The whole process of buying was layed back and not pressured. We were able to look at everything we wanted to and test drive the vehicles as well to get a fill for what we really wanted and liked. Our sales man was very knowledgeable and was able to make a deal happen so we left with a new truck that day.

My experience was an easy one and the sales person Wayne Thomas was helpful but not pushy. They gave me more for my trade it than I figured I would get. Then they lower the price of the truck I chose. The staff were all friendly . The owner came and thank me which was nice. Even the loan person Body was super nice.

We were in Anniston visiting and we began having issues with our vehicle that made it unsafe to drive, especially on a 10 hour drive. The service department was so accommodating and went out of their way to help us get home safely. I can t say enough about the effort they put forth to help us and the charges were so reasonable. When we are able to relocate there they will certainly use their services. Highly recommended!!

Cody S. made our car shopping experience great. We drove 2.5 hours to look at a Z71 Tahoe. Cody made sure he had it pulled around front ready for us to check it out and test drive. He was able to show us EVERY detail of the Tahoe to make sure we felt comfortable with all the features. Great service! Really appreciated the hospitality and low-pressure environment. Cody and the team went above and beyond and even drove over 4 miles to help me return my rental car after the deal was already done. Where to begin with this one, I got there yesterday around 1030-11 and was told I needed an appointment to have my car looked at. Said that s fine and started asking questions about how drivable my car was with the issue it was having. I was then told nvm and he would squeeze me in. A few hours later and they had me in a loaner and then less than 24 hours they had my car fixed and ready to go. Amazing service from Brad and the gentleman across from him.

Took my trailblazer for cooper to look at and diagnose and they told me I had a battery issue. Paid 450 for a battery, 2 days later, check engine light back on. Called them back, took it back and told them, I need my problem diagnosed and fixed, I was willing to leave my truck, called back and said it was my vacuum hose, went and got my truck, this photo was on October 2nd. So if you found my issue, why is my check engine light back on? Cooper never intended to find my problem, they intentions were to keep clearing my code, damaging my engine. My engine goes into limp mode, and could possibly damage my truck. They wanted me to keep coming back to constantly get money. They pulled my code, told the issue but said it was my vacuum hose, when really it s a sensor, some simple they didn t wanna fix because it s not much money. I definitely won t be using them again, they ve ruined any future business I planned to have with them.. they are definitely money hungry and the people who use to be there aren t even there anymore. It s a bunch of young people who are money hungry.. now my battery was only 2 years old so it wasn t bad, they were too lazy to charge it and charged me 450.

I live in Georgia so I worked over the phone with Micah to purchase my 2024 Silverado. He helped me work through the process and was patient while I figured things out for a couple weeks The day of purchase, I called Micah and advised I was on my way. Upon my arrival he had everything ready to go for me. I was in and out within two hours. Awesome service and a really good deal! Highly recommend Cooper Chevrolet!

Service was good but when car was done there was grease on the front where the hood and front clip meet.. roughly 12 inches long.. more than likely someone brushed against it but still, considering we literally just had ran it through the car was prior to our appointment made it frustrating..

This is the 2nd truck that Cody helped me purchase. He has been nothing less than exceptional with both experiences. I do not like to haggle back and forth and will not do it. I didn't have to worry about that with him either time. I told what I was willing to do and he done what he could to make that happen both times.Finishing up with the closing was just as good. Brody from the financing department made it as easy and quick as possible.

I have bought three vehicles from Cooper Chevrolet and will never buy another one.I brought my vehicle in( 2020 Silverado)with 30,000 miles and had the sensors on the back up replaced because according to them they had been damaged.(there was no visible damage showing) but I agreed to pay to have that done. I told them at that time that I had an issue with the radio cutting on and off and not picking up my phone properly. Service man told me that when it updated on its own it would fix it. They failed to document that I asked them about it and then the radio went out at 46,000 miles at that time the back up camera worked properly only the radio would not pick up my phone or the screen would not light up. I took it back in last week to have it fixed. They said it needed an update but when they updated my radio it now says that it is a Cadillac not a Chevrolet and now the back up camera does not work and the radio does not work properly and will not pick up my phone just like it was doing when I took it at 32,000 miles, they basically told me there was nothing they could do and that the radio does whatever it wants to when it gets updated. They said the only way to fix it was to replace the radio at $1500 and I had to pay that. I think it is ridiculous that you should have a vehicle with this fewer miles on it and have these sorts of problems and it is not my fault that they did not document that I told him there was a problem when it would have been covered under warranty at that time. I will never purchase another vehicle, or take my vehicle there to be serviced and I suggest no one else do that either.

Good customer service! I dropped my car off but didn t have a way to get home so one of the friendly staff members offered to take me home. Overall very pleasant experience and I will be taking my car back for future maintenance

Service department is horrible. Had a 2016 Camaro, with a collapsed lifter. I knew that what the issue when I took it to them. They then stated it only needed spark plugs, and quoted me 1800$ to replace the spark plugs.INSANE, when that wasn t even the issue. Beware, they will try to lead you down a rabbit hole on repairs to empty your pockets. I told them not to do anything else to the car, and that I wanted to pick it up. I was charged 402$ for nothing when I picked up the car.Update: Car went to a different shop, who confirmed the issue was the lifters, and fixed it in less than a week. The car never needed spark plugs, cooper was just trying to rip me off.

My experience was amazing. The salesman berry really helped me find a vehicle in my price range. Surprisingly I was able to get approved for a brand new vehicle. I didn't feel rushed at all and everyone was very nice. I highly recommend Cooper Chevrolet Buick!!

I set up appointment online for service of my vehicle for 12:00 Noon. Arrived about 25 minutes early but they started at my appointment time. Work completed in a timely manner. Found an issue but OEM parts not available so I will schedule at a later date. Waiting area was good with water, coffee and restrooms available,

Wouldn t recommend going here. Drove from Georgia to see a 2016 Silverado 2500HD which supposedly didn t have a check engine light only to find out that the codes had been cleared so that the light wouldn t come up on the dash. I made the salesman aware of that and was told they don t check them but someone obviously cleared the codes there. The truck has an injection pump code which can be a very expensive repair. Beware of the 2016 Chevy 2500HD Silverado Duramax listed for $14,996.
