BEWARE OF THE RIPOFF STICKER/ DEALER ADDENDUM STICKER/ ADP (ADDITIONAL DEALER PROFIT !! I am writing to express my disappointment with the $995 charge for nitrogen inflation services at your dealership. While I understand the potential benefits, such as improved pressure retention, the exorbitant cost far exceeds industry standards and lacks justification. As a potential customer, I expect transparent and fair pricing, and I urge you to reconsider your pricing policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are a Costco member you get nitrogen air for free.Tire shops charge 5-10 dollars per tire. Great job ripping people off !!!

I was looking for a vehicle in Georgia for over two months without any luck. Every dealership I went to in Georgia the salespeople were rude, untruthful, and were rushing me to buy a car. So one day it happened to cross my mind to drive to the state of Alabama and look for a car. From the moment I met my salesman Mr.Calvin O Dell, I knew he was the one that was going to help me find my dream vehicle. He treated me with respect, honesty, and was patient with me, he also took notes so that he could visualize the car I wanted. He never rushed me into buying a car. Mr.Calvin and Miss.Beverly in financing were a good team to work with. Mr.Calvin was honest, and answered my questions knowledgeable. Although English is my second language he took time to understand what I wanted for my dream car. I ended up choosing a white 2024 Toyota 4Runner XP, it was a great experience for me, I will definitely return in the future. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car. I am deeply in love with it all thanks to Mr.Calvin O Dell and Toyota Sunny King.

Stopped by while we were driving through the area, looking for a second vehicle. And things couldn't have aligned better for us! Strike number 2 for this dealership. Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. My right front tire had been losing a pound or two of pressure every couple of weeks. When they finished with my truck, I picked it up and on the way home noticed that the leaky tire was still on the right front. I brought the truck back to them and informed them the tires had not been rotated. They assured me I was mistaken and said the computer was just slow to update my pressures, which it only takes a mile or two for the update and I had driven 14 miles. They took the truck to the back, brought it back to me and the right front had 1psi more than the rest at that point so I knew they had just added air. Now it is two weeks later and sure enough that leaky tie is still on the right front. This being the second incident like this, I will never do business with this dealership again. If they are willing to pencil whip a tire rotation who says they won't on something more serious like an airbag recall?

Big shout out to Cody! I brought in my 4-runner to replace a headlight after I tried myself. I thought the back panel had to be removed to get to the bulb, but Cody just reached behind the panel and had it changed in no time. So much for trying to be self-sufficient, but I'm grateful, nonetheless, for him getting me out so quickly. Cody's a top- notch team player for Sunny King Toyota.

Decided to take my car here for my 10,000 mile complimentary maintenance and I wish I hadn t. At Team one of rainbow city they give your car a complimentary wash everytime itComes in. I was told they charge $50 at sunny king. For a quick run through the wash? That s ridiculous. They didn t offer anything to drink or really speak to us while we waited past the let me try to sell you a car I mHere for service turns and says nothing else. Doesn t have snacks or tv to pass your time. Trust me if you can go to Team One it s MILES ABOVE in all categories

I typically don't leave reviews or especially negative ones but the service department there is incredibly rude and confrontational. They installed a rim on my wifes 2022 Lexus rx 350. I recently had to change her tire and the tech had tightened the tire so tight my impact would not take it off. I had to use a two foot breaker bar to get the tire off. Long story short I called to let them know the issue they then pretty much called me a liar suggesting someone else had caused the issue and the tech that changed the tire was perfect and she never had had an issue. I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude and calling me a liar so she just hung up on me. Hope this helps others . They don't care hearing if or when there employes make a mistake.

I was going to book an appointment to get my car serviced, but the receptionist in the service department. Got an attitude and hung up the phone, because I nicely asked her to repeat the prices. Therefore I will not take my Lexus ES350 to Toyota in Oxford or Anniston which ever one it is. I refuse to spend my hard earned money, WITH TRASHY FOLKS!!

Great service. Went for a service for my Lexus. Everyone from the receptionist till the mechanic I spoke to was very kind professional and efficient. Service manager that greeted me was great as well.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would the only person I would vouch for and give a good review would be calvin(he s a god send and the best salesman ) and Jason in the maintenance department is the only person who even cared to hear what I had to say. I ve drove around for SEVEN months with my brakes not working properly on a brand new car!!!!I ve been complaining and bringing it for maintenance since I had 5000 miles on my car about something being wrong and my brakes not working properly! They would never listen and just kept charging me money even tho I m still under warranty and I pay extra for road hazard every month.The mechanics and techs are so rude and lack empathy.They see you as a dollar sign and not a human being. And only care about how much money they can get from you. I will NEVER bring my car back to this place ! Save yourself some trouble and possibly even your life, go to another dealership!

Thank you, Toyota, for an awesome experience! I knew I was going to have to wait for the 2022 Corolla Cross to come in, however, Calvin O'Dell kept me informed the whole way! He was quick and knowledgeable about any questions I had! Kenneth, in finance, was an absolute hoot! The both of them made the process quick and fun! I love my car, and will definitely use this dealership in the future! Thank you!

