comfortable as a woman going there and they made me feel comfortable. Everything about tinting was explained to me and dos and don t were to after my windows were tinted. I plan on getting my other car tinted and detailed as well. I needed a wire harness replaced. I called 4 other shops that couldn't help me. Finally, I called #1. Brian was very helpful from the very start. I got it back the same day and it was a fantastic price. I thought I was going to be late to pick it up and they offered to lock it up inside so nothing would happen to it. It's the little courtesies. Great service. Great customer service.

I went to #1 to detail my mom's 2014 chevy getting ready to sell it. They obviously do a great job of expensive and classic cars . . . but the detail work on mom's chevy was amazing!! The car had been used to transport potted plants and one of our son's long-haired dogs. As you can imagine it was bad. But they made it look like new! We almost decided to keep the car it was so nice! I will go back--reasonable prices, excellent customer service and great work!

They had the best customer service of any car business I have been to. Very helpful and honest. They were also able to fix to my car within 24 hours of me bringing it in. Their work is fantastic; I had my back bumper replaced from a past accident, and the repair was spotless. I had an aftermarket radio installed here recently into my 2008 Camry and the job was done very professionally. I also appreciated that the crew asked what my preferences were regarding the options for how to program the steering wheel controls and other features. I have had the radio installed for about a month now and have not had any issues whatsoever. Highly recommend for this type of service.

I recently went to #1 sound and detail to get my radio looked at and possibly replaced depending on the damage. I explained my predicament and pointed out what I thought I had broke in my failed DIY attempt and there was no judgement from Brian or the Technician. I felt at home in the lounge room and was able to get some of my own work done on my computer while my car was worked on. Brian made sure to detail every cost to me and went out of his way to find the best quality parts for the lowest prices and made sure I was comfortable while there. Joe made the trip out to their parts distributor to get what I needed for my car and always smiled and waved when he saw me. The technician was very helpful and gave me a full rundown of my new head unit in my car before sending me in my way. I played around with the system and everything works great, sounds great, looks great. The people at #1 sound and detail really know their stuff when it comes to your car and they also know know to make someone feel welcome. Thank you so much for the new radio!!Service: Electrical

I was searching for places to get tint work done on my vehicle. I saw the reviews for #1 Sound Detail Auto Tint and Collision Inc., and they all raved about the place, so I decided to check out the website. I was further satisfied so I decided to call them for tint pricing. I spoke with Joe, and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Our conversation extended to other work that was being done on my vehicle and he was appalled at the price I was paying at the other business. He placed me on a brief hold and came back with a cheaper price. It happened that I had an appointment for auto work that day...within 30 minutes! Due to my scheduling and #1 SDATCI scheduling I couldn't get booked with them in the time frame I desired, so I kept my auto appointment with the other business. BUT Joe helped me to get the price matched!! I SAVED MONEY just by calling to price a service with #1 SDATCI! I appreciate Joe just from our short interaction and I absolutely plan on getting my tint done with them! My husband has also decided to get his future car work done with them! Brian did an amazing job working on our sons truck. He put in new speakers, radio and did window tinting. Communication was awesome, the job was done perfect, price couldn t be beat and it only took 1 week. We couldn t be more pleased with the service. We are taking it back next week for detailing! Outstanding service! It's my wife's birthday and I showed up asking them to put in new speakers while she was getting a massage. Basically they had an hour. They turned it around and it sounds great. They also made me feel real comfortable with coffee, couches and TV and I strongly recommend anyone needing their car services to come here.I did try to reserve installation service at one of the big box places and all I got was automated service that never set up my appointment. When I call to you I talk to a real human who took care of me.

I forgot to review this place a while ago when I used their detailing services. The people were unprofessional, and the job outcome looked like something I could have done with my eyes closed, yet it cost 130 and some odd dollars. They were late getting it finished so I was running to try and get back to work, but didn't look over it before leaving- and I should have. These pictures are from the next day when I had to clean since they hadn't. For example, the dash hadn't even been wiped down and there were drips marks all over the console. This should not be called #1 detailing.

I am reviewing two aspects of this business, the detailing part and the sound installation part.I used a gift certificate to have my SUV detailed. Generally speaking, the results were fine, however, the interior that "required cleaning" (think sunblock residue on black arm rests) were simply armor-all'd over. That said, I am certain that when I bring this to Brian's attention, it will be done right the next time.Last week, I brought in a head unit for the same vehicle with the request to wire it in. I asked for the rear camera to work as well as the steering wheel controls. Apparently, I asked for too tall of an order, the steering wheel controls could not be delivered on. Mind you, my vehicle is 20 years old and one cannot expect a shop to have adapters for every model vehicle ever made.

I came in for some body work due after a minor accident. Everyone I talked to was kind, professional, and seemed really knowledgeable. Most women will tell you, going to a car shop alone can feel like a daunting task. These guys made me feel comfortable, and like I was not getting swindled. I felt like the prices were reasonable, and it seems like really quality work. They were able to get me in quickly despite a busy holiday season, which I really appreciated.Service: Body & Trim

Yesterday was our family s second experience with these guys, and If I could give 10 stars, I totally would! The interior of my car was embarrassingly dirty pet hair, coffee stains, makeup stains, you name it. These guys worked an absolute miracle. I was quoted a price before they realized how awful my seats were, and they still honored the price. They are incredibly kind and honest. I have a 1998 Honda Goldwing, which belong to my dad. When he passed away I inherited it. My never modernized out though lol. So me missing dad, I wanted to ride listening to the music he loved to play. But the speakers weren't good and the tape player was not working. I could not find anyone to work on it. I went to three different stores including Sounds Great and they couldn't work on it. One visit to #1 Sound, Detail, Automotive and Collision and without hesitation Joe gave me a confident yes. Not only that, Joe and Brian made me feel like I've been coming to them for years. That got me all hype up and wanting to come back to do more business with them.I've never received that at Sounds Great and I've been going there for years. They don't even know my name nor my face. But I definitely will be going back to #1. I love my sounds. Big props to #1 Sounds.

I went to originally have new tweeters installed and they did a great job. I came back to have both of my door speakers replaced and soundproofed. I then came back to go all in and have new amp installed to improve everything. They worked with my ever Changing agenda. They also removed a control I had been meaning to upgrade for my transmission. I m a car nut. I don t let just anybody tear apart my Car . I m super happy and everyone was first class. I will be back!

Phenomenal experience, I don t think my truck was this clean from the factory. Looks amazing, a couple of things about these guys. They are friendly as all get out. I feel like their detailing jobs are verrrrry reasonably priced considering all they do. Drop your car off expecting to pick it up at the end of the day. I have a silverado 1500 so the size definitely added time along with the high speed buffing and engine bay wash. Good work takes time. I m not looking for someone to be really quick and miss a bunch of spots. Owner is very friendly and personable. Cool folks and great work.

Amazing staff here. Joe and Charlie both were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I brought them a pretty tough job and still, I have never had a better experience at an auto shop. These guys will get you fixed up, and for a good price. 10/10 recommend. Will be coming back.
