We have purchased several vehicles from Champion Dodge Athens AL. We have been satisfied with them all. The sales staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. David Ivey was our salesmen and he worked hard from start to Finish. We now own a 2023 final addition Dodge Challenger. To our God be the glory!!! The red ones are older cars. 2010, 2019 & the gray is a 2023

I went to this dealership yesterday on March 6, 2024, and bought a 2022 Bronco Sport from Tyler Mobley. The staff there are extremely professional and work great with the customers. I highly recommend buying your vehicle here and we will do future business with them because they listened to our needs and we left extremely happy with our experience. Ask for Tyler for your sales guy, he's amazing.

Well stopped into Champion just to talk to the service department about getting a recall taking care of on my pickup! Got that taken care of then was just looking at a Jeep they had! Had being the key word! Talked to Tyler Mobley was very nice and knowledgeable about the Jeep! Very nice friendly people from service to sales to finance to management! Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife!

Went out to Champion and got us a brand new Jeep! Let me start by saying the entire sales process was as easy as it gets! Coming from one that buys a lot of new cars often, this was one of the easiest transactions I ve ever done! The enter staff was friendly and they went above and beyond for myself and my family. I m glad we found a new family owned dealership that I can call home for the long haul! Thank you Champion.

I was very pleased with the service that was provided on April 19th. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. The guy that worked on the car, I didn t get his name, but he drove my car right up for me to be able to hop right in. Great service. Corey the one that wet my appointment up and help me get checked in the day of the appointment was super helpful and kind! This is the best service I ve ever received from the service department. With that being said, it has been a while since I ve used the service department there because several years back, I didn t have a very good experience. I now see new faces that are very welcoming and want to do their job right. Tyler Mobley with sales that sold me my vehicle was exceptional as well. He was happy to call me when my vehicle was ready so that I wouldn t have to sit and wait. Keep up the great work guys!

The sales person was great . I bought a new dodge Durango took a road trip got out on interstate around 70mph and it was shaking all over hot worst at higher speeds , had a miserable trip thanksgiving weekend. When yo dealer ship on the following Tuesday dropped off all day for them to check out didn t do anything, when back on Wednesday they said they did a balance on tire didn t fix the problem. They told me I had to take to the tire store they did another road force balance it helped a lot . They tolded me who ever tried to balance my tires , the dealership didn t do anything . Still having a little rough ride . champion will sell you a vehicle but don t want to take care of you with service so sad

This place is very unprofessional. Took my car here for service and these people never one called my phone to give me any type of updates on my vehicle and that s how people get pissed off! I had an issue with my car but was almost sure that my warranty would cover but i wasn t 100% sure , I didn t find out whether it was covered under my warranty until I picked up the car. I went to pick up my finished vehicle although they never called me and told me it was finished, i waited a whole hour and a half just for them to enter paperwork into the computer. They need better skills on providing customer service to their customers.

Champion Dodge does all the service work on my jeep. Recently I had the oil changed and tires rotated. The staff is always very professional and friendly. The service department does an excellent job.

Service is always great and friendly. Reason for lower stars is I had 2 coupons for oil change totalling $40 from Mopar directly. These even had my VIN on them. With these coupons my oil change should of been $110 instead of $150. A major difference, especially in this economy. But this dealership does not accept these coupons? What is the point of Mopar/Dodge giving out VIN specific coupons if the dealership refuses them?? I could take my business elsewhere, but I like this dealership because their is rarely a wait and the service is friendly. But for these extra costs, I may have to consider others in the future to service my vehicle.

My husband and I bought a car back in the summer of 2023. Brent Worley and Chad Carter helped make our buying experience great. They sold us a well-maintained, dependable used vehicle at a fair price, which is hard to come by in the current car market. We love our car, and it has been the perfect family vehicle. Chad even helped entertain our kids while we filled out paperwork. 10/10 recommend this place.

First experience with their Ram service. I was hesitant based off reviews, but their reviews were far better than the Ram service in Florence (greenway). I was pleased with the customer service. Hopefully the repair made will fix my leaky back glass, if not they will try the secondary fix. I will update this review if needed.

Champion of Athens took great care of me! Another shop told me it would be a 7 day minimum on the turn around time, but these guys fixed me up same day! Awesome experience!

I bought my truck and Service it here for the Dealership OEM Parts and Maintenance issues They are a Very Friendly & Professional Staff. Much better Experience than @ Hsv Dealership. It's worth the drive from Madison.

Driving from OH to MS for the holidays, we stopped in Athen AL overnight. The next morning my Jeep had electrical issues making it incredibly difficult to drive. Corey in the service department squeezed us in without an appointment, ran diagnostics, and reset the needed components, all within 30 minutes. We are now safely back on the road and I can t thank Corey and Champion enough!

Update: So Champion reached out to this review and told me to contact them so they could resolve this issue ..Well I did! Let me tell you, they were so amazing and willing to go above and beyond to fix the damage that they did to my Jeep!! I m just kidding all they did was bring the price down a little bit by removing ONE of the labor costs that they already double charged for . This place is trash and hopefully will go out of business soon.So I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler MOAB with 100k miles on it. This Jeep is pristine both inside and out. It has been meticulously maintained in Florence. We recently moved to the area and had to find somewhere closer to home for maintenance. We took our Jeep to Champion in Athens. This has proven to be a mistake. In the process of doing a routine oil change they over tightened the oil filter and cracked a seal on the oil heater/cooler. (A $200 part) My wife was the one that took the Jeep in for service as at the time I was on a deployment somewhere else far away. My wife told me directly after the oil change that she noticed some oil spots on our garage floor. I told her to keep an eye on it, maybe they just spilled some during the oil change. The leak steadily got worse and worse. A little over a month later I came home for some time w the family for Thanksgiving after being gone for 7 months and I take the Jeep back to the dealership to confront them on what they did. The quote I got would be over $1400 to fix. They took no responsibility for the damage done, they blamed it on the mileage and only after trying to talk me in to trading in my Jeep did they offer a very small discount. I sent the quote to another Jeep dealership that I trust and they confirmed that they 100% broke it while over tightening the oil filter. They also said the quote was too high. My MOAB is kind of rare. Every time I go to a dealership they offer to buy it. So I m left with only two things to think about this place. Either their mechanics are incompetent or they broke it on purpose and inflated the bill really high to try to get me to sell. Either way, we will not be using Champion ever again.

My complaint is that they charge a fee of 3.5% for using a credit card.I have a Honda that is serviced by Shottenkirk and they don't charge a fee for the credit card. I also use Firestone for my oil changes and no charge for credit card use. If I need further service for my Jeep, I will call another dealer first.

I took my 2022 Jeep Gladiator for some warranty work. When I picked up my Jeep my passenger side Rock Slide step was not working. I ended having to take it to another shop and Rock Slide warrantied the parts bc they wouldn t fix what they broke. I had to pay the labor to the new shop.The Rock Slide was working before they started working on my Jeep.
