My Camaro got damaged in a storm on January 8th. The very next day I made the calls to find a repair shop within my insurance network to get the issues fixed. It was only exterior damage obviously from the tin that hit my car all over. My car was damaged very badly ( in my personal opinion ).The earliest I could drop my car off was January 18th. No problem at all. The day got pushed back because of the winter storm that came thru , and shop was closed. Again no problems at all.I drop my car off, and I get a rental car. The process was becoming very easy, and the shop was very understanding wanting to get the job done, and make sure I was satisfied. I love my car very much. The gave me a date that was 6 weeks out that my car would be completed . Absolutely no problem whatever needs to be done so my car is fixed. I m fine with that.Well 4 weeks go by and I get my car back earlier that expected. Amazing! I was so happy get my car back. Once I got my car back. My husband, and myself started looking at my car to make sure everything was good. It was in fact not good. My stripes on the car were wavy and offset, my bow tie was still damaged from the first time, part of my grill was still missing. My car was completely scratched everywhere from the repainting. Also painted my car 2 different colors. The biggest dent was still in my right quarter panel. My trunk was not lined up correctly. And still looked horrible because they didn t fix the trunk the correct way. Paint was chipped.The had damaged my passenger window trim on the outside. So they had to reorder a new glass for this. To add they ordered it used, and had told me everything was brand new.They took my car back for 2 weeks to fix these issues.At this point they have had my car 2 different times. I get my car back , and find out that where they replaced my quarter glass it was leaking water on the inside of my vehicle.Take my car back the 3rd time for them to fix my window. I wait for it to be fixed because he said it was an easy fix. That s awesome. 20 mins go by , and guy says it s done. Soon as I look at it. I can tell it s wrong. I express that it not correct, and he has a snarky response to say I will have to call his boss for him to take it back off.I leave and go home absolutely furious. Find out my glass is still leaking water! The guy cut a chunk out of my plastic leaving a huge gap, and also scratched my plastic in other places. There was so much urethane it was oozing out. A crappy job!! Not to mention the tint is completely different!So here we go for the 4th time them getting my car back! Coming to my job, and picking it up. Saying they fixed it. I shouldn t have anymore problems. My stripes still look horrible. I got back $700 dollars by this point. Still a huge chunk missing at my window.Find out that my clear coat is now chipping , my car is still scratched all over, weatherstripping around windshield has paint on it, and the paint will start chipping. Stripes on hood have debris under them and look horrible, the strips on trunk are not on correct and wrap around my whole truck and are rounded horribly.Today is April 10th and this is the last time this body shop will ever touch my vehicle. Not only have they not fixed my vehicle the correct way. They have damaged more than fixing. Today the owner gave me $200 more for someone else to fix my stripes because apparently they can not.He took my car to replace the plastic inside on my car, and did not replace all of it! I still have a huge chunk missing from around the window! It looks horrendous. Then when I get my car back. My seats in the back are not popped back in correctly. Can not use my seat belts in the back and the back seat was let down which also was not even popped on.So how can you call yourself a respectable body shop and can not complete a job correctly. I d rather you be honest , and say you can not do the job. My car now has problems your shop damaged themselves, and you will not touch my car again.

If you're at the West or East body shop, you're in great hands! Local owned, personable, professional and top notch results! I've met the guys at both locations and they feel like family! The Yukon and a friend's Mustang were flawless. The Mustang required some tedious work and body line matching, you can't even tell which side was hit. There is no orange peel, color/sheen difference.. or any imperfections!!

Brought my car here after someone rear ended me. I must say, i was very satisfied when i picked my car back up. They made it look new again!!!! Even when i discovered something they done wrong, they were very quick to correct it. I highly recommend!!!!

This place is great! The workers are very friendly and down-to-earth. Their prices are great, and the quality of work is even better! They repaired paint damage to my Honda Civic, as well as helped me install some custom parts. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with auto-body needs!

Keith and his team were so helpful! They explained to me what needed to be done to complete the repair, and they kept me informed throughout the repair process, answering any questions I had. I got my car back, cleaner than when I dropped it off, in a very timely manner. The end results were outstanding. I will be using them again in the future.

