I bought a used tire. 255 35 20. They prolonged me purchasing a set of tires to soon. They was the only tires shop with that size at a reasonable price. Still need air shock for 4wheel alignment..

EXTREMELY satisfied with their service and pricing. I was on a road trip and needed a leaking valve stem replaced. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes (F250 Super Duty with 35x12.5r20) and did a perfect job. They operate off of first come/first serve and have lots of technicians ready when you get there.Highly recommended and couldn't have asked for better or more friendly service.

This place is always busy but, it s worth the wait. Always get my tires here. Very nice workers. The management is great. Just wanted to give a shout out to Juan, Tavo, Jessica, and Rick. They always go the extra mile to make sure customers get what they need and are safe on the road.

Terrible experience!!! I wanted to purchase a total of 10 tires from this shop. The didn't have enough power in their airguns to remove the lugs. So I wanted to still give them the business by purchasing the tires and find somewhere else to pay to have them installed. THEY WOULDN'T SALE ME THE USED TIRES!!! WOW!!! Also, the Manager has a very bad attitude..

The manager, she was very rude. She would not talk to me about a faulty tire I had purchased the day before.The experience was awful. There is no customer service there. The tire was replaced proven the other one was faulty but no explanation or sincere apology. Instead I was harshly spoken to by the installer. I will no longer do business there and have made the suggestions to family and friends. Customer does not have a voice there even after you have given them your business.

Was really stuck in a bad spot trying to get home to Louisiana. The tow truck driver took my car there and what a blessing these guys were. They also pulled my other tire that metal was sticking out from which could cause a blowout. He was able to hook me up with 2 tires and balancing to get me back on the road. I thank them so much.

They were great. I had a blowout and needed a tire desperately. After the dealership I bought my car from quoted me $187 I set my course for Bessemer Tire and they sold me a tire in good condition for $35 mount and balance included. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. These guys dont mess around. They're awesome I highly recommend

I have been here twice now, once for a leaking tire that was fixed and then I bought two used tires that looked close to new for 90$ a piece. Their prices are right for new and used. If you need a tire or one fixed give them a try.

Good service, good prices.... However, I did see an employee fight with his girlfriend in the parking lot as my husband & I waited for a tire to be fixed. They were both hitting each other for about 10 minutes. Extremely unprofessional behavior in the workplace, bringing personal issues to the job, and both of them screaming, hitting, running back and forth in the parking lot like maniacs. I hope I never see either one if them again. I won't do business with that employee if we go back.

I must say Bessemer Tire company can not be beat I have had many dealings with this business and every single time they met or exceeded my expectations. Going above and beyond to help me. There s no looking down on you if your car is a clunker or you don t have a lot of money . Doesn t matter if you buy a new set or a 20 dollar tire (I ve bought both ) you ll get a good quality work with no hidden fees or games Thank you Rick for the many times you and your men kept me rolling . 5 stars

Great place....I needed a rare tire!Even though they didn't have it the guy helped me narrow it down to what he could size wise just one size lower and throwed it on the back so my steering was fine for the most part.The first tire he brought out to me let me look at before he put it on then we both noticed the tire had a bad place in it he went and got me another used tire....cheap cheap...tire $20 mount $5 balanced $5...great service cheap and fast..

I like the fact that they were courteous and friendly. I was unable to get the tires I needed because the credit card machine was not working. I don't walk around with $200 in cash so I had to go to another place. Except for that one thing, the place was satisfactory. I will definitely go again, with cash.

Took a tractor Tire and Tube to have them install. Owner called me awhile later and explained that tube I had brought would work but it probably would not last long and why. He was able to rework the rim so that I could go tubeless again. Then did not charge a lot! Will use them again! Thanks!

Got 2 used tires from them, and by accident one of them was the wrong size and we couldn't get our vehicle aligned. I had to go back and had lost the receipt. They were able to find their copy and swapped out the tire with no real fuss or extra cost, though I had lost my side of the receipt! I would recommend to anyone and will use them again if I need a used tire !

Had been using them when needed until on I purchased a used tire for my wife s truck and a few weeks later the tire started separating, that s a very dangerous situation especially when your family is using it daily. Will not be giving them business again.

Ooh. I was the forever. I guess everyone went to lunch together. I waited like an hour but they fixed me up. Even checked all my other tires so the customer service was good for that but i'm not use to slow service from here. They're usually very fast.

I must say that Rick here is sure a great guy, my whole family gets tires here and Rick is always going above and beyond to help me and my family. Rick ordered my tires, looked at my car and helped me to decide my best fit. I'd suggest going to get tires from Rick anytime, he's the best with the best prices and if he doesn't have it, he'll get it ordered for you. Thanks Rick

While visiting my son in the area I found I had a bad tire. My son and everyone of his neighbors recommended Bessemer Tire. Bought a full set (couldn't beat the price) . Great service. Love my tires. Smooth balance first time. In and out FAST!Mike

Told us they could put tires on our camper. We drove all the way there and they didn't close for an hour. The kid didn't want to work and gave every excuse. They only did the front. The manager smarter off. I went down the street and found harder workers at a better price just off the railroad tracks on 150 and saved $100 off the price.

This mcCutie fix my tire in the dead pouring rain. Ladies you got a flat or a tire that's been on your car since birth of the car go get you and me some tires mine is 15 inch tires nice place. Was asked could they help me when I pull in yes.... Classy

Terrible. Horribly rude and just awful service. Waited forever for service and when I asked if they could assist me the old man with all the piercings was rude. Look, at a certain age you hang up the piercings and the jewelry, looks ridiculous. Also, just throwing it out there, I m pretty sure some of the employees here were not legal. Thinking of possibly contacting immigration. But I digress. Just go across the street to the other guys and save some time and frustration.

They didnt have my size tire but the lady behind the window called around for me to find some. She was great!!
