The Good: I brought my truck in To get my tires done and get my front brakes and rotors done. They put NEW tires on like 2024 tires. Not last year, new tires. They were completed and feel great especially being under warranty. My microphone on my phone didn t work so they were kind enough to text and email me with any updates questions or concerns. Literally probably the best customer service I ve ever had from a mechanic shop. Clean, new and many places to eat around the shop to wait for your vehicle.The Frustrating: I dropped my Truck off Saturday Late morning to be serviced Brakes and tires. I was told I can pick it up Monday. I picked my vehicle up on Tuesday afternoon after missing a day of work. It was prolonged because They said their brake guy had called off on Monday and the truck couldn t be serviced (Only one brake guy?!). My tire caps which I knew I should have removed before service and suggested it but they said it would be fine .. were tightened way too tight, These are just plastic caps! One had even broke and again tightened way, way to tight and uneven. I didn t specify but got the same tires that I already had on my truck. The white lettering was facing out ward so I could proudly represent the Firestone brand. When they put the new tires on they put the white lettering on the inside. I didn t however specify and they didn t ask like previous shops. But i assumed they d do the same. But over all things went well I received what I needed. Sometimes things come up and life ain t easy being a mechanic.Thank you Firestone. I still had a great experience.

Honest, efficient repairs at a fair price. Managed well as all employees were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They reviewed what they did, what it affected and made sure I was happy with the results. Staff also went over some scheduled maintenance coming up that I would have forgotten about. All shops are pretty similar in what they offer, Firestone Oconomowoc provides these services with an elevated customer experience.

Jamie was the guy who answered the phone and was extremely accomodating and polite. He is the reason I didn't go anywhere else. Combined with Nate when he called me with an update and was very upbeat and warm. The store was clean and professional. On top of everything, my car drives better than new!!! It's as smooth as glass! VERY happy customer!

Great service, great price. We went in hoping for a tire repair and found out we had to replace all four tires due to the one tire being unrepairable. The salesman was very helpful in explaining the situation, giving us our options and accomodating our needs.

My husband just went there and was quoted 1.5 hours for a brake job and new calipers. He is still not out of the store and its 1.5 hours later and was told it will be another hour. We will never go there again plus they are way overpriced.

Nate was able to get me in the same day for a hub bearing replacement. I was out in an hour and a half! Unheard of! Thanks again would highly recommend!

Went in for an oil change, they rotated my tires with out asking and cross threaded a lug nut breaking the stud. Normally that experience would be a 1 star as it left me with out a car for 3 days as they fixed it, but they where very nice and fixed the issue for no cost. Stuff happens and unfortunately happened to me

Always great service.They re happy to explain everything to me like I m 5 - I need them to, believe me.They re always quick with the turn around and diagnostics.They re upfront when I ask what the damage would be (cost) and they work with me when the repairs are looking to be more expensive than I thought.All the guys are great, professional, knowledgeable, and they move efficiently so it s less stressful when taking my car in as opposed to more stressful.

Do not go here. Went here twice now. They told me I needed new engine air filters last time...even said they were definitely really dirty. I said that's weird because I just got them replaced at a Firestone the oil change before. Miraculously they were now clean again this round of oil change. They recommended a new battery saying it was a must replace because it was almost dead...now 2 oil changes later apparently my battery reversed aged because it's apparently fine now. Tire pressure was not filled to the recommended both of the last 2 oil changes here. My cars sensors tell me my tire pressure. Highly doubt my tires were even rotated because my cars tire pressure was the same on all 4 tires as when I dropped it off. They also told me it's not standard to physically inspect the engine air filters everytime and they just go off mileage recommendations. I could keep going but I won't. I bring my car to an oil change place so I can get these extra courtesy checks and services with the oil change...maybe just say next time...we're gunna throw some new oil in and check a bunch of boxes on the computer saying we did/checked other things but aren't actually going to. Time to find a new place that does what they say they are doing.

