I had a water pump and thermostat replaced and he called before doing anything. He would let me know what needed to be done and make sure it was what I wanted to do before just fixing it and having a bigger bill than I expected. He got me in fast and was done in a timely fashion. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles to the shop here any time I need them worked on. .

Not only did John expertly diagnose the problems with my '03 Excursion, he also fixed the problem with my plow that was on the truck when I brought it in. I had multiple electrical problems from no turn signals to no 4X4 and a few more including no heated seats. Imagine this winter with no seat heat! John went above and beyond, even giving me a ride home when I dropped it off and picking me up when it was fixed. Very fair prices and top notch work! I highly recommend John for all of your auto repair needs and I know I'll be a customer for life. Thanks again for the great work John.

Automan has been great to work with! John has worked on a few or our family and work vehicles. He's always prompt, does a thorough job and was priced perfectly. He does a good job of explaining the issues, showing proof of parts changed and doesn't try to tell you there is a million things that need to be fixed. He's super practical! Thank you John!

Needed a last minute appt. to get brakes on my car....my procrastination and scheduling issues. John not only got me in immediately (first thing in the morning no less) but saved me money and treated me incredibly well.This place is top notch. Even if you don't live close, it's worth the drive.

Broke down on the way back to Illinois. Got towed to their shop and they fixed my truck in under 2 hours and got me back on the road. Diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Very knowledgeable and good guys. Really appreciate you getting me out of a bind!

Our alternator went out on our way out of town camping. We googled car repair and Automan came up. They were willing to fix it right away and for a great price. We were back on the road in no time. We were very impressed with their service and willingness to accommodate us. Thanks again!

Waiting for a tow with three sheared lug nuts, haven't even got to the shop yet and the guy on the phone has already sourced my lug nuts from the next town over, and is holding a stall for me while the tow truck comes. Actually amazing.

I broke down on the interstate. Got the car into Roberts Wi. Google searched auto repair. Automan came up with great reviews .John had the car fixed within the hour and resonable prices too.!! Very nice guy and polite too!! Great job John.

Was having issues with my car starting. Thought it was an issue with the starter. He was willing to take a look at it and give me a free estimate for what needed to be fixed. In the process of checking out the car, he saw there were a few bolts loose on the steering/shifter column which he tightened down, fixing the problem of car starting. Ended up saving me hundreds of dollars in parts and labor costs it would have otherwise taken to deal with the starter.

I had work done at Automan once before and the price for those services seemed okay. So I went there to have my headlight bulbs changed, and neglected to ask what it would cost prior to the service - they charged me $150 to change two bulbs that retail for $10. Never going there again.

I have been using Automan for the last couple years for any Auto issues, which has been many! Everything done is in a timely manner, I trust the advice, and they aren't pushy to have something else fixed that's wrong. I have had many vehicles worked on by John at Automan. I have had a ford probe, a chevy conversion van, a cadillac cts, a oldsmobile mini van and a ford ranger worked on by John. John always gets my vehicles fixed a.s.a.p and I have never had to return a vehicle due to poor work done on it. John's prices are excellent. He knows vehicles inside and out. I highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed by Automan. 5 star quality work.
