During our journey back to North Carolina from a cross-country trip, we encountered the need for two new tires on our Tesla. Aware that options were limited, Mason and his team at Mavis Tires and Brakes went out of their way, staying beyond closing hours to ensure our vehicle was equipped with secure, safe tires. Mason's professionalism, respectfulness, and exceptional service, paired with his dedication to going the extra mile, have left us deeply appreciative. We highly recommend this outstanding team. Their willingness to assist, especially when local shops were reluctant to help a Tesla owner, was remarkable. As the spouse of a veteran and a mother, I found this stressful situation to be handled with utmost compassion by Mason and his crew. They truly deserve recognition and rewards for their exemplary customer service.

I was VERY pleased with my experience here. Living in another city I didn't know that Walmart is unable to do tire/wheel alignment at any of their facilities. But, I had already purchased new tires and had them mounted and balanced. So, I made an appointment online to get my car alignment done. I believe the standard charge here is $99, but there is a $10 discount coupon you can download from their website. Upon arrival I checked in with the young man up front and in just a few minutes they pulled my car in and started work. A few minutes later they told me that my car was in perfect alignment and did not require any work. I needed one of my headlight bulbs replaced as I tried myself and was only successful with replacing one side. They immediately went to work on helping me address that issue and put everything in perfect order. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. This is a busy location and like most businesses today have a hard time finding qualified staff members. My suggestion would be (if possible) to make an appointment online for the very first time slot available each day. This should help ensure that any waiting will be minimized.

Overall, a great experience, but make sure to review all the details! Still giving 4 stars as when I ve called back with my concerns, they immediately took care of me. Service: 4 new tires while out of town for work travel.-Stickers on the tire: stickers were left on the tread of the tire. Not a huge issue, just more of an annoyance. They eventually wore off, but for the first 150 miles driving down the highway I got to listen to them make noise. Seems a simple thing the tech could remove during install.-Spare Tire: I had my spare tire on upon arrival, forgot to check before I left. Later found they never put it back in my trunk. I called them and they provided great customer service and actually overnight shipped my spare to my house.-Mileage: A few weeks after purchase I was looking at my invoice and the mileage they put down (which would start my warranty) was off by almost 15,000 miles.. The tech and I verbally discussed the current mileage and he repeated it back before service started so there was no way for confusion. When I called they again were very friendly and updated my record so it reflected the real mileage. Again, just something to check while you re there to make sure they are not trying to shorten your warranty by keying in a low number.

Heading from Texas to South Carolina and got a nail in our tire. Saw reviews so headed their way and they had us repaired and out the door in 15 minutes. Great communication, excellent customer service. What a wonderful remedy to what could have been a big headache on our trip! Thank you!

Mason and the guys go absolutely out of their way to go above and beyond. Incredible customer service, real consultation and recommendations and quality service. I live in Georgia and work in East AL, I will go out of my way to do my brake work and buy tires here.

If I could give a negative star I would!! It s a long story but to make it short!! My EXPERIENCE with This Mavis in Anniston was terrible I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day was told that they could provide all the services that I needed! I got there the next day and was told by Wren I m sorry we can t fix your vehicle! This was after I called twice the day before and spoke to Wren to set the appointment and made arrangements with my coworker to pick me up! So after I. arrived he said we can t fix your vehicle, I asked why I m assuming he overbooked or something he then told me well it s income tax time and it s a lot of people getting their cars fixed! I said well what about mine, why didn t you call me and tell me this before drove an hour to get here! He said he didn t think about it! Then he said they could fix it on Thursday! This was Tuesday so I ASKED are you sure! Well I took off Thursday from work and sat with my vehicle after a compression test was ran I was told I didn t need a motor just an air flow filter and spark plugs! $550! I asked well what about front brakes and rotors, he said the mechanic was checking those for me! Well after being there about 3hr! I paid them asked so you fixed everything even the brakes and rotors the mechanic said oh I didn t know anything about the shaking! I asked so you didn t test drive it, he stated no I didn t know it needed brakes and rotors but you still have some more life on them! Well drove off needless to say my vehicle is not fixed same issues as before! New spark plus and filter and that wasn t even the problem!!! NEVER again!!! Never! I have gone to Mavis Tires in Florida and had the best experience but this one in Anniston is sad!!

