Brian is very knowledgeable and helpful for someone like me that knows nothing about diesels. Gives answers not based on him getting the work but giving you the best advice. When repairs are required the price is not outrageous compared to other places.

Had a problem this morning passing through on a return trip to Michigan. Owner was on vacation but found a tech to dispatch and get us going. Great price and very nice folks. Thanks for helping us get home with our truck and camper.

Just called to talk about the basics of a job. Not helpful at all with estimation and completely rude to boot. If I'm going to tow my truck to have it worked on, yeah I'm going to try and get a little bit of an idea of a price if I have a good idea of what the job is to begin with and I'm paying out of my own pocket... That is not much to ask for. I will gladly be going with one of the other shops who actually was cordial with me. If you want customer service, I can tell you right now this is not the place for it.

I had my dirtmax diesel modified back in 2015 when I lived in Wilmington NC. I drove away like a giddy school girl totally LOVING my truck performance and sound I randomly have reached out several times seeking help troubleshooting random mechanical issues and they help me every time!!!I ve been traveling all over the US and have never found a performance shop that goes near this level of customer service!!! Totally recommend!!!Totally Addicted to Diesel Addiction!!

Bryan and his crew have taken care of all our vehicles for the past three years. I m very hesitant in dealing with mechanics, as I have often received maintenance recommendations that defy common sense. I trust Bryan with any vehicle I have, without reservation... and trust him the same to anyone I can refer him to. He is a genius when it comes to Ford trucks!!

Outstanding shop! Highly recommend to anybody with a diesel. I had a heater core go out on me. They explained that there was 3 other trucks in front of me that just came in, but they'd try and work me in. Sure enough, not even a full day later they had me ready to roll. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great group of guys.

2004 Dodge 3500 Cummins showed "glowplug" symbol and started running rough. Would not start next morning. Towed it to Champion Dodge and they refused to work on it because it was more than 10 years old !!! Towed it to Diesel Addiction and they were BURIED in work but nonetheless I checked with them several weeks later and they worked me in and found it was not the rail pressure failure I thought but simply the lift pump in the tank and had it repaired in a few days a lot cheaper than I had to pay the last time that pump failed. GREAT SHOP !!! They get stacked up and far behind by all their customers but it's easy to see why. TAKE YOUR DIESEL THERE !!!Service: Engine repair

Called and talked to an individual about possible troubles I have been having with my truck. Was asking questions as I am new to the diesel world and trying to understand how long the truck would potentially be out of pocket for. Upon a few more questions about CP4 and CP3 pump conversions, I was told I think you need to find another shop, this shop is not for you and was hung up on. This is terrible customer service for someone trying to be the be informed and understand the potential financial cost at hand. I would not recommend them based on this terrible lack respect.

Integrity-check, customer service-check, pricing-check, quality of work-check. They will have my business for any diesel I own. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Would highly recommend them to anyone that has a diesel and they would definitely be worth driving a bit further for their quality service.

Bought a used 2014 Dodge RAM 2500 that had a check engine light and a coolant reservoir issue. I took it to Landers McClarty Dodge in Huntsville, AL. Landers McClarty did the diagnostics and came back with a $7,000 bill telling me I needed a new turbo etc. I knew it had a new turbo and modulator and I knew that the modulator had "exceeded its learning limit". I told Dodge that and they said that once they got into it if that was the case it would cost a lot less or if under warranty it would cost nothing. The classic bait and switch. They get into it, come up with some excuse and charge me thousands. I said thank you very much and took my truck to Diesel Addiction. Bryan Baker (the owner) and his team quickly diagnosed the issue, reprogramed the modulator and the light went out. It cost $400. Bryan and his team potentially saved me thousands of dollars! They also replaced the coolant reservoir $159 and several other minor items, total bill $725! A tenth of what Landers McClarty wanted to charge me! Bottom-line, Diesel Addiction cared for my vehicle like it was their own and only charged me for what was needed. Diesel addition is by the best diesel shop in our area. Bryan did so much work on Ford F-250 and did the work so reasonable. The prices I had received for head gasket repair, Diesel addition beat those prices. Diesel addition price was less and included new radiator, new fan clutch, new water pump, as well heads reworked and of course head gaskets. Bryan even took the time to show me where the cylinder was leaking allowing water to enter the combustion chamber. Man they are good mechanics. Might have taken me awhile to find them but so thankful I did. If you want to get treated fair and get top-notch work done on your diesel then I highly suggest Diesel Addition.

If you own a Ford, especially a diesel, you either already have or are about to need to have a very good relationship with a mechanic.Luckily, I found Brian. He took my 6.0 and fixed it up better than new for me at a very reasonable cost. He was quick and let me know what he was doing to the truck along the way.I love the old F-250, even though it was temperamental, (spelled J-U-N-K) but now that he's worked his magic on it, it starts smooth in the cold weather and runs like a sewing machine. A good sewing machine, not a junky rattly cold-natured sewing machine that won't pull itself out of a shallow pothole on cold mornings because it has stuck injectors that were manufactured with an obviously inferior design that stick and burn out due to the oil that they need to function. Not that kind of sewing machine at all...more like a sewing machine that actually works and doesn't have to be warmed up for 15 minutes every morning just so you could pull out into traffic without getting flattened by an 18 wheeler. Yep, that kind of sewing machine.The guy is a genius. I highly recommend him. If you own a diesel, get to know him. You won't regret it.

The guys at Diesel Addiction are awesome, in particular Bryan. I had a 6.0 Powerstroke and they did a great job bulletproofing it along with other work to it. I have an LML duramax now and plan on taking it there for service. Their prices and work are both great so they'll get my business.
