I recently purchased a Kia Carnival from Kia of Anniston and it was a great experience! Our sales associate, Paul Flores, and the other team members were very kind, helpful, and patient. They made the car purchasing process quick and painless. I also got a great trade in value for my car. I could not be more satisfied with my car or my experience at Kia of Anniston.

Buying a car has never been so easy. The moment we met Mark Cook it was like working with a family friend. If you are looking for someone who is genuine, caring and straight-forward, you need to see Mark. He's honest and is more concerned about personal relationships than "getting the sale". Absolutely the best car purchase experience in my life!!!I have been through vehicle purchase process many times, and Mark Cook is hands down the best, most attentive and genuinely nice Salesman I have ever worked with. His only concern was that I found the right car for me. I highly recommend this dealership, but make sure you ask for Mark Cook!!! He was amazing to work with. I felt like I was buying from a friend!!

Best dealership I ve ever dealt with by a mile. Bought our second car from Mark today and it went great! Even the sales and finance managers are super nice(which is rare in my experience). Everyone that works there is super friendly and always seems to be smiling. Service guys and girls even stayed late to help me install cross bars on the new ride. 100% the two best car dealership experiences I ve ever heard of! Buy your car here!

Mark Cook and his team were a delight to work with. This was my first vehicle purchase, and Mark and his team were patient, efficient, and knowledgeable about any and all details of the car buying process - which was very intimidating as a first time buyer! I am very satisfied with my 2022 Toyota Tacoma and feel at ease knowing Mark continues to be kind and responsive even after the completion of my purchase. Thank you team!!

If you want a positive car buying experience this is the dealership to go see. Our salesman Mr.Mark Cook was wonderful listened to our needs and showed us different Models. He was very polite and wasn't pushing us for the sale. We are very happy with our decision to purchase this Kia Sorento.

I purchased a vehicle from Mark Cook over the weekend and I highly recommend him. He was professional, attentive to what I needed in my new vehicle purchase, prompt with answering and questions and/or returning phone calls, emails, etc. I am very pleased, and very satisfied in my new purchase. The process was quick, as simple as can be, and a pleasant car buying experience. 10/10.

I was sitting at my desk and the HolySpirit told me to go to Kia. David Curtis came out and asked, was I looking for a vehicle. I asked him was they doing a buy one get one free. He laughed. I also spoke with Brian Caldwell who was very nice and cordial. They both provided my family with outstanding service. My husband and I drove off the lot with two 2024 EV6. My sister Hope 2024 Kia Sport was delivered at my house. My niece, Charity went to Kia Anniston AL and she drove off in a 2024 Kia Forte. That s nothing but the hand of God of working through these great folks. Brian Caldwell, David Curtis, Lucas Bell, Jessica Campbell, Lucas Bell and the other staff. A great friend Mr. Christian. Out of all the cars I have ever bought I would not call him a salesman but a friend Mark Cook we are repeat customers of and always does anything and everything he can to help even when you text him and he is off work he still tries to do everything he can to help you out he always does everything he can to help you out and I can say for sure we will trust in Mark Cook again he is a great person to have in your corner as a customer or employee!!

One of the biggest commitment I ever had was getting a brand new car and I did that today big thanks to Mark cook!! He was very patient with me and he was just outstanding, if I ever need another car hopefully not for a while I will be going back to this place!!

I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and I must say, Kenneth Smith, is the most helpful and informative young man and was available each time I called with a question. So many dealerships abandon you after the purchase and you leave their lot. I'm thoroughly enjoying my Kia Telluride.

I have bought 2 cars now from Kia in Annistion. Both times I worked with James Jones, and he is wonderful! I have always felt heard and respected. I never feel pushed. It is a wonderful place to get a vehicle and I would recommend it to any and all of my friends.

Kia off Anniston Has one of the best best salesman by the name Cody. I was like a child in the candy store store couldn't decide on what I wanted till Cody showed me the 2024 Kia Telluride S. Nice looking SUV. I drove it and it's a smooth riding SUV as well. I got back to the lot and done paperwork and brought her home with me. So if you're in the market for a new car go see Cody. You done an awesome job man.

Just closed the deal on a brand new Kia Sportage with Dylan! My wife and I are Happy with Dylan as he was phenomenal with his expertise and knowledge as a sales agent. Has a vast knowledge of the financial part of the company as well, He has many connections at his disposal which was helpful with a credit plan going forward.We completely appreciate and recommend his services to anyone who needs to be treated right on your next car buying adventures.. Bill was super helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Helped me figure out what trim level I needed for what I was wanting out of the vehicle. He even offered to get the exact car I came in looking for sent to the dealership for no extra cost. Would recommend 100%

Took my car here to be fixed back in October of last year and they didn t fix it. Kept giving excuses to call me back and update me on my car. Around February or March of this year they told me they had moved the car to a different place because it wasn t going to be fixed. Went to get my stuff out of the car and they had went through all of my stuff including personal stuff. I would not recommend them. They aren t the most helpful.

I would not bring anything to This shop.They're incompetent. These people have gave me the run around about my car for 11 days to replace a simple little sensir. They'll say they'll call you back and never do and say they did they lie. In my opinion, they should not be in business.

I went to this Kia store last week and test drove a forte GT line. I spoke to Cody Willis and this guy was really down to earth and genuine; however the store manager was something else. She attempted to rip me off and give me $4000 on my trade in, a car that lists for $9k-$10k. I drove to GA and they immediately gave me payoff amount for my trade no arguments. If you re looking to trade a car I wouldn t recommend this dealership, but if no trade in then go see Cody Hollis. Happy owner of a Forte GT line from Calavan Kia West!

I gave my car for recall and I told them I will go to long trip and gas smells come from the car please check it. They told me if it s not because of recall I have to pay $135 dollars for checking plus labor and parts. I said ok and signed the contract. They didn t call me whether recall or normal tear and wear and also didn t inform when it s done. I called them couple of times and no answer then I went to their workshop. I asked my car is ready or not they said yes but I think even didn t fix the car. I drove from Anniston to Austin and smell still comes I took it to workshop and he said I cheat the worms. They are so unprofessional and careless

Best car buying experience I've ever had. My wife and I worked with Mark and he helped us secure a new car with the features we needed before it had even arrived at the dealership. He was extremely personable and was very gracious in keeping me updated on the status of the car while we waited the few weeks for it arrive. We drove from south of Birmingham to get this car because of the reputation this dealership (and Mark) have. Can't say enough about the other folks we interacted with here while purchasing as well. Great team, great experience, great car, and we certainly will buy from here again in the future.
