Landon and Angela are the best! Landon was my salesman and Angela was my finance manager. I was driving from Atlanta and they made the whole process smooth. I have test driven these multiple times and was positive this car was for me. Landon made sure I was 10000% positive I didn t need to come test drive before they even ran my credit. Once I convinced him I was sure. They were able to do the ground work of negotiating the numbers over the phone. I was able to do my credit application online. Once we came to an agreement, I got off work early and made the drive to come sign the paperwork (and I drove the car YAY Landon!). Atlanta traffic made me get there 2 hours after close, I let Landon know my ETA every step of the way and they were more than willing to wait for me. Insurance was closed so I had to come and pick up the car on Saturday. Saturday was just as great! They were very open and honest about everything and didn t sneak any fees or warranties in without letting me know. An overall amazing first car buying experience! Landon and Angela thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting me into my dream vehicle!!! SHOP SUNNY KING FORD! YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

I brought my 2020 f150 in for a check engine light. Julie Fuller was the service representative , she was very nice & kept me informed while I waited. Was very happy to find out it was covered under my extended warranty. Julie will is a people person and she will help you with your car or truck problems

Their Quick lane is phenomenal. Every Single time I'm there it is always professional. They are courteous and knowledge about everything I ask. I'm always impressed by the timely manner in which service is completed every time. I would highly recommend the Quick Lane.

The valets and remote technicians are amazing. The service allows me to not alter my schedule for auto service. Julie and the entire team are fantastic to work with. Communication is easy and the people are amazing.

Just purchased a vehicle from sunny king today . Herb was extremely helpful. I have social anxiety and I don t do well with being around others for a long time but he made sure I was there less than 2 hours. They worked with me even though my credit is a little bit challenging. They put me in something extremely nice, clean and affordable. He even had a person that helped me get insurance at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to others. Customer service , knowledges of vehicles and realistic expectations made my experience a 10 out of 10

I visited so many dealerships before this , but Sunny King is the winner hands down.Kyle and Sharon went all the way to make this experience the best ever possible.I cant say enough about both of them. This dealership appeared more like a family, everyone was warm and considerate.They gave me an amazing deal and the process was as smooth as it can be.And then i approached various Lenders, and even though i had an excellent credit score the interest rates were still high comparing all banks and credit unions.Informed the same to Kyle and he redirected me to Angela from Ford Credit and she gave me the best rates compared to all my queries.She was patient and answered all my innumerable questions clearly and encouraged me to ask more and get everything clarified.Best deal. Best customer handling. Best financing. I already told all my colleagues and friends to buy only from Sunny King hereafter. Thanks guys, you made my car purchase transparent and smooth.

Amazing service! Lisa Glover was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of to the fullest extent! I will never ever take my car to this place again. They are miss leading, my warranty covered a new motor for my car and they are doing their best to charge me for stuff they used on my old motor and labor. I even showed where a recall was done on my coolent leaking into my spark plugs. Im very upset and don't appreciate being talked to ugly and person getting loud with me.

I applied online with a different company and for some reason Sunny Ford received it. When they called me I explained to the lady on the phone that I was currently going through Chapter 13 bankruptcy because of a ridiculous divorce decree. I knew I wouldn t qualify for traditional financing but she insisted they could help ( I had a 780 credit score before the divorce and make a 6 figure income so needless to say I know how credit works after she insisted I agreed to come in scheduled an appointment had to leave work early for it so I lost that pay. To the point I walked in the lady I was supposed to meet with was at the front desk she didn t acknowledge me or my wife until a 3rd person said this your appointment she turned nodded at me said something to the other person and walked away never said a word to me. A few minutes later a sales man approached and said he would be assisting us. I explained my situation about the bankruptcy and that don t have a down payment the look on the sales man s face was that of judgement and Embarrassed me well he filled out my information took it to finance I sat there for around 45 minutes with no one talking to me. The sales man I was dealing with took a phone call my presence and it was I m assuming a local Rich person because they wanted to order a truck custom. Well after that he decided to talk to me he said we have your app in at a couple different banks you can go home and we will let you know fast forward 3 days I haven t recieved anything but a text message asking how it went and I said don t know haven t heard anything. Well didn t hear anything then until I text the original lady I was talking to and said thank you for wasting my time and that she should have just listened when I told her it wasn t going to happen and asked if I was just a quota number for the month 10 minutes later I get a message from the salesman saying they keep getting messages from me saying I am not being helped and getting ignored and he left me a few messages I responded with I haven t received anything exactly this message well no response still to this day. Point is very judgmental people. He embarrassed me with that look and I knew I was being judged so I let him continue on with it and didn t proceed to tell him I was about to receive a good amount of money and would be able to just pay the vehicle off in less than a month. I have my settlement money now and won t be returning to sunny ford to buy a vehicle I may stop by in my 2024 GMC Duramax that is 100% loan free. Maybe this will be a lesson to them don t only listen to the bad part of a persons life because some of us hit bad situations I was only doing the bankruptcy to keep them from garnishing my check it is over now because I paid them off and then went and got myself a brand new truck. So thank you Sunny King ford for the wonderful welcome to Alabama maybe next time when someone comes in about a vehicle they should sit there quietly and listen to a person and the whole story. You would think that when I said a company paid to move me and my family here that he might have stopped and listened to the rest there was the obvious that I had the income and must be of some value to have a company seek me out and pay to relocate me. I wish I could give a zero don t even deserve a star.

Bradly, Kyle, Angela and the man himself Tony are great folks. I used to work in the car business at another dealership and these folks do it the right way

When you set down with the sales man and talk price , andbhe has the sheet if paper that has the finance rate but when you get in to see the financial officer, and the rate is different it's ends up costing you 500.00 more, also the car was a local trade in why did they charge me a delivery fee. Over all experience not good. But herb has a great personality and will treat ya right.

Stopped in Friday at 9:45 am and was looking to buy a 2024 Mustang, got passed by a gentleman on a 2 wheel scooter so I went inside and seen two sales people sitting at their desk neither spoke to me, made a restroom stop and went back outside to continue to look at New Mustang s thinking someone would come offer to help me, after about 15 minutes looking I decided to shop somewhere else.1-26-2024
