I was referred to come to Collision Masters after getting into a minor accident from the other party's insurance. I called and initially spoke with Jeff; he was very understanding and gave me assurance that he could get me in since I expressed every location I've contacted wouldn't have been able to get me in for another 2-3 months. Jeff got me in for an estimation that same day and got me in within 2 weeks to get the repairs done. During this time I was in frequent and clear communication with Tammy which was helpful and eased my anxiety regarding the situation and making sure I got things done. I believe Nick did my estimate and worked on my vehicle. They also offered me a loaner car when my vehicle needed to be brought back in for another minor repair. The process was seamless and staff were incredibly kind and professional. I appreciated feeling like a priority and it was truly a great experience. I would definitely recommend this shop to other folks. 5 stars!

Very professional, very busy. Kept me informed as to the time needed and available for pick-up and was able to "work" my vehicle in during slow time. Returned to have headlights adjustment fine tuned. Immediately taken care of.

Repeat customer (not my fault LOL) and the professionalism here is second to none.Fast estimate and easy transaction. They are VERY detail oriented and my vehicles have been returned without the tell tale bodywork clues that I have experienced in other shops.No tape linesNo oversprayNo wires left unhookedAnd no aftermarket junk parts.I will not go anywhere else.

I found the experience at Collision Masters to be exceptionally positive. Seeing their reviews I wondered if they'd live up to them. Not only that -- they exceeded them. If I have a need for vehicle repair in the future I'll be going back for sure.

They did a great job on my car! It needed a great deal of repair and they did it in a timely manner. I was updated every few days with a text message. The whole staff was congenial and articulate all the way through the process. I wouldn't call getting a car repaired a "great experience" but Collision Masters made it as great as such a circumstance can be! Was told by several other body shops that they could not fix my dented door. Jeff spent a lot of time thinking about what the options were. He was very honest and professional. He ended up doing a miraculous job at what I thought was a very fair price. Tammy at the front desk was terrific. Highest recommendation possible for Collision Masters!!!!!

Very high quality work, staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Jeff (owner) gained my trust very quickly because it quickly became evident he was very willing to provide options in my best interests. I have had a few repairs done by Collision Masters and have always been very happy with the work done, communication, customer service, and knowledge of the staff. Jeff Swafford and Collision Masters were excellent to deal with. We had a follow up situation that Jeff responded to immediately. He didn t get back to me. He took care of it immediately. That professionalism goes along way. I definitely recommend Collision Masters for any of your repair needs.

Jeff and team did a wonderful job with my car from start to finish. Estimation and setting appointment was easy. Tammy was excellent with communication and what to expect before and after appointment. The cost to repair was very competitive. The work was perfect and car was given back in clean condition. Only recommendation would be a mechanism to provide a reminder call, email or text day or two before appointment.Service: Painting

I incurred a lot of damage from hitting a buck. Jeff and Tammy were a pleasure to work with. I was able to obtain a loaner van during the time my car was in their shop. This was not a dream job for Collision Masters, however they worked with what we had. We had a 2006 Ford Taurus that needed some front end work with used non painted parts. Bumper headlight, hood & radiator support. They worked to get parts that accented rather than were a big contrast, and they worked us in around other projects scheduled as time permitted. In the end the car looks great functions propery, & came in under budget and before originally promised. Thanks Collision Masters!Service: Body & Trim

Jeff, the owner of Collision Masters, provided us with the best service we have ever received while dealing with car troubles. Their customer service is beyond reputable and we cannot talk highly enough of the service we received. My car came back perfectly done, received a car wash, and the inside was cleaned. The price was what to be expected and it was completed in a timely fashion. I was updated along the way. We also received a loaner car for free while we were waiting. Was in accident. Other driver went through stop sign.They did a lot more than listed. Everyone was accommodating, very professional and did a great job. Was called or message the status of repair.
