Not going to lie. I ve had a rough few years, truly broken in more ways than one. Never gave up though. Life has swung back the other way now and I found myself being able to walk into Greenway Dodge saying I want THAT car! My entire life it has always been a case of What can you get me into? Bobby Harris met me outside with a firm handshake and a smile. We talked about the car last night, and today I walked out of their building and got into my dream car and drove away. Bobby was attentive, patient, and polite. I never once had that old sick feeling in the pit of my gut trying to negotiate my way through a transaction. Truthfully, I enjoyed their process, they made it the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and every person I interacted with seemed friendly and genuine. I may never buy another car again, but if I do, I wouldn t hesitate to go see Bobby or anyone else on the staff for a purchase. HIGHLY recommended!Addendum: Had to return to the dealership with a tire issue, and once again, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In my experience, this has been the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you to Bobby Harris (sales) and Dylan (service).

*Edited to add* I have attached proof this car was sold to me with a sludged engine(which is blown with less than 65k miles on it) This car was taken to a Nissan dealer in Feb 2023 with white smoke coming out of the tailpipe and a transmission leak. The diagnosis was sludge and an engine replacement was recommended. Greenway has 50 dealers under their umbrella, including a Nissan dealership. Greenway has still not responded with a resolution on a car they sold to us for $30,000. The car was valued at $15000 when we took it to Nissan in November. Funny how the transmission issues were fixed but the sludge was missed not sure how that is even possible. I was told by Ed himself we cannot sell a car with sludge in the engine. I am available for contact and resolution. Ed, your Gm knows how to reach me This is your opportunity to correct this and make it right.July 2023 I purchased a 2020 Pathfinder with 57k miles on it. First service with the Nissan dealer I was told the engine is sludged and needs replacing. Extended Warranty denied, and the dealership refused to take ownership and make this right. Shady Business with a worthless warranty. DO NOT buy from them, they do not stand behind their sales and that tells me they were fully aware of this issue and took advantage of the consumer. Same as with the warranty company, worthless and nothing was covered.

Top Notch. My husband and I knew exactly what we were looking for and we found it at Greenway in Anniston. I sent an email on a Sunday, Monique reached out and here we are a week later with the car of our dreams. The entire process was smooth sailing from filling out the application to signing the papers .Monique is so respectful and kind I have dealt with many salesmen but never a saleswoman, now a friend ! She has set the standard high for buying a car!. She is funny and we clicked in so many ways !!! She reached out to me on her day off which was super impressive. We had a small issue with the a/c and the passenger window and even though we bought it AS IS Greenway still fixed it. I highly recommend this dealership if you re in the market for a vehicle. I was notified of my exterior car part available for pick up... and after a few months had pasted, I called to notify the dealership that I was finally able to travel to their location and pick it up. Due to my surprise the salesman and parts manager were both no longer employed there, along with no information; notes or records were not recorded stating information of its existence. One of the female service parts employees; along with a fellow employee were able to due some extensive research into the matter. They were able to honor my missing car part. It was ordered and sent to my home and I received it less than a week later. I would recommend this dealership and continue to due continuous business.

Jason always does my work and he does a good job. I m sure the rest of them do too, but he s serviced my car since I bought it in 2020. I think the price is fair too, considering all of the things that he checks during the oil change. I am always pleased when I leave.

Dealership was nice and had good selection. Their associate Cody was so helpful and knowledgeable. He put no pressure on us to make a decision and really wanted to help us find the best deal for us and our budget. Go there to see him if you need a vehicle!

Great! They worked with me for a long time until they found me just what I was looking for at a price that I could afford. They even made arrangements to ship the car to my grandson in Oklahoma. Got an oil change here a while back and asked them to change my air filter as well. After leaving, my check engine came on, so I brought it right back. They told me i had issues with something else, but it turns out that when they replaced the air filter, they broke the filter housing and then denied doing it, so now I need to replace the part. It could only have been them as no one else would pull the entire housing off and snap the two little pieces underneath. Nor would that entire housing just bounce off and break. The fact that they wouldn't take responsibility for breaking the piece is the reason I'll never go back or trust them to touch my jeep ever again.

