STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GOD AWFUL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY PLACE!!! They ruin your vehicle and makes its current condition much worse! God awful and horrendous people to do business with! The never fixed anything on my truck because only 85 miles off of their lot, a vehicle fluid leaks on my landlords parking lot. The engine light rapidly flashes and made a grinding noise. Absolutely pathetic service and pathetic business.

Great service!! Highly recommend Lightning auto care center! They were able to tow my car, get it in to the shop and fixed within a couple hours! On top of that provided a continence car to use while mine was getting fixed!! Very friendly staff as well :)

Lightning Auto has always been upfront and honest about repairs! We've been taking our cars there for about 10 years, they're great. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

Super gracious and fair with pricing. I came in for two services, a break light replacement and a transmission fluid exchange. They only charged me 7$ for the break light which was just the cost of the light. The transmission exchange was about 50$ for labor and another 50 for the 4 quarts of fluid. One thing that stood out is that they charged me half the standard rate for their transmission fluid changes because it took them half the usual time. They could have easily took their time and charged me full price. Furthermore, they offered convenience of paying for everything together even though I had them done on different days. Thank you, I will be returning in the future.

Took in vehicle they must have checked antifreeze and never fully secured cap, luckily don't live far away. Parked in garage next day went out noticed puddle under vehicle, checked cap and it was loose. Edit* was the wife's 2018 dodge durango..

Top rate, speedy and professional! I was getting ready to leave for my grandmother's funeral when I discovered my van would not start. I called Lightning for a jump start. Although it was Monday morning, I asked if there was any way they could rush it so could get to the funeral. They arrived 15 minutes later and got it started in no time. The driver was super nice and professional. I then took my van to the Lightning service garage and they again, were able to fit me in right away to replace my battery. They even checked my tires and topped off the air. I can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road quickly! I would recommend and will definitely use their service again.Service: Battery

We called 2 other towing company at 12am-1am, one quoted $400, and the other said they didn't have a tow truck at the moment. So our last resort was Lightning. They picked up and quoted way less than $400 and came to our rescue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Tom and the guys were amazing! My car was running hot so I had a coolant flush done along with an oil change and problem solved! We use their service through work, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I was in a HUGE pinch for time and needed a few things taken care of on my Pathfinder before a long trip. They were able to get me in right away that day, and were incredibly accommodating! They kept me informed of the progress and finished under budget and hours before I expected it to be done. This was the 2nd time I was serviced there; and now I m never going anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Wiper blade installation

I've been using Lightning for about 4 years now. It started when my son purchased a car there and we have continued to use their services for repairs.Jerry and Tom have great communication, are personable, and professional. They go out of the way to make sure I understand the work being performed.My son's Jetta had a check engine light on. We took it in. They could have done the work but rather contacted Volkswagen and found the work was covered under a recall. They acted as a liaison to make sure the work was done properly and at no expensive. It's rare to find that level of integrity.I drive just over 30 minutes to have all three of my vehicles service at Lighting Auto Care.*********************************************ADD-ON 01/14/2023Last month I took my 1977 Blazer to Lighting Auto to have them give it the once-over. As usual, they did not disappoint. They took their time to get it right and it now runs like a champ.Not many vehicles of that age can start on cold winter mornings they way that truck does now. Pump the gas once to set the choke and it turns over 1 few times and fire right up.As may son put it 'It's good to have sh*t that works.' We were on our way to Springfield Illinois having traveled from White Pine Michigan and having break problems when we called Lightning Auto CareCenter. They did not have time to get us in but after hearing our story they helped us get back on the road with minimal cost and safety in mind. I would definitely recommend them any time for maintenance and emergencies.Service: Auto brake repair

Tom was very professional and helpful .got my sons vehicle in overnight and had the work done in the blink of an eye! Prompt, helpful, friendly service. We were passing thru the area headed to UP and our windshield wipers went haywire. These guys saw us without an appointment, fixed the problem immediately, wore masks while helping us, and tried not to accept any money (we insisted). Would return in a heartbeat.

The owner, Jerry Borth, has the knowledge, service, & active listening skills that it takes to understand what your vehicle needs when you tell him what is wrong.
