Lets start with the bad and end with the good. My brand new truck unfortunately had to get towed and I chose to have it towed to this shop since I bought it here and the purchase process was AMAZING. Sales and Service are totally different so keep that in mind. To start, they claimed to not have a loaner while my truck was being repaired, I would have driven anything they had in the inventory to prevent from being down. Next up, very little communication offered. I had to follow up at the end of the day and I had to ask what was happened and what causes that sort of issue (bent pushrod after only 10k miles). Lastly, once it was repaired, they would not bring the vehicle to me or arrange for courtesy transportation. I had to get transportation to the dealership to pick up my truck. I could have had it towed to the dealership within walking distance of my office but instead I wanted the local owned dealer that sold me the truck to have the business, thinking with them being smaller I would have a better service experience. With that said, the great part is the truck was fixed the next day and the inconvenience of not having transportation was minimal. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I suggest they improve on their communication and their customer offerings, HECK yes! Did my world come crashing down because of these circumstances, NOPE. Will I go back to them? Hopefully not, but if the truck breaks down again, you bet I will and hopefully the experience will be better.

I bought a car from this dealership in August. Great sales representative. On the third day after buying the car the car would not start. They advised me they would take care of it. Over four months the car has been in there shop multiple times always coming out having the same problem. I contacted the manager who stated he would contact someone from dodge. Well they advised me everyone he was busy and would call me back at a later date. I continued to be patient and they always had the same response. My personal opinion go somewhere else and spend your money they will not help you if you get a lemon and they sell lemons.

I bought a used 2016 equinox with 27k on It was certified with warranty. After 6 weeks the battery went out.I took it to the service department and was told quickly that it was not warranted. I told them I had to have a new one then.They took it back and installed one. 220+ dollars. 62 dollars service charge...a year and a half later the battery died.Iwent back and told them the situation. They said that they would have to charge me for several things they would have to do but the battery was still in warranty. I said no and went to Craigs and got one installed for less than one half the price. I absolutely do not recommend the service department...

I would not recommend this place.My truck was stuck in 4WD Low.Took it to them on Sept 16th. They did not even look at it till Sept 24th. So they called said it was my transfer case $3000.00.So I made some calls. Had it towed and took it to a local Auto place and it was the module programming. $185.00 fix. On top of them charging me at Champion $150.00 for looking at it. Customer Service was great nice people. They need real mechanics or stop trying to rip people off. I could have saved $150.00 bucks and a lot of time with out a truck if I never went there. My mechanic said he wants to drive it up there him self just to show them.They Should refund me snd I will take this review down. But I doubt they will.They tried to rip me off snd will keep my money. Crooks in my opinion.Be smart and Switch to Mitch Smith. I live in Cullman and they always take of me. I just happen to break down in Athens.

I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. The sales team was great but when you have problems with your car the managers and shop will give you the run around and not return your call.
