Great variety and staff. Can order ahead and pick up later. Everyone seems to be knowledgeable about the tools and everything else you could be looking to fix your car. Very helpful will return.

I visited Autozone in the evening and was helped by Roberto he was very helpful I bought a headlight And Roberto said he would try to install the headlight for me if it was easily accessible. It took 15 minutes to install I was very grateful he was nice enough to take the time to help me. I will definitely be back.

Went to Auto Zone last week. They were not that busy. I waited 15 minutes for service. No one even acknowledged i was there. Guess i was too white to be seen. I just left and went to O'Rielly's instead.

AutoZone online is a joke! This is the second time I've ordered something paid extra for expedited shipping says I'll get in on 1 date then after payment says it'll be 3 days later even with expedited shipping! Will NEVER use the online shop again! I'll pay extra for a place that tells the truth about delivery dates!

Last few times dark haired lady has been rude and acts like your bothering her on top of her busy flirting with other employees. I just went next door and had no problems... They do know they have 3 More part stores nextdoor don't they ?

Was there ten minutes before an employee noticed me and didn't ask me if I needed help or anything. Went back to clowning around with the other employee. Manager must have left early because there was definitely not any work being done. Probably why I couldn't find the oil and filter that I needed. Still not on the shelf. Managed to find one of the many things that I needed but decided I might not ever get checked out so I put it back where it belonged, seemed they needed all the help that they could get. Won't visit that store again.

Javier was so nice and helpful and even put in my tag lights for me. The definition of good customer service was there 5 minutes max. Quick and easy service.

I came in there last night after a bad experience at the Gadsden location. I was given the wrong sparks plugs, parts I didn t need and he forgot my brakes. Axel and Kane apologized for the experience but went above and beyond to give a stellar customer experience. They were having system errors and worked to get my stuff fixed for me. Best experience that I ve had, and I appreciate all your help!

The prices here are double what they are anywhere else, there were two people working and one of them had no idea what they were doing. The other had an awful attitude. She asked the one who didn't know what he was doing to pick up the phone and talk to someone who had been on hold, and there was nobody on the line and she said, "good. I didn't want to deal with him anyway." She kept being short tempered with my father and I and was very unpleasant to be around. We were simply being nice and ignoring her ignorance but I won't be caught in this store ever again.

I stopped in to get my battery checked and it tested bad Shane was helping me. He told me my battery tested bad and showed me that one of my terminals was broken I purchased a new battery and a new terminal he installed both for me. I greatly appreciated all his help that day. I will definitely be coming back here instead of Advanced Auto.Thank youBruce Baxter

Luis, Geo and John are very VERY knowledgeable in parts and advice. As I'm sure the rest of the people that work there are. So if your looking for courteous, professional help with your do it yourself projects on any of your vehicle's with AWESOME good pricing. Then the few extra minutes you spend waiting will be WELL worth your time.

Ordered the part wrong twice and never even apologized. Went to Napa across the street and they were extremely helpful and got the part ordered right the first time within 24 hours. I understand a miscommunication but there was no effort to make things right. Don't go here when the cheaper more skilled store is right across the road!

They helped me out when my battery light came on and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Thank you for not talking to me like I'm stupid because I'm a woman and know nothing about cars. I do appreciate the professionalism

3 stars due to parts are usually in stock if you know precisely what you need. My most recent visit was on a Sunday so maybe I encountered the "weekend" help, not sure. I went in with the precise name, part number, and my phone showing that the store had it in stock. It took 2 people approx 25 minutes to find the part and ring it up. I observed 2 customers stand at the counter, engage an employee about a vehicle issue, and twice witnessed smoke screens from the employee(s). #1 If you don't know the answer, say that you don't know, #2 Throwing guesses and parts at a vehicle when you don't have the ability to diagnose the problem is a character issue, #3 The problem begins with leadership. The old school, knowledgeable help that we used to find at AZ has been consumed by the corporate world.

I was returning a battery for core charge... Manger told employee he could do it she just had to put in the code so we went to the cash register to wait for her to come put in code.... After a minute I looked down where she was standing at the end of counter and she was on her personal cell phone... I said excuse me can u come put the code in... She snapped at me saying don't start that I said you were on your phone while we are waiting for you ... She replied telling me it's none of my business what she was doing she was talking to her boss... Mind u the phone was on counter I could have heard her talking ... Anyways I told her ma'am the customer come first ... She continues tell yell and argued with me... I Kno why she did this too.. I am a cancer survivor I only weigh 90 pounds ... A lot of people treat me this way because I'm little because of all the meth heads around that area ... I felt very dissatisfied and disrespected I will never spend another dollar at AutoZone .... I told her she doesn't have good customer service skills and I was going to call corporate about this she get rude again as I asked her for her name she said it was Shenna Atkins ... I'll be calling corporate tommorow she needs to be fired ...
