I feel like they took advantage of my mom and I for being women. Also stood there forever waiting to be serviced while their were at least a couple staff not doing anything.

These guys are great. Any part I need they can find. They don't do very well letting you know your part is in but if you call them they always check and get back to you quickly.

Bought a transfer case from here for a dodge diesel 4x4. The manufacturer was Pro-King. The case leaked out a full quart in 3 months. Pro-King was lazy and unresponsive with their weak replies. Greg W at this store went out of his way to make this mistake that was not even his right. Good man... fine store. (getting more rare these days)

Always a good experience when going there. They always resolve the problem quickly at a fair price. They have a very knowledgeable staff and I highly recommend.

Worst brake job I've ever had done. A month after having them done here (pads all the way around and rotors turned...so they said) they were vibrating and shaking worse than before I had the work done. Took it back and had the rotors turned again...same deal in about a month. Finally went somewhere else and the "new" pads were already down to 40% and the front rotors were shot. Very poor work.

Horrible experience. They did a head resurface and valve job for my Miata. After grinding my valves they didn t reshim my cam clearances. This costs me $100 for a new head gasket. I took it back and they re-did everything... supposedly. Told me they would put guides in for free if I provide the guides. So I spent another $100 on guides and had them shipped to them. After trying to put them in, they told me they could put them in because the didn t have the right tool to size them properly. Pick up my head again only to find out that it has the same problem. Took it to another shop and asked them to clearance the cam. Then I find out that even with the cam properly cleared the valves still don t seal. This was a working head when I took it to them. Biggest mistake I ve made in a long time.

I specifically ordered a felpro head set. They ordered a cheap made in Taiwan head set. Charged my unknowing mom $123 plus 9.95 shipping it's from eBay and cost $44 on eBay. Then they left metal shavings in the intake ports of the head. They have cost me about 4 extra days of driving my car. Worst experience with a Napa ever! Don't take anything here they are sloppy crooks! Btw I ordered my felpro head set from summit racing for 79.95 and free shipping. About half of what they was trying to charge me for eBay junk.
