I needed help.And the guy did not know what he was talking about. Did not even help me and did not even It kept on looking up on his phone, but he couldn't help. He did not know what size bill housing boat ticket for a 305. I went to auto parts store O'reilly's and Napa. Nobody can help me what what's wrong with world nowadays. Nobody nobody knows about auto parts anymore.

My mechanic took my Jeep heads in to be checked. After couple weeks, with no word, he checked and found out they had sold out and were moving their machine shop next door but promised to get them done. After two more weeks and no word, my mechanic went to get them to take somewhere else only to find they had lost one. How do you lose something as big as a engine head? They promised to order a new one. After a week, they "found " my head in a pile of parts. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Rude customer support, especially the main owner. Went in requesting some credit after spending thousands on parts with them and they wanted references from 10 other businesses even tho I have a great credit score. I told them that I had credit through other banks and credit cards and owner had a very rude remark. Also sent a tractor flywheel to their machine shop to have checked out and when I went to pick up the flywheel I was helping their lazy machine shop worker load it and he slammed it down on my hand in the bed of my truck cutting two of my fingers. Told them about the incident and they couldn t care less. Do yourself a favor and leave them alone. They ve obviously been in business too long and no longer appreciate customers. I ve found another machine shop towards cullman and started getting parts elsewhere.

Don t know what s happened to this place. They ve always been helpful when I ve went in the there and Ben and Tim both have always been friendly, but here lately it doesn t seem like they care to help you much. Went in there about a week ago and there was a young guy playing on his phone and Tim was busy with a customer and Ben was on the phone. I stood there for a minute waiting to for one of them to get done and a mechanic came in and as soon as Ben got off the phone he called the mechanic over there to him ahead of me. Then yesterday I was trying to get a water pump and when I called Ben answered the phone and asked me to hold while he finished with a customer and I thought his tone of voice was sharp, but at first I didn t pay much attention. After waiting about 15 minutes and nobody picking up I decided to wait until someone realized and I was going to ask them if they had quit caring about customers. Nobody picked up the phone after 30 minutes of waiting so I hung up and tried someone else. I m done going to this place, after doing business with them for thirty years it seems they don t care about the little customers anymore, and only care about the shops, but the smaller regular customers will make them more money in the long run than shops who decide who they get their parts from and who they don t. My advice, just use someone else I m really disappointed.

Do not take your engine or cylinder head to be worked on here. My shop had a cylinder head redone here for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata after installing it the engine had no compression in any cylinders. Then I took the head back off and allowed this joke of a machine shop a second chance to fix the valve job they butchered. They claimed nothing was wrong with it. I went back and watched them inspect it, which they did incorrectly. After it failed their shade tree inspection procedure right in front of me they refused to rework the head and just gave me my money back. I then took it to Hurley machine shop in Birmingham and had them fix it. Hurley machine shop was easily able to fix the poorly done valve job. Bobby s auto parts has no idea what they re doing. Save yourself the time and headache. Just go somewhere else.

2 weeks before ownership was changed I had 2 heads reworked and checked for crack ( aluminum) I paid 585 .00 dollar for heads and gaskets . Put it back on and the same head that leaked water before still leaked water. The heads were never worked or they would have found the problem. I was told when I called to ask what they would do about this . I was told owners were changed 2 days Pryor to this . No help from them to resolve issue . Just said we are sorry(In more ways than one)

The most knowledgeable people in the area. My opinion is that their parts are a step higher in quality. One of the other places in town I have had several times that the box was correct but the part inside was not the right thing. They also have a shop for turning rotors, clutches etc. Family owned and operated by locals!!

Rude customer support. When an employee called me looking for a part, he got upset because he didn't know the part number or anything about the part he was looking for. If you are looking for customer support and people who know what they e are talking about when trying to identify a truck part, use someone else that actually has knowledge and not just a keyboard hero who relies on google for everything.

Bobby's Auto Parts offers a rare commodity--honesty. I know they will take care of needs. They have been doing that for me over 40 years.I have known Bobby Frazier for seventy years. He has always been honest and trustworthy

Got some bolts that didn t fit for what I needed and the person in charge did not want to refund me the money which wasn t much about $6, however the attitude he had was immediately, sorry bud they ve been used we can t help you and walked away. I do not recommend these people, they didn t even attempt to try to help me out as far as exchanging or anything else.

by FAR the best parts store anywhere!!! certainly the best in all of sand mountain. the entire staff are friendly, knowledgable, awesome folks. bobby, the owner, is one of the sharpest, wittiest men i know. they have a machine shop, can do any sort of machine work, and stock almost any filter or component you need. if something is not in their inventory, they can get it pretty fast, usually by the afternoon or early the next morning. albertville is very lucky to have such an establishment!

Get your parts here! If they have to order them, the part comes in when they say they will. And they know what they are talking about, haven't had to take a wrong part back yet! Experience counts!

Don't go across the street to Auto zone!!!! Napa is all you need and they know there stuff.