I had the normal oil change and tire rotation service today ....I was completely scared and dredging it from my visit last year ...To my suprise I was greeted with Dillon at the service dept ....so soft spoken extreamly throughly checking my history to milage letting me know a couple small routine maintenance was due and able to work them inI was completely amazedWhen I service my vechile he is exactly what I would imagine and have looking out for the upkeeps on my car that are due keeping it in top running order.... we have always bought dodges from sc to ga to alAlways serviced through our dealerships and this has been the most top notch of what you could ask for ...Thank you for bringing this customer service back ....after last year's experience I was giving it one more shot ...glad I did !Thank you Dillon for making sure my car is top notch running and making me feel like family and secure in my car .

Everyone was friendly. From being checked in by a female ( I didn't catch her name ) to the mechanic. Ben. I spoke with him before and after the task. He was awesome and he is why I choose this dealership. I spoke with him weeks before being able to get back with them. I didn't even purchase the truck from them and they were still the best! I have been taking my 2017 Jeep Wrangler to Greenway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for the last couple of years now and won t go anywhere else for my Jeep needs.Friendly, helpful staff who do honest, quality work on vehicles. Waiting room & entire facility is clean and there is always free coffee or water while you wait. Also the option to purchase snacks there as well and a good variety.

They blew up my credit with multiple hard inquiries. After I told the guy not to run credit I would get my credit union to do my financing. Within 15 minutes I started getting notification on my phone that they were checking credit. When went to my credit union they told me I had way too many hard inquiries so that dropped my credit score. I called told my salesman nobody said sorry or even called me back to say anything. Very bad experience

Poor experience. Called to make an appointment to check my ABS system due to lights coming on. Also had a couple recalls on the truck. Was told they could do it all same day so I made the appointment. When I arrived for the service I was told that I would have to leave my truck for 3-5 days for diagnostics. Totally ridiculous. Needless to say, my ABS system is still not fixed. Who can afford to leave a vehicle for that long without being given a loaner to drive in the meantime?

Went up there with my step some who was pre approved by the bank for a car. Talked to Jacob worked with him for about 45 mins he had us fill out papers told us all the things about vehicle warranties and service warranties. The he walks away for a while. Suddenly he walks up won t look at us grabs his stuff off his desk. This old Hispanic man come up with a pice of paper with 2 used cars on it saying these are the only car we can have today? We told them a charger and even told the we were still shopping. How are you going to try and force us into something we don t want after you filled us with lies on how you were going to in crease our approval to get what we want and then with out saying anything you send over a closer to force us to make a choice. Yeah we have a choice it s called GO SOMEWHERE ELSE CROOKS!!!!

Bought a 2022 Ram 1500 it was sales manager special sold to me new but had alot of scratches on one entire side and some minor scratches on other side they put it in a 3rd party local body shop in Anniston AL and they finally got body work repairs done but while it was in body shop someone stole the LONESTAR chrome decal off the tailgate used car manager told me they would order me one and have it install no one has called me and I even told the used car sales manager MOPAR has it in stock and he still hasnt call me not my fault they allow the decal to be stolen and its been months now I will just get my friend and my local bodyshop get one and install it for me just was a very bad experience to say the least.

The service was good. The price was extremely awful!! Extremely AWFUL. They charge you, in addition to labor and parts, storage fees for the parts AND 80.00 dollars for a garage fee!! Prices are really expensive to include labor of 250.00 an hour.. that s more than a doctor in the emergency room! WOW! You can get this cheaper at other places.I for one will never go back there! EVER

From the moment I drove into the dealership I was greeted by an associate (James McCormick) and from there on out I felt apart of the family and comfortable.
