I had a small accident and my car is silver. I have always heard silver is hard to match. The damage to my car was on both of my doors and my door handle. Smith Body Shop handled everything from start to finish. They worked with the adjuster of my insurance company and I never even had to talk to the adjuster! The timing of my car to be fixed was exactly as they had quoted and it looks GREAT! They made me like my car again. I can't say enough good about them. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The office area was clean and organized. GREAT customer service and work! TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM!

They fixed my car so well you couldn't even tell it was wrecked. The trunk was still leaking, but I took it back to them and they had it fixed completely in less than an hour.

Could not ask for a better more professional place to get your vehicle repaired after an unfortunate accident. Stanley, Paul, Misty, Jesse, Zach or Tracie are the very best at what they do. All of them take a very personal level of interest in your needs. All the work is guaranteed and they will always go the extra mile to satisfy any concerns that anyone might have. Without a doubt the only place to go for anything having to do with Body Shop needs. Highest recommendation that I could ever give. They have one quality that is so SO very rare now-a-days and that is that they do everything to the very smallest of details like they were doing it for themselves and or their very own family...... with an honesty that is second to none.

It took awhile for my vehicle to get done (because parts didn't come in when they were supposed to) but they were very friendly and helpful. They also have life time warranty on they work so all I did was send a pic of what was going on and they got a new piece and put it on when it was convenient for me. Definitely will use them again if I have to.

Left a message and what a pleasant surprise when I received a call back with real interest as to what my needs were. Got a very concise and truthful answer about how far out they were backed up and my services that I needed were scheduled. So SO very different to just get the truth for a change.

Shawn, the body shop manager, was nice, professional, and kept me updated on my car. I took my car on Tuesday and got it back Friday. The paint/dent repair is impressive! Stress free experience! Thanks guys!

Had front end collision. They were recommended by business colleagues. Worst experience ever!! Parts were ordered wrong. Wrong part came. Always something. Had paint overspray onto back door. Headlights didn t work correctly. Had a pair of $200 sunglasses missing.Randy Smith , the owner responded to my review. He was very gracious and professional. He desired to rectify the problem and was very willing to investigate. I appreciate his response and consider his efforts a step toward improving his quality control for future customers! Really nice people. I stopped in without an appointment. I needed a repair quote. They got on it immediately and within the hour I had a full email report to send off to the insurance company.

Smith's Body Shop did an outstanding job fixing our van. It looks brand new. When we brought it in and our rental car reservation fell through at Enterprise, they called another company and got us a rental car right away. Super friendly and helpful people.

Highly recommend these guys. They went out of their way to help me. Will definitely be using them again. Mr. Stanley is a very sweet, polite man. The gentleman that worked on my car was very kind as well. Hard to find these days.

Great place to take your car. Friendly and repair work is very good. They get your vehicle returned to you at the time that they say. I stay over 20 minutes away and choosr them every time.
