We bought a new Odyssey there and it was a good experience overall. It felt streamlined throughout the purchase and financing process. We showed them a lower price from another dealership and they were quickly willing to beat their price without pushing us to buy additional packages or optional fees or whatever marketing gimmicks are out there. We were able to get financing through Honda at good competitive rates. We are happy with our purchase. Chad was our salesperson.

Was horrible!! Got there at 10:00 for my 10:30 appointment, knowing I would have to wait. They didn t even have me down for an appointment that I had made the week before but said no problem and would go ahead and get to it. Was told when I made the appointment that it would have to be at 10 or 10:30 to get me done before the mechanics went to lunch. So I noticed men going to lunch and decided to ask why I was still waiting. Was informed it would be after lunch and that I could have gone and gotten something to eat with my 8 yr old grandson who was waiting with me. HOW? They had my car. So 3 hours and 20 minutes later I left with a whole 10% discount. How sweet of them when they screwed up!!! So when the lady who makes the appointment and confirms it does next time it would be nice if she really did her job!!!

I bought a car here back in February. I live in Birmingham , AL and shopped around at other dealerships closer to me (Brannon Honda , Tameron Honda and Carlock Honda) . They all beat around the bush , wasted my time and were not helpful at all. I called Sunny King Honda to see if they would be able to help. Matt was super nice and helpful and was able to work with us and give us all of the information needed over the phone. I came in signed and left with the car within an hour or so of being there. Matt and Sunny King Honda are the best! Would recommend them to anyone

Jordon was extremely patient with me. I m older and it takes me a little bit to get myself in order and leave my car. He was very polite and kind towards me. He also , was very knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and the reason for my visit. If you re looking for great friendly service Sunny King Honda in Oxford is the place for you to go.Thank you so much Jordon - you made my day.

Very professional. Had car trouble, parked my Honda a dealership Sunday. Austin from service department texted me 1st thing Monday morning when he recognized my car to make sure everything was ok. He got me in and back on the road quick!

I went in on a Saturday to get my vehicle serviced, only to be turned away, and told that Saturday service is now by appointment only. I understand that they're trying to run a business, but I would also appreciate some advance notice of same. They may lose my business if I get this treatment again.

I have been buying my vehicles at Sunny King for years . They are customer service at its best . Matt took care of me when I bought my most recent car , and he was great !!I have had 4 Hondas and they are great cars!!! Never a moments trouble in the past 10 years

I had the worst experience ever for service at in shop. I had a 1:30 pm appointment for an oil change ; I left there very upset at 3:50. The only explanation the worker gave me was that people had to take lunch breaks. That has absolutely nothing to do with me and it's a cop out onl your part. It's absolutely not good customer service to have someone with an appointment in there that long for a routine oil change on a new car.

Everything was great, however they did not know how to reset the oil gauge to 100% after oil change.. everyone tried. It s an old Honda Hybrid Accord. But if you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. Until then, I have a sticker in my window.

I bought a Buick Encore from them 2 days ago and had a rear tail light out . They told me to come back the next day and they would fix it . I returned the next day and nothing was ordered for the car. I had to wait for them to call me, after 2pm I came back and the part had just came in and I was told they weren't sure if that would fix it ! I have been here for about an hour and a half waiting ! Not waiting much longer or they will have to get me a loaner car or give me back my money !

I will 100% recommend Sunny King Honda to anyone especially the salesman Matt Hill that was the BIGGEST help in finding the right vehicle for me and staying within my budget. In the future when I am looking to upgrade I will be going back to see him!

I went to Honda of Gadsden for a routine oil change. When I took my car for the oil change it drove fine. When I left 4.5 hours later I left with two lug nuts on a front tire and my car drove horrible. They told me I had a bent subframe and three bent lug stems. Told me they couldn t fix it that day to bring it back on Monday! Gave me a price of around $700-$800 dollars. I decide to go for a second opinion get told again I have a bent subframe. I knew I didn t hit anything and no one listened. So when I was frustrated and ready to just give up and pay the money to have it fixed someone tells me about Sunny King!! They went above and beyond for me. They fixed my car for less than $100!! Jordan was amazing and I will definitely be driving a hour and a half to get my oil changed at Sunny King in the future!!

Took my 22 Honda Odyssey for service. Tony clearly explained to me the codes that were showing and what needed to be serviced. Had a couple recalls so going back another time to get those done. Everyone is very professional and friendly.

Somehow, they gave me one number for the total price of the car I wanted to purchase, when I went back they totally changed the total amount, if you go here make sure you get your total amount wrote down. To make sure they are a person of their word.

Sunny King Honda Service Dept. has always been very responsive to my needs. They particularly were this last visit and accommodated me when my truck would not start. They fixed my problem without charge and got me back on the road even though they were very busy. Evelyn was more than helpful as always!

I took my Honda odessey to sunny king honda for a second opinion after getting an $820 quote from the thieves at Tameron Honda for air conditioning repairs Sunny King Honda mechanics found nothing wrong and did not charmer anything to check it system is working fine with no problems
