Broke my girl clock on radio trim. They act like they don t know who done it and they were the only one working on it. Tried to glue it and lie about it. I took it apart myself and fixed it with a little longer screws. Sad. I was very skeptical because I heard they come from sight and sound. I will not ever go back and I don t know how they re going to pay for the new building.

I was scheduled for an install today I call he says he has a guy out we could have rescheduled could have done anything but the owner himself did the install on my car. He found where a previous installer messed up. I was about to buy another amp from him. he caught the problem and I didn't need to purchase that amp from him. He could have easily sold me that amp I would have never known the difference. that's honorable that alone earned my respect and loyalty to wizard car audio. if you're thinking about having a car radio or subs installed you can trust these guys they are skilled and professional technicians. So needless to say also had my windows tinted. I would give 6 stars if were possible.

These guys put a box, 2 Rockford P3 shallow 10s and a Rockford 300w amp in my 16 Tundra double cab. I was and still am very pleased with their work and the quality of the products. I will be back and will recommend them.

They was very friendly and was not pushy plus there prices was not real high, did a Beautiful job putting a radio in my Jeep.

Excellent customer service! Professional staff performing high quality work at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the window tinting. What a difference it made as my car cooled much quicker! Would use them again for any other of their services!

Got my rear back deck speakers replaced and it was such a great experience I got all of the speakers upgraded in my car plus a sub. The sound quality is amazing and they work fast. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and will give you all the options and let you decide. Shoutout to Walt and everyone else at wizard audio for the amazing work and customer service!

Went in to have someone take a look at my stock radio and the first guy told me it would be $50/hr for them to remove and look. When talked to someone different they told $75/hr to look and then continued to try to push a whole new head unit on me. Hold onto your wallets, they re desperate for a sale.

Great customer service. Purchased a Viper remote start and they had it installed. Had a small issue and they were able to get it working properly for me. Part was bad from the box.Great friendly service. I usually do all of my automotive work for regular service and replacing speakers and what not. This was above my threshold of knowledge. They were professional and treated me and others there good.
