This place is not worth the headache at . They don t handle problems with the cars they ll have you waiting for forever for parts or either steady ordering wrong parts . I highly don t recommend NOBODY getting a car from this place . If I could get my money back I would def go buy a car some where else and not HERE !

This place is not worth the headache. I had them to do our taxes and they didn't file the state taxes and screwed us on the federal taxes. Repoed my car, I contacted them the same say about my personal belongings, the female secutary told me I had 10 days. It wasn't even 10 days later and all my stuff was thrown out! I will not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention I witnessed how rude they are to other customers first hand. They put you on mute and talk about you like a dirty dog.

Riteway has been great to me. Affordable and helpful when needed. The vehicle I bought from them broke down and Bri helped me into another vehicle and had the other one towed. (She is the best!)

Went in to pay cash money for an RV for my mother. The woman in the front was not even willing to help. She was very rude. But that's ok. This company isn't interested in making money. Customer service is not what it use to be. We found another place in Oxford Al and they got 30,000 in Cash instead.

Awesome group of people they are! I bought my RV from them during the pandemic. The folks there are very courteous and will fill-in the answers to your questions. Since this is a buy here pay here place and if you have the down payment then you can have yourself a nice little weekender camper or a permanent full-timer home. I'm a long term full-time RV'er and if you want or need an RV and like most other folks have a hard time getting approved for RV financing then this is the place to go. Tip: worried about leaks? Go shopping and do the RV walkthroughs when it's raining so you can spot any leaks. Awesome group of people and very nice and helpful. Also, when you refer a customer to them you will get a customer referral bonus that can be applied as credit to your bill therefore putting hard earned money back into your pockets so if anybody reads this and are going to buy an RV, do yourself a favor and buy through Riteway Auto Sales then please mention my name for the customer referral bonus: Sondra and Donald Talmadge. I'm updating my review from two years ago. I just spoke on my experience with the process of buying a car there. Yes it fast and easy with the paper work. But that was my biggest mistake. I brought a 2007 Toyota Camry from Riteway in Anniston, Al. From the start to the end I been doing nothing but wasting money on a bad vehicle that got sold to me. It's not fair. I stayed loyal with this business. I put my heart and soul and all my money into this car. Im a single mother and I work hard everyday to keep things that I need up and running. I thought I was getting a reliable car at the time. I expressed my concerns but they ignored them. I paid faithfully $350 a month for two years even though I broke down soon after I got in dangerous traffic with my children and also in the middle of night after I get off of working in the healthcare field. It deeply saddened me I wanted to succeed in finally paying off a car of my own. I had one year left on my contract to pay it off. But like always it's always another problem appear. My transmission went out this time. Another expensive repair. I took care of that car better then myself. Because I needed transportation to survive. I'm without a car and 1450 down payment and for two years 350.00 payments. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I Trusted Riteway to help me when I needed them the most.

Always Awesome customer service... They will help you in any way they can to get you in a great vehicle or camper... This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them and Chris and his team greets you with a smile and makes you feel like your family...

This was the best experience I had buying a car it didn t take much information and they really do work with you. My car drives and have no problems if I was you I would make Riteway in Anniston your first stop

They sell piece of junk they sold us a car and 3 days later it cought fire with my doughter inside luckilymy doughter is okay but they will get sude

We buy a camper from them and they said they will fix problems with the camper because they didn't have a way to check them lot now they will not answer the phone and I am stuck with a camper that I can even use after paying over $20,000
