My front RADAR went out of alignment and I brought it in to be recalibrated. I was told the whole RADAR was completely broken and would cost ~3-4k to replace. As a professional engineer on automotive systems I had the tools to verify that the RADAR functions properly and is out of alignment. I only don t have the tools to perform the calibration myself. Would NOT trust a vehicle diagnosis from this service center.

Get a second opinion. They are barely competent enough to do an oil change. We had a transmission problem they had our car for a week and a half. It was an issue that was under warranty. It was taking so long I had to call The Corporate Office to complain. They did a rush job to get it off their hands and the car would barely moved. We took it to get serviced in Birmingham stuttering the entire way there, they took three days to repair it with a 24 month additional warranty. The manager from Lynch called me making excuses for workers dealing with death in the family. You feel bad but your business competency should not be tied up in one person. Stay away from Nissans if you can they are trash!!

They used to be decent, and it's a real shame that our last few experiences were less than good at best and inexcusably bad at worst. We took our Nissan vehicle in for a bad odor and moisture presence in the car.We had a diagnosis of a clogged drain in the left side of the moon roof, which would cost us $400 to repair. This occurred 3 months after they had repaired the right side drain (which also cost roughly $400) and at this time had confirmed that the left side was fine. I got the car home after their new diagnosis of the second clogged drain and poured 32 ounces of water down the left side drain and it flowed right through, something that they told me was not happening in the shop...The man at the service desk argued with me and my wife, and by argue, I mean he was aggressively defensive and dismissive of our questions and concerns. We also have an open recall that involves moisture accumulation and electrical issues, which he said wouldn't have anything to do with the moisture accumulation issues that we were experiencing...Fast forward a few weeks, and our car has the correct diagnosis of the issue and repairs performed by Whitt's Auto Service. Thank you Whitt's!If possible, I would avoid Lynch Nissan Service department in their current state.

I went in for 1 recall and they sorted out several more I didn't even know about. Folks were courteous and professional.
