Brought the car in for diagnostic and then part ordered and service appointment scheduled for repair (day 1), brought car back for scheduled repair and then learned (after 1 hour wait) that part had not yet arrived (day 2), and now must return when part arrives in the future (day 3). No bueno, King Honda service department. Like customers have an infinite amount of time on their hands.

To reschedule I called the service center but Rick asked me to hold but put me on hold for 20 min so I called again and they asked me to hold again and instead they hung up. Just go to walmart service center they are way faster

Charged a pretty hefty diagnostic fee to tell me something I already knew, ( a switch on the steering wheel was broken and needed to be replaced ). Would not roll the $100+ fee into the projected repair cost like was initially stated, because they 'had to order the part'. It's a shame, I've had good experiences with service here in the past., Hence the two stars. Get everything in writing.

Charged a $160 diagnostic fee for exactly what I told them was wrong. I had an appointment for the morning dropped it off they day before. It was still 2 days before they even looked at the car. Do yourself a favor drive to Columbus or Montgomery.

King Honda service was unable to help me at absolutely no fault of their own. This was a unique request. However, they did try to point me in the direction of someone who possibly could!

Maybe I'm not up to date on things but I didn't know you have to make an appointment for an oil change. And $75 blew my mind ( tire rotation included ).