Had my car with them to get the hood, roof, and trunk painted. They called us to let us know that the paint job was done, but oh by the way it was hailed on. So they had my freshly painted car sitting outside in a hail storm and then have the nerve to say that that's a claim for my insurance, not theirs. So to pick it up I paid for a freshly painted car with 27 hail dents. Took it back there after the insurance adjuster looked at it, to get the hail damage repaired, and while the insurance was reviewing the supplemental estimate the insurance wouldn't pay for a rental because the car was drivable. Called to pick it up again until the supplemental was approved and was told the car was not with them but at a subcontractor, and it was taken apart (for hail damage?), and we would have to pay to have it put together and to have it picked up from the subcontractor. So we left it there. Last week the supplemental was approved and today we got a call from Sides that it's ready to be picked up. Husband asked if they would at least split the deductible since the damage happened while in their care, but they wouldn't. When we arrived it had white and yellow paint specks (the car is red) on the side and roof that had just been painted. We were told it's from their markers and comes right of with tire cleaner (?!). He agreed to buff it and said we could pick it up tomorrow. When we were told earlier that it's ready we made plans that require us to have that car tonight, so we said we'll take it and see if we can clean it off. That doesn't change the fact that this was part of the job and should have been done before they called saying it's ready. We go in to pay and they ask for a check (who still carries a check book? And you couldn't have mentioned that on the phone?) as the card machine (debit or credit didn't matter) adds a charge. We ask how much and she says $30. As I look at the two different receipts now that I'm home, the one for the repair and the one the machine spit out, I am looking at (1) Repair costs $300 over the supplemented estimate approved by the insurance and (2) a surcharge of over $130. In the back seat of my car I found their trash; packing material for a part they replaced. The recipient's address is a chevy dealer in Montgomery which might just explain the 500 extra miles on my odometer. Not recommended! Update post sides comment; And clearly, your apology wasn't one, either. If you stood next to her, you would've heard her say the fee for using a card was $30. And you still owe the insurance a supplemental for the $300 you charged over what was approved. Heck yes I was mad, my car was damaged while in your shop and my insurance had to cover it. Had it been home it would've been in the garage during a hail storm

I can't say enough good about sides. They understand the picky people like me. They do amazing work. If it's not right they will fix it. It's convenient and accepted as a preferred repair shop by most if not all insurance companies. You will not be disappointed if you choose them for your repair needs.

Messed up my truck called other body shops and they said they weren't able to get me in for another 3 months called sides and within 3 days I had my appointment. In 5 weeks I had my truck done and it looks bran new. Kept me up to date with texts and calls. Very professional and friendly staff!

The people there were great . Daily text from them telling me when my car would be done .And let me know everything was on schedule. They completed the job fast . The work was. excellent !!!!

Sides auto body repair has done three repairs for me. Each time I have used them i have had good service. They repaired the vehicles back to like new again. The repairs looked good and have lasted well. The paint was spot on when repainted and the repairs have held up, The repairs were done in a timely manner and they followed up when I requested updates.Service: Body & Trim

My husband and I are fully satisfied with Sides Body Repair shop. The first time we use them was when my husband s new Honda Civic got dented on the rear bumper. The finished product of the repair was excellent and we were very happy with the result, This shop has gained our trust and we will always go back to them for our car body shop repair needs. I recently used Sides after having an accident. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. When I picked it up after repair, my car looked better than it did before the wreck. We were very pleased with the level of service received.

I was on my way home to Rogersville and noticed my engine splash shield was dragging the ground. I pulled into Sides to see if they could help me. They took my car right back and clipped the shield back on and also clipped the wheel well guard on. When I tried to pay, he said there was no charge. I ve had 3 wrecks from last December to this past June. I ve used Sides Auto body shop for all 3 accidents. They repair my car to 97-98% show room new!!If u are ever unfortunate to have a minor auto accident, please use Sides Auto Body Shop! They will tell you upfront the cost & whether or not your car / truck can be salvaged & the are very fair w/ their prices!!!

Darren Sides ,(owner) is a very honest great christian man. Sides Auto is great as well, they do great work and have always taken good care of me every time i needed my car repaired. I highly recommend them.

This shop does fantastic work. My car looks like it was never damaged. They even buffed out some other problems and waxed it before I picked it up. Highly recommend using Sides for any auto body repair you may need.

I was referred to these people by my Insurance Carrier to repair a family vehicle on two occasions. The work was OK at best.I'm posting this now because someone just backed in to my wife's car and the new carrier tried to refer me to these folks again and I said "no way I'm ever going there again". We settled on another shop nearby.

They did an awesome job on my son's car. Was told everywhere else it would cost more than the car and not worth repair. They were able to get the damage to a point that allowed him to still drive his car AND they did not charge us a whole lot!!!
