When my insurance company suggested I use this company for repairs I was unsure and had my doubts since I had never even heard of Gerber Collison. To my surprise, I was very pleased! They were very friendly,organized, and quick with my repairs. I had a friendly receptionist proactively call me every Tuesday and Thursday to provide an update on the process of my auto repairs. When I picked my car up, their shop was so clean and organized. The manager walked me out to my car to do a walk around to make sure I was pleased with the work and even returned my rental car for me. It was a great experience. Thank you!

Excellent service , SUV came out the shop looks I just bought it every time I pass the bonnet I have to touch it Mr A.B. done a fantastic job. You get calls to inform you about the vehicle status you have warranty to the job that was performed to the vehicle thank you Gerber

Changed their quoted price with us 4 times. Started at 750 and final quote was over 2,000. I understood the first one but the finalized quote was too much. Took it to another local body shop and got the same work and more done for $950

Absolutely no one could tell which side was touched up. They did a terrific job, and provided a warranty in case I ever ran into trouble with it. The pictures from 2-3 months after their work speak for themselves!

Unfortunately I m not satisfied with the condition I received my car. If going thru an insurance claim I suggest using someone else!

The customer service was a 10/10! Everyone I talked to was very professional and kind. When my car was ready it looked like a brand new car! They matched the silver painting perfectly and I ve been told that is hard to do. I would recommend this business to anyone. The service we received by bringing our vehicle to this establishment has far exceeded our expectations of how an auto repair shop operates. From the initial call to get an estimate, all of the staff have been exceptional. A huge thank you to Michael and David for keeping us so well informed about our vehicle and the work to be completed. Service was great. This is the first Auto Body shop that has ever called me regularly to give me updates on my vehicle. I really appreciate that. I am also very pleased with the job that was done. Michael really goes out of his way to make you feel like a VIP customer! I have been in the automotive business as. Pre-owned Manager and deal and have dealt with many body shops. Back in November my wife and I had an accident in Anniston Alabama. Unfortunately we had to leave our car their and rent a car and drive back home to Miami Florida. Never did I expect the amazing quality of work , service and attention that they gave me. Conchetta Ward tended to me long distance. I was concern because I didn t know the town or anyone their. She was amazing in the professional but in the way yet made me feel like I knew her a very long time. Their was a small issue when I get the car back but they where extremely quick to respond and took care of the issue. In live things will happen but like I always said it s not what happens but how it handle and they handle it great. I very highly recommend them!!Service: Body & Trim

I chose Auto Collision Experts of Oxford to repair my Porsche after an accident in Dec 2018. Kevin, Chris, and the staff were very professional and helpful during the entire process and Chris gave me daily updates on the status of my car until all repair work was complete. After I took delivery I found several quality related issues that needed to be addressed - Kevin and Chris worked quickly to resolve my concerns and get me back behind the wheel.