I can t say enough good things about Sunny King Toyota! Their staff made the process of buying my first car so smooth and fun, but I have to especially thank James Bradford for all the work he did to find my perfect car. If you ve been to any car dealership you know how scarce actual cars on the lot are. James sat down and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and didn t want in my car, let me test drive several different models to ensure I was seeing every aspect I wanted in my own car, and then got my exact car built. It took some patience while waiting 3 months for Toyota to build the car but I couldn t be more excited with the car I drove off their lot yesterday! It is truly my dream car and I truly can t thank James enough for all he did. An excellent salesman and just an overall kind person to interact with. I will be going back to Sunny King for all my future cars!

Took our 2004 toyota tundra to the dealership for an oil change and needed tires got the tires replaced and didn't notice till I got home that they had broke one of my hub caps I called back and spoke with the service advisor but he stated the cap was old and and already broken when my grandsan saw the cap he stated that those are fresh breaks and not something that is deterioted as they stated in the photos u can see the one that had broke off before but there are 3 new breaks on it

We thoroughly enjoyed purchasing our new truck from Sunny King Toyota. Nelson was our contact and salesman and we drove 7 hours to pick it up. We could have gone other places and got it but the way Nelson communicated with us is what made the difference. Once we finally made the trip to pick it up, the rest of the staff was so pleasant as well. Shout outs to Nelson, JB, Kenny B., Joan, Vernon, and Beverly. And thanks for the restaurant recommendation, Kenny! Our experience was so great our family is discussing a vehicle purchase with them now..

We had a very pleasant experience buying our new Highlander. From the quick response of my online request to the salesman, Calvin Odell to the people handling our financing. They all stayed late on a Friday night to finish our purchase so that we would have to come back on Saturday. We have used the service department for years. This was our first purchase here at Sunny Kong Toyota. Highly recommend them.

2022 RAV4 XLE Fuel Tank Assembly/Fuel Line Replacement/RepairGreat experience with the Sunny King Toyota Service. Our RAV4 had an insurance claim on it which it involved the whole fuel tank assembly needing replaced from a hole being in the fuel line. We have had a rental RAV4 from Enterprise (Same year, package, and color) and the difference in it after the fuel tank assembly replacement on ours is like night and day. It could also be because rental vehicles are badly abused. But thank you to Sunny King Toyota for your hard and precise work.Cynthia Williams & Jesse Williams

Cory Harris, my sales guy, was absolutely wonderful! He is very professional and gave me the royal treament service the minute that I walked through the door. They gave me a great trade in value on my previous car and were very knowledgeable about the new car that I purchased. Everyone at Sunny King is just great and it feels like family when I walk through the doors. No pressure or hassle when you're thinking of making a purchase. I highly recommend Sunny King Toyota to anyone who wants to buy or is thinking of making a vehicle purchase. They even have a selection of vehicles that I personally love and can't find at other dealerships (with manual transmissions) and a huge selection of colors that fit my personality. The manager will even work with you on pricing and that's a huge deal in my book. Overall, it's a hassle free experience, friendly staff, and you are treated as a valued customer when you walk through the doors whether you choose to buy a car, just test drive one, or even just go to look at your options. I've owned 3 Toyota vehicles in the last 16 years and I'm happy to be apart of the Toyota family! This is why I refuse to go anywhere else. Also, Toyota has a detail shop and will detail the outside as well as the interior for $28.00! They do a fantastic job! Thanks for all you do, Toyota fam.. You make "going places" fun!

Cody Clark from the service department was top notch! We were traveling from out of town with a potential issue with van and Cody was so kind to get us right in to be seen. He was professional, helpful and courteous and got us on our way while putting our minds at ease. I would highly recommend them. Rhonda was so sweet on the phone as well!

We have used Sunny King Toyota , since we bought our tundra in 2021 for services and oil changes. We also use you for maintenance and work on our 2003 Tundra. On any vehicle we ve ever owned We changed oil every 5000 miles Sunny King at Anniston is a two hour round-trip for me. My truck and my sticker on my truck said that I was ready for an oil change. It s been 5000 miles since my last oil change. Your customer service rep informed me that oil changes are only required every 10,000 miles. He tried to show me on the computer and it showed up. We have been every 5000 miles for service but he said this was for tire rotation. I informed him that we did not buy our tires from you. We got our tires rotated with a man we bought them from. He said he could change my oil but it was not necessary. I had 5000 more miles left before it needed a change. This man insisted that I was wrong and that 5000 miles is too soon for an oil change. I asked him if I had any free oil changes left, he said no I turned and walked away. He followed me to my truck and asked me if I wanted him to drive me out. I told him no I walked away I left, and I will never return.This customer service rep is short, scraggly beard and wears glasses. Evidently he needs training on vehicle maintenance.Pat and Jerry Lee

Kent called and said my brakes checked out great, then charged me $80 to clean and adjust them. This place is a rip off and service has really been going downhill for several months now. I guess we will need to find elsewhere to take our vehicles.Since when is brake cleaner not "shop supplies" and now an additional $12 !?
