This place is a terrible transmission company. I had my daughter car serviced and fix the pan leak. A professional company would inform you if the pan is your leak problem or not instead they go ahead and do it anyway just to make money knowing the whole time that's not it. On top of that they put two bigger bolts in my transmission instead of calling and asking to do it the right way which is HELICOILS. The owner was smart mouth about the situation and said those two bolts was already there. He also said we might need a whole new pan . Keep in mind people I just bought a new pan and I surely didn't put bigger bolts in my transmission. He said the pan was made in China which almost everything you buy in the United States made in China. He just want us to keep spending while he keep pointing at different problems. Now my daughter lost her money to dishonest people. Keep in mind people...They talk a good talk but once your car is in that shop you done!!!!! Please take your car to professional and don't worry about saving that dollar, because in the end you will spend more with these people rebuilding your whole transmission just for a little leak that they can't fix. They don't even deserve a star, that just the lowest I can rate this shade tree shop. Give people a benefit of the doubt and this is what happens. Feeling upset

Have had work done in the past and been satisfied. However 3 weeks into a job and my truck has ben back 3 times. Stayed a week and still isn't ready. For a seal and a solenoid pack. Butch is a liar and will tell you what you want to hear but its just empty promises. I'd love to find the owner there one day to let him know whats going on.

Took my car here to get my transmission rebuilt and they gave me a price and everything. Called me and told me my car was ready but they put a motor mount on and its 200 extra dollars. Didn't call me and ask if I wanted this service done or nothing. Had the nerve to say well we can take it back off. These guys are very unprofessional!! Save yourself time and trouble and go to someone else.

Jims transmission are the best. Came and got me and my kids off the interstate and even worked on the weekend to get my car ready, best place to get your car needs done. And very kind hearted! Talk to butch he's amazing!

This business has a different name and anew owner. I don't remember the name ,but the old sign is still on the building. They did good work for me and I would use them again.

Worst ever. Trash job done, had to get rid of my car, drove terrible after they got done. Dont go here, i was warned, should have listened.
