Stopped by today to get new wipers and a sensor for my Blazer. Cheo was awesome! So helpful (put the wipers on for us) and just an all around great guy. Super helpful and friendly folks.

After having such a bad experience at store in opelika I decided to go to the store on opelika rd Auburn Al. From the moment I entered the store they was very helpful and polite they got me my battery and was very helpful in installing the battery. This store has great customer service I will only visit this store when I need help.

Really good at not finding sensors! Found out there were no sensors in my car! They took my windshield wiper off, because the place I got the car from (Car Mart...) had the motor mount stripped from a bent windshield wiper! These guys are my saviors. Gosh. So thankful that the guys here are so attentive. The guys at our reillys didn't have to help me, but they did. Oh no! I forgot to give them a tip!!

Cheo and the team were awesome. I usually/exclusively use O Reilly s instead Autozone - etc. they are always the most organized, helpful and friendly. Came in and within 5 minutes Cheo had the diagnostics out/done for my battery. Confirmed it was toast and had my battery waiting for me when I walked back inside. In and out with a new battery/diagnostic scan within 15 min at 5:30 on a Tuesday. Good job y all and thank you so much team!

Went next door to AutoZone first for a new battery and they were out of everything. I had already turned my car off and they could not find their jumpers anywhere but recommended I drive 5 miles down the road to their other location whenever I did get a jump. I decided to walk to O Reilly next door, and they were so kind and helpful, making sure me and my baby were taken care of as fast as possible in the 100� heat. Big thank you to Cheo for getting us out of of a pinch (and more importantly saving me $70 on my battery)!!!

Won't go anywhere else again!Cheo helped me with a new car battery. He knew what he was talking about & so helpful! We enjoyed talking to him while he changed the battery, great guy! Thank you Cheo!

Being away from home and having car issues is really scary. So when my headlight went out, I came in and Marvin helped me. He provided excellent service and great conversation. 10/10 experience and I will definitely return here in the future!

These guys are great. I ve come here multiple times and every time they go above and beyond trying to help. Yesterday they stood outside in the heat for probably an hour trying to install my battery and figure out what was wrong with my car. They didn t have to do all that but they did and were so nice the entire time. Go here if you want someone to actually care about you!

Man I can't thank yall enough. Cheo did his thing today. See my blower motor went out during the peak of the heat. I called up and they said they had my part. Came in and spoke with cheo. This man was on point. Thanks to you guys. I can now feel the ac again.

Great help for someone that doesn't know what they need. Went above and beyond to help me find a screw that would get my light back in place, and even installed the wipers I bought. Have always had great experiences at this store.

Very clean and well stocked location. Came in to a well staffed store on a Saturday. There were 3 associates there to help which allowed me to be helped right away. The assistant manager quickly got me all the parts I needed and offered to help with installation. I declined at the time but found I indeed needed some help. A different associate, Brent, cheerfully came to help me with everything even though it was VERY hot outside. Look forward to utilizing this location again in the future.

They always have the parts i need for my car and a few of their staff have excellent customer service. Marvin @the Auburn store helped me today, he didnt talk over me and was polite. Patrick @the Opelika store always goes the extra mile.

The folks here are ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful when I visit. In fact, as of the moment I'm typing this, I've been by this particular location 3 times in the last week. Two of those times, David helped me install some new windshield wipers & a new brake light bulb. I'm not sure about other locations, but this particular O'Reilly's (on Opelika Road in Auburn, Alabama) is absolutely fantastic when it comes to customer service. Folks like David are the reason I keep going back again & again.

I bought a defective ignition spark tester. It broke on the very first use. When I attempted to return it, I was told that they couldn't accept it as a return because it was broken and they couldn't resell it. If it wasn't broken, then I wouldn't be trying to return it. It had a warranty and it was a faulty product. What is the point of a warranty if it doesn't cover manufacturer's defects? I guess it only covers people who want to use something once and return it for no reason.

Shopped here half a dozen times and each time the staff was always very friendly and helpful which is not the case next door at Auto Zone.