I had a tire valve stem break in half on my way to work and I was able to limp my car into Firestone in Oconomowoc they were very friendly and very up front with prices got me in that day had my car dropped off for me at my work place

I called from out of town as I was visiting some family in the area and needed new tires. Everything sounded fine on the phone when I had made my appointment. Fast forward to my appointment, I get to the store and the guy at the front desk finds my appointment. He brings up all of the information for my car and it is the completely wrong vehicle and tire size. Here the guy who took my appointment details messed up the model of the car and recorded the wrong car. After telling the guy the correct information for my car, it turns out they did not have any of the correct size tires in stock and I was asked to schedule another appointment when they are in stock. I will not be returning to this facility.Service: Tires

I would give this business zero stars if that were an option.Trying to get service here for my vehicle has been an infuriating customer service experience. Last week, I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning for an inspection, an engine tune-up, and A/C service. The staff told me that I would receive my vehicle by the end of the day. Fast forward to Thursday, and I'm still carless in a part of America where that is NOT an option. While my car was in service, the mechanics made no effort to keep me informed about my vehicle's status, and I had to call them many times to know what was going on.Somehow, in ordering a new compressor for my air conditioning system, they forgot to order a new air conditioning switch. If that mechanic had tried to install a new A/C compressor with an old switch, he could have shorted out the brand new compressor. Then when the part came in last Friday, it turned out they ordered the *wrong part.*Last Friday, I was able to retrieve my vehicle, but the AC service that I paid for remained incomplete. To their credit, I received a discount on my service. They promised to cover the total cost of the new switch since it was missing from the original estimate (it remains to be seen if they plan to keep their word on that). The supervisor promised to call me when the new part arrived, but that didn't happen either.Yesterday, I finally called to check to see if the new A/C switch had come, and of course, it had already. Firestone told me that installing the new switch after it arrived would only take about two hours. Well, I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM, it is now 11 AM, and they just told me that "maybe" it will be done by 1:00 PM today -- a solid five hours instead of two.- Horrible attention to detail- They held my car hostage for an entire workweek and still didn't complete the work I paid and waited for.- Horrible service communication skills- Don't try to plan anything whatsoever; you cannot trust their time (or cost) estimates.Firestone has zero respect for its customers' time and will never see my business again. I do not recommend spending your hard-earned money there either.Update @ 12:06 PM 5/28/22Wow. Firestone called me to inform me that the relay to my A/C switch was "bad," must be replaced, and the new part won't arrive until 2:00 PM. Firestone definitely shorted it out last week by attempting to install a brand new A/C compressor with an OLD SWITCH. The chaos continues.

The service here was fast and they did a great job. Firestone has an awesome selection of tires! It was nice to be able to get an oil change and my battery replaced while they put on my new tires! The workers are super friendly and knowledgeable. They also always have a TON of great coupons to save you some money

I blew out my tire on Monday. I called Firestone and the earliest appointment I could get was Thursday at 7 a.m. I showed up at 7 and was told that the technician looks over the whole car won't be in until 8. At 10 I got a phone call saying they didn't have my tire in stock but it would be they are within a couple of hours. I had asked when I made the appointment and when I dropped off my car if it would be done 12:30. I was assured it would be. That is when I would lose my ride back to Firestone. When they called at 10 they did say I could come and sit in there waiting area but I am disabled and that wasn't an option for me. Unfortunately they called at 12:40. I did manage to get a right there around 3 p.m. however I did need to cancel plans I had to go out for the first time since early March 2020. The staff was niceI don't understand why a tire for my van wasn't on hand since that was the prime reason I was going in.

The crew at Firestone is top notch and always always takes care of my needs. I run a business myself and can t say enough about the quality of service here. I bring my business vehicles as well as my personal. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience. Spent over $100 for an alignment on my truck after noticing a slight pull to the left. After they completed the job it pulled hard to the left. I dealt with it for over 3 weeks as every time I was available they didn t have a spot open. Finally was able to get in and after over 5 hours I get a call that it s all done. Now the steering wheel is about 15 degrees to the right when I m going straight. And it PULLS HARD to the left now. Don t waste your time with these people, they will only leave you more frustrated then before you came in.

I was from out of state back breaks were grinding after I enter the last toll booth on Chicago turn pike. Drove the rest of the way to the hotel which was just down the street from here. Wanted to charge me just over$1000 to put new pads,rotors,and calipers. Family said that's to high I agreed but needed them fix for driving back to my state I live in I decided not to get them done. I drove back to my state and made a appointment with 1 of my business that I dealt with in the past. I only needed pads and rotors $320 and 1 clip on front which they replaced free since they did the work. If you go here get a second opinion before you have work done especially if your a woman. There was a lady also who came in had a appointment for tires they didn't even have all of them she has to make another appointment. The only thing that was good was they only charged me like $10 for the inspection.
