I purchased a 2023 4runner from this location. I found the staff to be friendly and not pushy like big city dealers. They delivered on every promise they made on my deal. My salesperson "Kina"made several follow up calls after the sale as well. I had some options install after the purchase and was well pleased with the service department. They offer local shuttle service as well. I recommend this location for all of your Toyota purchases.

had a great experience purchasing my first alabama toyota- and have been back for service. I happened to come by a few days earlier than planned to town and thought i would just stop in and see if they could get my in for my 10k service - instead of having to make the 1.5 hour drive again the following week. They had me bring in the car immediately - put it right in line - and was out the door 45 minutes later! Always super friendly and beautiful clean showroom with tv/kids play room/drinks etc to keep everyone entertained... Great place!

Evelyn the Service Manager is always concerned about you and your car. She makes good on all her promises. It's actually fun to visit to have our car serviced. This is why we will buy another Honda!

Visited here for an A/C problem on my 05 Honda Accord. Phoned ahead to the service dept and was the first to arrive at their opening time of 7:30 am.Waited to see what was wrong and left to have breakfast with my Dad. Came back to needing a Schrader valve, which Sunny King would have to order from CA to arrive in 5 days.I didn't not schedule the part to be ordered b/c of my work schedule and I would need to see about vacation time to handle this again another day.I noted, while waiting, this was a quiet place. The employees seemed to be very thoughtful of each other and the customers. Office staff seemed to enjoy the jobs. Sales department was a bit quiet, not many customers in that end of the building.

My family had done the leg work in selecting a vehicle and finding out the initial ins and outs of the transaction. Then, when I came home on the long weekend (Friday morning), we were in the office no more than 2 - 2.5 hours and off we went after the final here s the bells & whistles briefing from the salesman (Chris). Now, Sunny King Honda was extremely patient as we were on the phone with our insurance company, USAA, and went through with the funding through their auto purchase program. I will always appreciate and value the staff at Sunny King Honda and their professionalism. Thank you again!

Worthless, arrogant service area. Unless you're driving a 2018 or later, don't bother cos it's beneath them. Condescending managers who couldn't be bothered and was sarcastic to boot.

I had a really good experience with Sunny King. I bought a car there. They have serviced it a couple of times. The people are really nice. They have a really good waiting area.

Service department tried to charge my wife for a transmission flush when she just had one done the service before, she called and asked me if it needed done I told her to bring it to their attention it had just been done they acted like they didn't see it on previous service ticket and retracted their advice that it needed it again. I think they were trying to get her money thinking she's a female she will never know luckily I'm a mechanic and keep up with service records from her car all services have been done at sunny king. This past month I plugged a rear tire she went in for a service and rotated the tires she told them to fix the tire remove the plug patch it from the inside they said they fixed it 2 weeks late flat front tire they rotated the tires but didn't remove the plug and patch the tire I had to re plug the tire pulling my original plug that's leaking out. And in cabin air filters and engine filters they make a killing on can get both for 30 bucks 70 for their in cabin and takes 5 mins to change behind the glove box don't let them get over on you their oil changes and tire rotations are reasonable but keep up with your records and double check the tech's.

Bought a car from them but the head salesmen are really pushy. Almost made me walk out. Then they cancelled the free car detailing after I bought my car. Kind of felt scammed cause that was one of their selling points.

Took my Honda Accord in for scheduled maintenance. After checking my car over the technician noticed my transmission oil looked dark and after checking my maintenances on my vehicle they didn't find where I had that serviced in awhile. The tech come spoke with me on what they found and asked if I wanted them to proceed with transmission fluid change. I agreed and am thankful they are through.

They will make you a good deal depending on the time of year you go, ask for Mr Battle to sell you a car. If you go for service for the love of baby Jesus make an appointment or you will be there for 2 hours easy.
