I try my best not to complain about Businesses on Social Media and to be understanding when things happen. But today has made me realize more and more that big corporations don t truly care about Customers anymore.As you can see from the screen shots I ve posted, Walmart Auto Center is scheduled to be open until 7:00.I arrived at the Lenlock Location of Walmart Anniston at around 4:45. No closed sign is posted so I waited at the Auto Center for ten minutes. I then went and knocked on the Door. I returned to my Jeep and called. The Lady that answered and transferred my Call to the Auto Center was very polite and said I hope they are still open . A man then informed me Yeah, we are closed we let our Lube Tech go home early .So I begin to call Walmart Oxford and after someone attempts to hang up on me a man finally answered and I asked Your lube Center website says you are open until 7:00, are you still taking Oil Changes? He replied No we have decided to close at 5:30 today Walmart has a grip on us Consumers and they know it. If I could, I would never spend another penny with them and spend my money at local stores. I ve put off my Oil Change longer than I should have and I had things to do earlier today and I got a full schedule tomorrow. But thanks to a company that just makes up their own hours I guess I ll have to try to fit it in sometime tomorrow.I try my best not to complain about Businesses on Social Media and to be understanding when things happen. They pick and choose their hours regardless of what is postedWalmart doesn t care and it shows.

They were absolutely amazing and so helpful!! My car died in the parking lot and the gentleman came out, started it for me and had me pull around. Him and the girl running the register also ensured i purchased the right battery for my car. And then both of them came out and installed it for me. They were very personable, professional and helpful!! I will definitely be returning in the future.

I have had good experiences here. They offer low cost car batteries for some vehicles as well as low cost basic oil changes. For people like myself, on fixed incomes these services are great.

I specifically asked to have 2 front tires changed, because they were losing air. I was quite explicit in this request. When I returned to get the car (3 hours later), they rotated the tires and I still have 2 bad tires. I wouldn't send my son to get his bicycle tire changed here. A complete disregard for customer request and I'm still left paying for their mistake.

Excellent service. We broke down in the parking lot and they came out and jumped us off for free. Advised us to get the warranty on our battery when they could have gotten us to buy a new one there instead. Very polite and professional!

I spoke with the technician, Rachel, and the cashier, Kiki. Both were very helpful. Rachel took my information and that of my vehicle. I just needed a battery replacement. She was very knowledgeable and polite.

I did not like the fact that they were watching tv in my car and had my radio turned all the way up when I got back in it. You are supposed to be changing my oil not looking at tv in my car. No wonder it took about 2 hours

Waited an hour to get my car back after just getting an oil change. Not to mention I was the only customer there and was not accommodated in any way, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional

Do not take your vehicle to this walmart auto! I repeat, do not do it. You've been warned. The only reason I gave them one star is so I could give you a warning

Ok this place is better then Oxford , the female cashier was a bit rude but guess that seems to be the story at every Walmart auto center around here ..... maybe next time I ll go to Georgia instead

I won I got it all changed on Monday my car that working on Tuesday I ll take it to my mechanic and there s oil spilling out onto my alternator I would never go back and get a oil change

I let them rotate my tires, but that's about it. The wait takes forever and the prices are higher than some local shops.
