Excellent experience with the Oxford location. One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. My sales person, Ms. Terri was amazing! She listened to my needs and didn t pressure me into anything. The whole staff was so helpful and nice and I am stoked with my new car. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

From the first time I called and spoke to Terri, it was such a pleasant experience. We prequalified, then we asked to bring all the paperwork to get fully qualified. We weren't going to buy that day, but everything fell into place. We left with a great vehicle. It is a Nissan, we have never had a Nissan. Great vehicle, great service with everyone there. If you need a vehicle and can make weekly, or biweekly payments this is the place to buy.

Just got our second vehicle from them. Id you're in the market for a car this is the place! They have always been awesome and helpful to my wife and I. It's truly a blessing to deal with people who actually care about their customers and are up front and honest.

I LOVE MY LINCOLN! They work with you and for you! Ayana sold me my car, Brandon made sure I knew exactly what my financial responsibility would be before I left the lot and Justin has made sure that any issues that I had with my car were fixed. They all are amazing!

You can be one day late and they waste money to repo a vehicle. After my friend spoke with carmart and told them her check was late and was going to pay it on Sunday ( this was a Friday) a lady followed us and came up to the vehicle to tell us she was in default Saturday. Like really the next day?!? This was after we already discussed with carmart the payment would be made on Sunday. A friend of mine which was 3 days late had a tow truck driver come trying to fight him, call the police and threatened to shoot him, while pulling his weapon out! I was thinking about getting a car from these people but, what I'm hearing they harass their customers, and obviously waste money on labor trying to recover vehicles that are days late and I'm sure there are vehicles over a month late they could repo. the way you treat your current customers is disgusting and I will not be purchasing a vehicle from you guys. With the way the economy is you guys should be more understanding. Your harsh collection tactics could really cause someone to comit suicide if they haven't already.

I wouldn t recommend nobody to get a car here because if you have trouble making payments and can t make a full payment they gonna come and get your car and not give your things back that s in your car I had medicine in my car and my billfold was in there with my license and social Securitycard and a baby picture was in there with other things in my billfold . All this was in the dash between the seats. And when I came to car mart to get my things I only got things that was laying around lose in my car I know what I had in my car and car mart somebody working there got my billfold with my things I had in there or the one who came by and got the car got my things I was nice enough to bring back the key to the car like they wanted it but still didn t get my things that I need but I promised you I may not ever get back but it looks really low down and sorry for ever who in car mart that did keep and I have tried to talk nicely to the people at car mart about this but they want to call me a liar am not a liar I know what I had in my car and I know somebody from car mart kept my things or somebody stole my things but ever who got they really need Jesus

My second purchase. My first purchase is almost paid off so went and purchased a second vehicle. First vehicle is great and still runs great so that s why I made a second purchase with car-mart. Prices are fair and payments are reasonable.

My family and i have bought several cars,and the sales associate made me feel unwelcome today.Never will I go back to this place.The sales associate was being very rude and thinking I didn't have a social because of my race.

Justin and Daniel have been more then amazing! I ran into some issue and they truly took time to work with me and get me back on track. They were truly men of their word and understood completely. They not only kept me in my car but they also helped me to get on a better plan to stay in my car. For that I am thankful and grateful!

When I was in a wreck here recently they came through and put me in a new ride within 24 hours later. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend purchasing from them .. They have a great selection of vehicles for everyone

I am 45 minutes away and I would still go back and will go back. Sales rep Terri is awesome! She made sure I got the vehicle I wanted and it wasn't even on the lot yet! She got me a cheaper down payment then expected. I love my car! And the manager Adam helped get me there to get it! For a whole week I couldn't find anyone to take me so we made sure I was approved and he helped Uber me 45 miles there! They are super friendly and just great! I have nothing negative to say whatsoever! Great place!

Car-mart is the place to buy a car. Adam got me approved for the car I want. Once I got approved Terri set up a payment plan that would work for me. Kaylie, Renee, and Tiffany got all the paperwork done. There was a minor mechanical issue but Renee got it in the shop diagnosed and repaired quickly and conveniently. Thanks car-mart and I will definitely buy from you guys again

Staff was very helpful and friendly.Bought a 2014 Ford Escape nice suv. Driving it home a light came on went back to Car Mart and they were very helpful and got me taken care of. I have no complaints

Very pleasant experience. Christina and Terrie were very pleasant and not.pushy in trying to make a sale. But, Adam was the man! I got a nice vehicle with a good deal. I would rate this a 5 out of 5

The salespeople at the Anniston Car Mart stuck with me every step of the way when I was looking for a nice dependable vehicle. Terri the salesperson went out of her way to see that I drove home in a nice vehicle, one that I really like and don t mind paying for. They were all great at this location.

Best experience ever with purchasing a vehicle we came in to look and just look as what we were doing I found a van that I loved they told us what we needed I brought all the information in and we were in and out with no issues whatsoever thank you Miss Terri and Adam for everything you did. Will definitely tell everyone what a great experience we've had

VERY UNSATISFIEDWhile the staff was nice, I have complaints about my experience. This may very well be my fault because i ve never bought a car and i needed one asap BUT i ended up paying $500 a month for a basic 2013 altima with 170k miles on it and they claimed it was the cheapest car they had and in good condition. As soon as i got it home and parked it my check engine light came on. I also noticed the day i got it that there were a few ants in the car and i blew it off until that night when i realized the car was INFESTED with ants. A few days later the windshield wiper snapped off in the middle of me driving in the pouring rain.There s a leak coming from somewhere so every time it rains my front and back passenger floorboards get soaked and soured out. The sensor for gas mileage is broken and telling me i have about 130 more miles until E than i actually have. And to top it all off my AC doesn t work. Ive had the car for just a little over a month but couldn t buy a warranty because i couldn t afford it on top of the $500 a month and every time i ve tried to call nobody answers.

Absolutely AMAZING! One of our vehicles messed up, so we needed another vehicle QUICK (so only had $700) to put down and when I tell you it was like I had $7,000! I had PLENTY of NICE vehicles to choose from, I was surprised! Everyone knows that looks aren t everything when it comes to a vehicle, but not only was everything I looked at nice, they ran EXTREMELY SMOOTH! I got a Jeep Compass, no dings, dents, interior is spotless, no lights on on the dash, doesn t pull to one side, nothing! I got a great ride, quick friendly and fast customer service,low down payment and low monthly price! (And I even got the 3 year warranty that they offer) Will go back again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Only go here if this is your absolute last resort. They are so unprofessional and overpriced. They tell you if you refer someone that buy a car they will gift you a $50 gift card A whole car and all you can offer is $50?? But after i recurved the gift card it did not work I ve had it for 3 weeks and it still has not worked.. on top of other issues I ve been having with them.. long story short 0/10 Would not recommend.
