Above and beyond great employees, very knowledgeable and so help the employee helped me with a lock washer and a bolt and nut, worked on my jeep in the parking lot, the nut I was missing was off the sway bar front right side special thanks to Tim. Repeat customer, customer for life!

I dont really know how much a pair of windshield wipers were ,for a 2011 malibu but I paid close to $40 here,dont know if he charged me for putting them on or what ,but I dont want anymore

So my son is stuck on the side of the road at almost closing time with my grand children on the side of the road and Jake made sure that he had what he needed to get them home safety and went above and beyond to help them get home safely and I appreciate it more than you will ever know. Oreillys will always have my money and my heart

I went in to purchase items for an oil change. I had the pleasure of meeting John. He was such a patient and polite young man. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was very impressed at his knowledge and how expedient he was to get me the correct items in such a timely manner and all with a smile!!! Will definitely be back for all my automotive needs as long as John and other employees like him are there!! Would recommend this store to Anyone!!!

Always Love going to this store especially when the guy that rides motorcycle is at work. They are also very knowledgeable on there stuff and are willing to help you solve your problem to the best of their ability. Keep up the awesome work guys and gals!

Parts at these places aren't the same as complete new and manufactures. Brakes wiper blades accessories to detail a car awesome though.

The absolute BEST place to go, they have absolute ANGELS working there . Tim helped me out, I had no one to put a battery on for me and he did just that, I had bought a new battery for my BMW SUV and he was such an angel to put it on and take the old one off for me. They have the best prices around and definitely the best employees! Ladies please go here if you need any help with anything, Tim will captivate your heart with his kindness and good looks.

I stood there for 10 minutes (yes, I verified the time) and was totaly ignored by several employees. Then they waited on someone who came in after me. I left and went to the store in Oxford and was promptly waited on by Bobby and had what I needed and was leaving within a couple of minutes. Avoid the Quintard Avenue store!!!!!! Terrible service!! O'Reilly needs to make some changes at this store!!

Everyone was very helpful. Prices seemed a bit high, but what isn't these days, right? I bought a quart of oil and it was about $13 out the door, including a cheap funnel.

I find it hard not to go to O'Riley's and not just find what I need. But I always see stuff I just have to have . You know good stuff , like paint sticker's and light strips gas lines everything I'm telling you. I really like O Riley's . On time !

Amazing customer service! We came in very late to get an injector for our truck. Joey and Amanda gave us gloves and paper towels just to help us out with replacing it. They also told us a good Walmart to go to in town. Would highly recommend this O Reilly.

I have dealt with a lot of auto parts stores and not always the best experiences to say the least. I has to go to the Anniston store several times this morning and had the best experience to date. Anthony is the most knowledgeable employee I've ever encountered and went out of his way to take care of me while taking care of other customers on the phone at same time. He is truly a asset to that store. Thanks Anthony for doing more than your job.

Been there 2 times now for a headlight for my car . Both times different people didn't have a clue how to install it. Got home my hubby came out in his wheelchair and had the new ones installed in just a minute .if you have no knowledge about cars shouldn't work at a parts house.

O'Reilly's preferably the Quintard location as it is my closest location was more than competitive prices reasonable knowledge are any and all needed or recommended for any repair or replacement required to continue maintaining my vehicle in Tip-Top shape person travels through Calhoun County and surrounding areas

I usually shop on rock auto but this store has the parts. I put a three star cause of the price of refurbishing items are about the same as new products.
