I bought several motorcycles from Carla at the dealership. She s very helpful and understands all the products that they have in stock. The service department and parts department are on point as well and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership, more specifically, Carla. You won t be disappointed.

So I originally came to pinnacle to buy a Honda 250f dirtbike after looking at on I decided it was not enough dirtbike. I was pointed toward a yamaha 250 used bike which seemed like a really nice bike I had my heart set on... we were unable to complete the transaction that day because of my bank. The next week ms bayleigh and her team notified me that there was an issue with the bike. They instead got me a brand new bike at the same price that I was going to pay.Ms Bayleigh and her team are great people and I can't recommend the enough for taking care of me on my first dirt bike.... Thank You

Purchased a new 2024 wolverine X2, there were some issues but they worked with me to ensure I was happy. I had an excellent experience. The manager was great and knows the value of his customers. Thank you. I would give them a shot at your hard earned dollars, they appreciate your business. I drove from Pensacola Florida because the deal was that good and the people were genuinely interested in customer satisfaction.

Never would have thought such a great experience could be had. My son got a new 2024 honda 50. The whole process took less than an hour. Karla was amazing, they understood our needs and went above and beyond to help ,I would recommend 10 stars if I could!!! Thanks everyone there !!!

Want to shout out Mrs. Renee Jernigan, she got my girl the dirt bike she wanted and even managed to find us a pink seat which made our little girl the happiest on the planet also cant wait to see the look on our sons face tomorrow when he gets home from school and sees his brand new crf125 big wheel! Shes the best and she made sure we left happy! 10/10 recommend she didnt stop until we had happy babies and for that im forever grateful!!!

Recently I was looking to trade in my four wheeler for a side by side for me and my dad to enjoy!!! Just purchased a Can-Am Outlander 500 from Pinnacle in Bessemer and couldn t be happier! Colin went the extra mile in making the buying process much easier! Even went out of their way on their off day to meet me to pick up! Would highly recommend!!

My husband has been on the hunt for a Honda Rebel for awhile. We have been looking around and so far Pinnacle has the one he really wanted. We got there on a Saturday and Colin helped my husband out with all the information he needed, and he was very happy with his choice. Colin has helped us out and we couldn't be more thankful. The whole team was very welcoming, best customer service 10/10.

Karla is awesome she went above and beyond to get me a good deal on a great bike. Jame was also awesome he was pleasant to talk with and has some cool stories to tell about his time spend as a motorcycle racer, and there are several others that spoke to me just to be friendly that I did not catch their names. The paperwork side of things took a very long time, so make sure you have 2 days' time to dedicate to getting the paperwork all filed, approved, and finalized along with the inspection at the time of purchase before you leave with your new ride. (And a 2nd inspection for any trade in). But even with the paperwork taking longer than it normally should have everyone there went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable and easy experience they have earned my business for all of my future purchases in this department. Now stop reading g the reviews and go give them a try your not going to regret it.

I picked up my new Yamaha Waverunner today and I am so happy with it. Pinnacle Motorsports earned an A+ from me. Everything they told me was true and right on the money. I wanted a specific brand and model that was not available yet and they kept in contact with me and got what I wanted - for Memorial Day weekend. Cody Woods was great to work with and I recommend him and Pinnacle without reservation. The purchase process was a fantastic experience and I look forward to using them for service.

We have been working with this dealership for well over a month while we worked out our financial end. They were so patient with us in helping figure out the best way to do things and their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this team for all your needs they definitely will not disappoint!!

I had been seeing a lot of small motorcycles lately. I ended up going with the qj srf135. It's a great bike, excellent for learning. Thanks to Brandon for helping me get this bike in this beautiful green. Brandon was helpful and cleared any questions I had.

I had low expectations, figured they would try to nickel and dime me to death not their fault, it s the industry they are in. I was pleasantly surprised all the dealer tricks you read about weren t used. Does that mean you blindly trust them, no. Negotiate your tail off and get the deal that works for you. Everyone from management to finance was welcoming and professional, your experience was important to them. Cody Wood was my sales rep and he went above and beyond, he answered every single question and dealt with my thinking out loud. Great kid, professional and thorough. Last, once out the door, they stay in touch making sure everything is good, that is next level professionalism.

I had a outstanding experience buying my new ninja 650 from pinnacle motorsports! Colin was a great person to do business with. Making sure the process was smooth and also encouraging me to be safe on the bike. He made sure the bike was maintenance and ready to go for me. He also checked in on me to make sure i was safe, and enjoyed the bike as well. Definitely great customer service!

I recently just bought a Yamaha t7 from Pinnacle Motorsports. Colin was a huge help. He answered the phone on the first ring every time, was able to answer every question i had, and made the whole buying process extremely fast and efficient. Parts and service did an awesome job at going over the motorcycle with me and went into detail on the maintenance schedule. Pinnacle Motorsports also has a great variety of inventory. I would definitely recommend buying from these guys. Ask for Colin! I d give him 10 stars if i could.

Bayleigh was awesome. Top notch service and stellar attitude. She was extremely patient with me during the buying process and I never felt rushed or pressured at any time. I was also very impressed with the level of professionalism shown by everyone. I was escorted to each department to meet the team members who are available anytime I need gear or service. Management and finance are super solid. I will most definitely be returning to Pinnacle Motorsport s.

Great customer service at this place. I went there a few times and each time Brandon helped me. He was more then happy to answer all of my 100 questions. He was more then helpful, and spent a lot of time helping me make my decision for my son. We ended up getting a new Honda CRF125F, and my son absolutely loves it. This bike will be great for my 8 year old son to grow into. Big thanks to Brandon. He even helped me load the bike and strap it down. Great customer service at Pinnacle Motorsports.
