When I walked in to AutoZone I was greeted right away and asked what I needed. I told the man and in less than a minute had gotten two types of what I asked for, both were great products and one with a big discount. I left happy and saved some cash. This man knows his products and was very helpful. I shall return when ever I need something for my car. GREAT SERVICE! Thank you. GLA.

The one near Middle school is great. The one near the car lots is trash ever since they lost Jospeh. I went in to get a particular type of sparkplug and the lady bagged the cheapest copper ones they had... when I brought them back she said she figured I couldn't afford the ones I asked for... what kind of... avoid the one near the car lots in South Anniston....

I love the store in particular because I've gotten to know some of the employees the manager Nick is awesome he knows exactly what he's talking about and doesn't mind explaining what I need to do when I asked him questions.

No fuel filter for suburban. I edited this so I could ask if you have the $15 fuel filter yet. Suburban 5.3 LS 2002.???? I'm editing this to say I got the fuel filter from AutoZone 5 days later.

I went in autozone for help tony August 27 2033 it was Two ladies working I ask them can they look at my powersteelering fluid to see if I need some they told me they do check it no more. So with that been said I went to advance auto part the man came out and help me with no problem. I want be spending my money at Autozone no more since they can't help me

Battery died and I was stuck at home. Called and they took care of it over the phone. Natalie was just great and went the extra mile to bring it to me. Very nice people and great service everything I've been there!

One Of The Best Experiences I ve Had At Any AutoZone. While The Issue Was Minor Employee Justin Racca Still Went Above And Beyond With The Service He Provided. Really A Great Guy!

They tested my battery and alternator for me easily. Told me what could be causing my trouble and I was on my way in no time. Unfortunately, the can't fix the motor mounts so it will have to go in a shop for that.

These guys were very helpful! They helped me find the right part for our van and even though they didn't have it in stock, got it ordered and ready for pick up the very next afternoon!

Great experience at this AutoZone especially compared to all the other stores I been to. I went to 3 other stores and they were all rude and not wanting to do there job but this one the lady that helped me and my wife went way beyond what any others had and helped me and I highly recommend using this AutoZone above any other thank you all for the help with my brakes your awesome and look forward to visiting again soon.

This place is great but they do have some issues that need to be worked on .batteries people but from here and you know y'all are the only ones who sale this kind dang don't give your customers a hard time you know it came from y'all I have heard this from several people

Had the exact parts I needed to get my wife back on the road again. Water pump, drive belt, radiator cap, camshaft position sensor. Lifetime replacement of the water pump with no hassles. Ask for Leon, he was very helpful.

Very unhelpful and rude. Needed to return a part I ordered online that did not fit. They did not even try to assist. Several staff, including the store manager, told me there was nothing they could do, laughed, and said that was what I got for ordering online and not buying through the store. Will NEVER visit this location again, and will try to avoid doing any business with Auto Zone as a company. Time to clean house.

This place has very helpful people.. Never a problem...bt how ever... Please fix there computers...not only do they annoy the workers who are trying there best to help the customers..the customer is trying to be patient and wait...specialy if there busy..

Great place to go get your car parts. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they will go out of their way to help you out, and the prices are not bad either. This AutoZone and advance auto on McClellan blvd are the two best autoparts to purchase from. Definitely recommend this autoparts.