I discovered at about 10:30 pm on a Saturday night that I had a screw in my tire. I panicked knowing that next day was Sunday and I had to return my son to college in Huntsville on Sunday. In my mind I thought I'm not going to be able to find a place open on Sunday. I get on phone and search tire shops near me and I find Mavis Tires. I called and Dewayne answered the phone. He was very polite and had no hesitation about assuring me they'd get me taken care of. I arrived about an hour later and they got right on it and he was very knowledgeable and was sure to make me aware of another issue I needed to handle. I am grateful for his hospitality and knowledge. These types of things in a business goes far. And I know my son is happy because he'll get back to campus on time..lol Thank you guys again and God bless you all!

I bought a couple tires not long ago at a Mavis in Georgia after we had a flat. One of them ended up having a slow leak, so I took it to our local Mavis place. Turns out the valve stem was leaking, so they replaced it for me for free. They got it done well and quickly, and I appreciate it!

These guys definitely took of me. I had an unfortunate flat tire on my brand new vehicle. I called Mavis first thing in the morning. They answered all my questions and concerns with options for my tire. Provided A1 customer service when I got here! Matt and Ren thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful moment a breeze. I will definitely patron here again.

They were very helpful & courteous when I had a flat tire & had to get it replaced. I felt they were also fair about giving me a good price f/replacing, installing & balancing the tire. When I left, I noticed that something was interferring w/the tire & making an awlful sound. A piece of the under carriage came loose & was hitting the tire. I drove back & they took care of it right away, no extra charge.

Best customer service I have experienced anywhere in a long time. Came in late at night with an almost flat tire and they jumped right on it. Mr Wren Explained everything and they made sure it was fixed perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

Never have we ever experienced service at the level we did - late night - well after the shop should have been closed - from Wren at Mavis Tires. After getting stuck midway between Atlanta and Birmingham - desperate to get a tire on an Audi Q7 rental - we googled and found Mavis Tires in Anniston. We called and Wren began to try and help us immediately. After finally finding a company to tow us [while Wren was doing the same and he didn t even know us] he told us he had our new tire pulled and ready to go whenever we could get there We arrived a good hour later and he was ready - just like he said he would be. He changed our tire in the driveway of the shop - in the dark - balanced it with precision and got us on our way. We don t ever know why life and the road throws curveballs and flat tires whenever it wants - but we re so grateful that Wren answered our call tonight and we re especially grateful for the extra care he gave to us on our way to family weekend at Samford. If you ever need a thing [tire related] Wren is who you want to answer the phone.

Had a nail in my rental car. Rental car company couldn t swap or fix it. Went to Firestone. Many hours wait. Called Mavis who said 30-45 minutes to fix. Got there and they took it right in. I was out in 30 minutes. Friendly and efficient. One of the best experiences I ve ever had at a tire shop. If I lived here they would get all my business!

I discovered I had a nail in my tire and stopped in to see about setting up an appointment for the repair. The folks there told me there was no need for an appointment and that they could work me in fairly quickly. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They got me in quickly and completed the work as complimentary. I will definitely be using them more in the future as well as recommending them to anyone I know needing automotive service of this nature.

My visit late on 4 April 2023 was tremendous. I felt slightly stressed visiting from out of state for training at Ft. McClellan. I was greeted by a very Happy young lady enjoying her vanilla soft serve ice cream, she was as cool and confident as the ice cream she was eating, she could handle any problems problem I presented, and she did! She presented my car totwo very knowledgeable and professional mechanics that went over my car from top to bottom, and lucky for me they found nothing. Disclaimer: This review is for the foreign car market. If you own any type of foreign vehicle and can t get an appointment for an oil change or any regular maintenance services Marvis Tires in Anniston is your place. The prices are second to none and I can t stress enough how great the customer service was at this particular location. Make sure to deal with Marvis Associate Wren for fair pricing and professionalism. With gas on the rise consumers like myself need some type of break from inflation.

One of the nicest places I have visited, it was very clean and the wait time wasn t long at all before they were helping me! The blonde lady behind the counter was a breath of fresh air compared to people usually working in jobs like this. The man with the long hair and beard was polite and did amazing at his job! I would recommend this place if you ever need a tire repaired or any other work!

Very helpful and professional service. I called when I was at a competitors store and they would not repair my tire. Mavis tires was willing to stay open and make the repairs to the tire for me and very nice while doing so. Could not ask for better people or service

So glad they were opened today which is unlikely on a Sunday! After getting off work I noticed my tire was flat so come to find out there was a nail in it.
