The customer service was amazing! Came in with a budget in mind. The guys worked with me to find something perfect within my budget. They were very patient as I had a ton of questions. They were knowledgeable and made my shopping experience so smooth! Will definitely come back for our other cars!

Went there was going wait to get the rims until I came back to town. Cause I had to leave for work for week or two. Was told they be fine just put them in the corner and come pick them up when I got back. Did exactly that got there and they said my rims and tires most got throwed away. Called customer service they say they only hold for day. I tell them that not what I was told. I was told they be fine till I got back. Straight up lied

Customer service is one of the best from start to finish. They were very helpful with understanding what I was looking for and also helped with finding the right match. Highly recommend them for your aftermarket wheel and tire needs

Yes RAW WHEELS AND &TIRES ROCK! I WISH I COULD UPLOAD MY RIDE! Their Customer service, wheels and rims, Employees everything about this company is RAW! They picked the right name. I would recommend everyone to Raw wheels and Tires Bessmer, Alabama they are FOR SURE THE BEST BY A LONG.... SHOT Thank you Guys you are AWESOME

I went there some weeks ago to get an estimate on some wheels for my car, and I was greeted professionally and in a timely manner. I want to say his name was Damone, he took the time to go over pricing and make recommendations on which tires to get and what the differences were. I definitely recommend you go there if are looking for fast and reliable service.

Just called about 2 tires and rims for a Dodge Dart, and they told us they had them and made us drive all the way out there and then told us they didn't, so..... yea, not calling them again, that's for damn sure!!!!

Manager greets customers with a bad attitude. There's a way to talk to people who are coming in the store to purchase rims.It's called being professional. If she really is the manager she needs to go back to training.
